21  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][PRE-ICO] SETHER - Social Nework integration for smart contract developers on: January 07, 2018, 07:32:15 PM
The project aimed at working with social networks looks good, but a big hard cup scares me off and I'm sure other investors too. Projects with small capitalization shoot much better.

The hard cap doesn't mean anything, it's not a goal to reach it with this ETH price, there's no soft cap, the startup is funded. The higher raised amount "only" means faster growth for the project. If nothing spectacular happens then it won't be very high market cap cause it will be relatively low max supply.

I see, but hard cap really matters because this will be the measuring point to know if the ico is successful. But reaching the soft cap or more will still make the project continue to run.
That's true Sether are not any startup company they are very independent and already have their funds to finish their project . The money raised will only help improve the platform and give the users a better experience.

They established a company and they just use sether token to expand it. This is what I like about a project that is already funded from the startup, they consist of a team that know what kind of thing they are getting into

@totholio : are you totholio from sether telegram group?

Could someone describe this project in few words instead of spending time to read the whole whitepaper? It seems this is quite popular in Indonesia as well so will it be something that is pretty much the same as OVOcash? because he the machine just look so similar
23  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][PRE-ICO] SETHER - Social Nework integration for smart contract developers on: January 07, 2018, 07:19:26 PM
seems quite impressive concept. which currencies are accepted here?

bitcoin, litecoin and dash except from ETH but it should be better to buy with eth because you are going to receive the seth token instantly. If you purchased with another coin except ETH , you will need to wait 24 hours for you token so it is not really convenience
24  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: NEM (XEM) Official Thread - 100% New Code - Easy To Use APIs on: January 06, 2018, 08:15:49 PM
I can't wait for the catapult release.. Any rumors on when it is going to happen?

Glad to see NEM getting the recognition it deserves.

There are rumors in may.

Yes it is going to be in may so this is a good time for XEM accumulation. When we are getting near to that release date imagine how high could it go, it could be atleast triple then the current price so be sure to stock up some when you have the funds for that
25  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: | ARDOR | Scalable Blockchain-as-a-Service Platform | Proof of Stake on: January 06, 2018, 08:11:44 PM
What do you think about the price? What events will be in January-February? It is necessary to keep this coin for a long time?

Probably nothing for now because their goal for now is to make sure that everything is going to work out perfectly fine so I expect Q1 2018 is going to be a boring month for ardor and ignis so the price might always go sideway until atleast june or july
26  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][PRE-ICO] SETHER - Social Nework integration for smart contract developers on: January 06, 2018, 08:08:12 PM
Sether has a lot to offer. They are letting social media play a huge role in getting the word out.  I believe with the idea they have on the table and also with the help of the different social media, I trust this will be a success

They are not letting the social media to play a huge role but they are working alongside the social media. You can consider this as some kind of google analytic but perhaps there is cryptocurrency involved in this. This is definitely going to be a very huge project
27  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][SegWit2X] Together we will see a business through. on: January 05, 2018, 08:04:40 PM

You are wrong on this, show some effort first then the community will support you and then those big exchanger are going to list b2x. If you want the community to help you without any effort from your side then that is not going to happen. I hate to say this but 1 month is maximum is probably the end of this coin already before everyone forgotten this
28  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] 🔥 LendALT coin 🔥 ICO is Live! 25+15 = 40% Discount right now on: January 05, 2018, 08:01:54 PM
well, ı dont know how ı have to start my words. But lets make it short. One of the biggest Lending Platform Bitconnect can offer now just %0.5 daily profit. So my question is;  your %2 profit is stable for the next 1 year or are you going to fix it also daily as Bitconnect and scale it with Bitcoin up and down ?

We will keep it 1-5 to 2% always

hmm the first decrease happend already now.   You promise %2 but now you say it can be %1,5 - %2  always  Cool   How can you guarantee if for example bitcoin decrease to 10.000 usd  and altcoins has also a deep ?

This kind of thing is normal, no one can predict the price of bitcoin right now so it is normal for them to decrease it. Support the project if you want to truly support them . They are actually doing decent for a new one right now
29  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][PRE-ICO] SETHER - Social Nework integration for smart contract developers on: January 05, 2018, 07:59:26 PM
Yes I realised that there may have been a mistake by my side , the Eth were 10000 .and therefore SETHER is worth 10,000,000$.

One sether now worth around $1.7 with the 40 % bonus that means it worth alot more then the number you typed there. You should join the telegram channel and get educated, the admin at the channel is pretty good in explaining everything. Atleast you are helping this channel by posting here I can say that is a good point

34  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling. Is It Wrong? on: December 17, 2017, 08:59:48 PM
No one is gambling for fun, everyone is gambling to win money no matter what they say.
There is nothing wrong in gambling when you have some extra money which you can afford to spend but it is wrong to lose all money on gambling and to do it over and over again, it is wrong to ignore family because of gambling etc.

Some people are definitely playing for fun. It is definitely not my place to say anything about this because I have quit for some time. I dont really think that 100% people are gambling only for money but alot of them are gambling for money . Somehow I dont think that this is wrong if it is just their own decision to gamble for that reason

I agree, if gambling is dealing a heavy blow on your life then dont play too much and waste money. Play within limits and you can have fun and not go broke at the same time.  Gambling can be a perfect way for those who are lucky on it, but if we know to ourselves that we are not lucky on it, then we could simply quit gambling and try another way to earn money.

Having fun for some people might be the option but sometimes it is not an option for them. Anyway my point is that when you are playing either for fun or to make money just make sure that it is your own decision because doing something not because of your own decision is the worst thing that you could do and might regret if you lose
35  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: December 17, 2017, 08:58:08 PM
Manchester United was hanging on until the end.
As they always do when it matters.
Lukakku almost was able to put one in but he could of passed to a wide open man for an easy insurance goal near to the end of the game before 4 minutes plus of injury time.
He still is too greedy and does not have the good thinking head to pass it to an open man instead of trying to put it in himself. The guy was not defended and was running towards goal in the box for the pass...
So why not pass? Roll Eyes
They managed to get the win but stupid plays like this has always cost them the win in the past.
He should be greedy, He is a striker and that's what striker mostly do especially since the fans have been on his back for quite some time now because he hasn't been scoring the goals but we all knew his record against big teams wasn't good and since the league is made up of lesser teams he will make sure he scores them when we do meet.

Thats what you guys think but for me he is just nervous. If you actually play soccer then you wold understand the pressure when the ball is in your feet and either you want to shoot or to pass. Sometimes shooting is the easiest thing to do because you know that passing is not really an option anymore. Anyway he is still a great player

🐋 Hey, whales! 🐋

❗️Everybody who already purchased BKX tokens, please pass the KYC procedure of BANKEX.

❓Everybody who still didn't purchase BKX tokens, please let us know - what is stopping you? 🤔 We wanna hear your feedback.

You say it yourself, it is definitely the KYC procedure that is hindering you. Im quite sure that alot of people are actually considering this . Crypto is meant to be anonymous and everyone know that this is an unspoken rule. Being able to do everything privately is the essential thing for it so the KYC procedure is quite a mess there
37  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] DIMPAY ICO. INVEST FOR TOMORROW. TODAY. on: December 17, 2017, 08:19:36 PM
Hi, guys! how do you think, does this have a chance to pay off?

Of course, this is quite a solid project if you look at their plan but they are just undervalued. Somehow this is getting much better as more and more people finally pay of some attention to this . Wether it pays off or not that would be depending on the devs, if they are able to deliver what they promise then it will pay off however they are going to deliver this
38  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Should I try to win back my loss? on: December 17, 2017, 08:07:26 PM
Dude, OP stopped, then he tried martingale again and lost 17 times, he has won jackpot, bitcoin price jumped from $5K to $20K and many other things happened in two months.  Roll Eyes
LOL. Haha, one month in bitcoin world can certainly be pretty eventful. Price skyrocketing like crazy is a price example of that.

I will just add that from my experience it is not worth to risk it again after you experienced a huge loss - that usually means that you are out of your bankroll.
And every attempt to come on top after losing it all is balancing on thin ice - it is not worth it. I know it is important to never give up - but this is not exactly working when fighting against all odds.

When we gamble we are going against the odds so it doesnt matter if we are just trying to risk again after losing high amount. Afterall it is the same because we require luck. If someone want to try the luck then try it but just make sure that you are not going to regret what is going to happen after that incase you lose your money
39  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Worst mistake in gambling on: December 17, 2017, 07:54:40 PM
I'm a computer science major and i thought i could write a script that could help me in a website called bustabit. When everything was ready i launched it, without even testing and 5 minutes later i lost all my bankroll of 0.5 BTC which was all i had. I'm still devastated.
That usually happens when people are ignorant and they don't listen what others are saying.
Script won't help you to win, it won't increase your chance to win, winning strategy doesn't exist.
Sooner you realize that the better.

People are going to be always ignorant and there is nothing that we can do about it. Sometimes being ignorant and do our own decision is much better then following people. Some people are only able to give advice but when something wrong happen they wont be responsible for that so it is better to be regretting your own decision then to follow someone's else
