This product can be consumed in multiple ways; tea, with juice, orally, dissolved under your tongue, mixing it into foods, brewed with a french press, and plenty more. Depending on your dosage this can produce a very strong, healthy, and mentally enhanced \"high\". There are no adverse side effects to any of these substances at any dosage for any period of time that has been documented. There has been controversial evidence that taking some of these vitamins at continued high doses can provide positive mental and physical benefits.

DOSAGE CHART For Oral Consumption (Mixed into juice, taken in capsules, brewed into tea)
GRAMS:
3.5g - Slight change in consciousness, may notice improvements in your mood
7g - More noticeable change in consciousness, mild feelings of content, better mood, anxieties start to life
14- You will defiantly have a slight \"buzz\" going , very relaxed feeling, very comfortable and content. Hard to feel anxiety about much of anything
25g- Sronger head buzz, may feel drowsy but still will feel very comfortable, content, and free of anxiety
50g- Strong head buzz. Most will say it is a stronger buzz than marijuana, but you will be very clear headed. It seems impossible to even have anxiety at this point, You may be able to have closed eye visuals.
100g- Extremely strong head buzz, you will feel a strong body load, and anxiety and negative thoughts are hard to even contemplate with how content you feel. I would compare this to taking a very small dose of each MDMA, Valium, Codeine, and as if I took 1 hit of weed.... It amazes me you can feel this way off vitamins
175mg- Such a strong buzz, lasted for almost 24 hours until I felt baseline. I had not slept much the day before doing this and within 2 hours of taking the supplements I was high as hell basically nodding off and passed out for the entire day. I\'m sure the effects are mind-blowing.
