Yes 100 percent legit they were from a Amazon promotion.  Specifically they are MLH 2015 Hackathon Season codes work till: DEC 31, 2017.  So gives a long time to use the credit which is great.  

You can use if you have not used a these MLH 2015 Hackathon Season code before.  If you were really into buying codes before you likely used this one as there were two popular codes and this was one of them.   If not sure you can always create a new account to use.

It takes a conformation till it sends code.  This prevents double spend, or basically cheating the payment system.  This is normally not long with blocks being solved pretty quickly.

No as they are all from the same event from Amazon: MLH 2015 Hackathon .   You can only use 1 of these codes per account.  They might stack with other event codes, but they do not stack with same event.

You can make multiple account's pretty easily and use them on a new account.  But no way to stack multiple of same event on same account.

No I only deal in Amazon.   The EC2 virtual computing is much greater then digitalocean on what is allowed.  On the virtual machines my codes work with  you can run cpu mining, or other cpu intensive programs.

If you try this on digitalocean they will lock account.  The specific TOS they will use is: TOS section 12.1 "violation of any of these Terms of Service or any law, or if you misuse system resources, such as, by employing programs that consume excessive network capacity, CPU cycles, or disk IO."

So I will continue to deal in just Amazon.  They have top notch quality, and you can use programs with high CPU usage.  With this 100 dollar code I think it's the best going as of now.  You can see all the options you have to do here: https://aws.amazon.com/ec2/ .

BTC only.  There are many good way's to get BTC if you need it.   But no paypal is not a option.

The event a lot were getting these from no longer is going.  So I expect fewer and fewer as sellers use stock they have.  The codes you got are good for a very long time, but the event is no longer sending new codes.  

The only reason I might not be the guy for him is he mentions 1 dollar.  With this event stopped, I don't think he will find near that price.  Since they go well into 2017 on being valid it's worth more then that just to hold on to them.
