I totally agree with you. XSN is on the right track.
Gradually, they are installing an ecosystem that will serve as a basis for more advanced functionalities such as Cross-Chain PoS and of course the DEX.

The current phase (phase 8 ) is the final phase, which means that there will be no further decrease in rewards.
The current (and now definitive) amount of the rewards is 20 XSN (9 XSN for MN, 9 XSN for staking node and 2 XSN for treasury).

Great to hear a bit of an update from Frank Amato, seems he is undertaking DEX research to understand the features XSN DEX should include based on positives/negatives of other exchanges.

I am personally interested in XSN Stakenet.
It's a PoS + Masternode coin with huge potential, yet little known and underestimated: it's currently cheap, around 2000 sat.

What I like is that they are really bringing innovations.
For example, thanks to Trustless PoS (TPoS) you can stake your XSN coins on a cold wallet. This feature, called cold staking, is already available. Some hardware wallets like Ledger and Xeeda already announced they will include XSN very soon.

They were the first PoS coin with masternodes to implement SegWit, Lightning Network and Atomic Swaps.

They're developing Cross Chain PoS which means you can stake XSN but be rewarded in another Bitcoin Core based coin.
They're also developing a Decentralized Exchange (DEX) run entirely by masternodes.

This is one of the projects to follow closely for the next years.

I am interested in the Stakenet Cloud "Masternode-as-a-Service".
Installing a masternode can be time consuming. Not to mention the masternode monitoring and troubleshooting.

A few clarifications will be appreciated:
Should the collateral be placed on the Stakenet Cloud or will it remain in my control wallet?
How much will it cost? Will there be a fixed price to pay or will there be a fee charged on the rewards?
And of course, when will it be available?
