No, sadly not. I cannot possibly spend them right now as I would be buying things at a loss though I have faith if I hold for a while I can make a profit. I cannot wait to spend my coins, though.

Are faucets worth using to start off?

100% no and 100% waste of time.

What would be the best ways to earn any crypto without purchasing?

Earn them. It seems you can earn small amounts from signature campaigns though you need to be a Member or Full Member to earn a decent amount.

Is BTCitcoin "just a fad that will die soon"?

It could be a fad but  only time will tell. I think it's got a few years in it at least.

How come the price of BTCitcoin fluctuates so much?

Supply and demand and people panic selling/buying.

It is just my opinion (and nothing else) that the blockchain should be exclusively used for money.

That's like buying a computer solely for the purpose of checking your email.

Which most people do.

Really? I think most people don't do this. A more apt analogy would be buying a smartphone just to call people. People use phones and computers for a wide range of things and if you just wanted to check email a phone or tablet would be better. I think the fact that the blockchain can be used for a multitude of things just ads to bitcoins value as a technology.
24  Economy / Speculation / Re: Under 200$ pr coin. WTF on: January 14, 2015, 03:08:03 PM
I think we will see under $100 by the end of the month here, if not sooner.  The real question is, is it ever going to go back up!

If this goes under $100 I'm a buyer.  I'll sell whatever it takes to pick up BTC in this price range.  I'm sure this is the sentiment of many out there.

But it's probably not going to go that low and I'd suggest buying at a bit higher or you may loose your chance. I still think there's massive gains to be made in the long run.
25  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Snowden’s defense fund accepting Bitcoin donations on: January 06, 2015, 09:08:27 AM
I wonder how much snowden has personally in bitcoins? I guess they US will have likely frozen or at least are tracking his bank accounts so bitcoins could help him in that way.

Old or New, does anyone think this would actually be good for bitcoin?
I don't think Satoshi ever liked Wikileaks taking donations in BTC.

Why wouldn't it be good?

Exactly and I don't think it's true about satsohi not liking wikileaks accepting it, I think he just mentioned it would attract attention from the usg.
