What... no Tinkerbell, again?  Cry

Seriously, that rumor "Huobi has re-enabled bank deposits" now seems to be a flat out lie.   Like "Dell accepts bitcoin", "Mozilla accepts bitcoin", "Microsoft accepts bitcoin", etc..  Angry
lol

Not too sure but I think it all depends what country that gambling site is from. If the country they're in identifies BTCitcoin as a currency than I am sure they come under the jurisdiction otherwise it's just play money.
Ye it would be good to know in which countries running such a site is legal.

Hey there,

So with the bitcoin gambling business flourishing as of lately, i was wondering what the legal situation regarding online gambling with cryptocurrencies looks like.

Are online gambling operators using bitcoins required to obtain licensing, register a business and pay taxes over their income?
We all know authorities are having a hard time regulating bitcoins, but on the other hand are always eager to penalize/tax such profitable markets.
What is more, the jurisdiction may vary according to where the site/server is operating from.
This for example is a recent article about the situation in spain http://calvinayre.com/2014/12/02/business/spanish-treasury-says-gambling-sites-need-license-to-transact-in-bitcoins/.

Are big sites like Primedice, Satoshidice and Just-dice actually running a legal business?
I find it hard to believe they are flying under the radar, taking into account how much income they generate monthly.
