Something funny has been going on with the Waves price. Putin is aware of Waves as a Russian full blown blockchain solution yet the market cap is only 356M. If Waves succeeds it will inevitably go to 3.5 billion and more.

Mate, please come on, I don't see how this is related - at all. ELIX/TME project doesn't claim 'Apple & Wall St. Team' in the first place - it's just a little project that is not attracting any ICO money or investment money whatsoever.
