As per the scam accusation post I have replied. I am the real cxboyminer and i confirm that I was not online yesterday as i was in france. I have no idea who used my computer, but I will cover your lost since it was part of my fault for not changing passwords regularly. If possible I can send you 0.057 for now and cover them later slowly from my signature campaign.

I am here to clarify that i did not use my account yesterday as I was in france. I did not know who used my account but I will take responsibility for the lost money. I have also changed password for security purpose.
For now I have do not have enough money to cover the cost. I can pay in small amounts of OP doesnt mind.
I do not trust anything you are writing there, heard too many times the story "it was not me, it was someone else", seriously, do you think I'm a 9-years old yo? I got a package to pay untill Sunday and that money were for that urgent thing, small amounts don't cover that payment. Waiting for my $150 money. |

Have not receive promised coins. I know for sure payment has cleared, it shows cleared in my transactions since Saturday, and communication has ceased.
Use caution until this is resolved.
Working on it. I didn't want to give you "Hang on" excuses. What does that mean? I know it is cleared.... can you at least get me some of what you owe me? Reverse the payment, hes trying to get you to stall doing so. Hes not going to pay you. I wont reverse,I will let him keep it, and press criminal charges, if he does not follow through. I have all the PM's documenting the deal, and my wife works for the DA here. I think he will come through still. That's the spirit! F7ck the scammed money, I would like to see the scammer in jail, feels better! |

What happened:: User opened a thread wanting people to contact him for a BTC deal. Uses only Skype. I contacted the user, went through the motions. He wanted me to send coins first, I told him to send the payment first, and this time (Unlike my last attempt at exposing a scammer) I requested that he use a third party escrow. He claimed to not know what that was, I explained. He claimed that a third party trusted escrow was untrustworthy. I explained that's how everyone does business around here. He then stated he would do business with only newbies to "avoid getting scammed". I took this to mean that newbies don't know any better and would send him coins ahead of time. You should go take some english lessons boy and learn the definition of "scammer" before making false accusations on someone.
Noone forces you to do the exchange with me if you don't want so I can reject your trade if I don't like terms of agreement so do you vice-versa. We live in a free country so quit with this bullshit, I bet you are just a frustrated teenager that picking on new acc. forumers because they got -2 trust because of the "escrow thing". So low-quality member, I wonder what you are still doing on this forum.
You can do whatever you want to do. I made a scam accusation, I have the Skype conversation logged, and that's the end of it. Bottom line - you do not refuse an escrow. If I got negative trust for NOT MENTIONING an escrow, then you get fucked for REFUSING one. Welcome to Bitcointalk. Go get a job kid and stop lurking through people's threads with this crap mentality that you got there regarding the fact " I suffered of this, you should suffer too". Lol, now alt-accounts starting to appear here out of nowhere? What is this charade? Paypal/Skrill are always risky to deal with but I do accept them as a seller and here is the process : - You send paypal payment first OR we use a trusted escrow where I send the BTC first to the escrow holder
- I withdraw the funds to my bank which would take 3 - 6 working days
- AFTER the money is in my and if we are using an escrow, I will send the release confirmation to escrow holder and he will release the BTC to you.
- If we have not used escrow, you will have to wait till the money is in my bank after which I will send your BTC
If you send $150, paypal would credit me $143.85 after service fee deduction. As for rate, it would be higher than preev and we'll decide that if you agree to deal with me in the first place. Scuzati-mi parerea, dar ar trebui sa va gasiti un host mai bun, pot sa spun cu acuratete de 99% ca site-ul dumneavoastra este hostat pe un VPS iar latenta dintre client si server este foarte ridicata 400-500ms. Datorita acestui fapt, va recomand sa va mutati pe un server dedicat cu latime de banda proprie si cel putin 4 GB RAM pentru a putea rula site-ul dumneavoastra de exchange.
