Acceptance in AB
I did a little search for products that you can buy with MONERO and found a 28% to 56% acceptance depending on types of markets.
Just curious, could you tell us more about what kind of markets? It would really be interesting to get kind of a brief "report" on how adoption is going on DNM's A quick search on AB shows: (I can't seem to figure out how to see how many vendors vs btc) 50 pages of 50 listings each (That's max shown) all accepting XMR. So, that's ... Quite a large number, IMO. The integration is there, it's on the front page etc etc... I think we have a winner here! Also, it looks like it's in use for all different kinds of products over there but I really didn't spend much time - not really my thing, but was too curious.  |

So... is it just me or does it seem fishy that such a "Self-proclaimed wealthy individual" would ignore the fact that due to his shitty opsec/security, other people lost "minimal" amounts of bitcoin in "his opinion", yet he is too fucking cheap to give 1/10th a fck, even considering the fact that the amounts to get his account back in good standing number under like 200 usd? Fucking sad POS...  |

@Hippie Tech - I am not sure I am understanding the context of your quotes in relation to dooglus supporting ponzis.
These and the posts that followed depict how he manipulates people and/or their coins/ponzi. The easymine/stakes, the fork and "the digger" are examples as to how he goes about his business. I don't know if I understand either. Are you saying that dooglus caused or was "the digger". As I recall, that digging whale, as he was known, caused clam price to drop by an order of magnitude. What would dooglus stand to gain by devaluing his own money by 90%? The insiders almost never lose. They ALWAYS know when it is time to jump on or off that proverbial rocket "to da muun". Go back on your meds. LOL.  |

I find it odd that there is so little interest in a btc offering as compared to the altcoin offerings as of late.
1400 btc raised so far is pretty good. but I'm with you, I wonder how shitcoin projects easily raise 10 times as much lol I think most people just probably went, oh hey, sounds like a win, here's some coin. People have $ to burn apparently. |

Since a few days, Bitcoin Core 0.12.0 is available. Also since a few days, transactions take much longer to be confirmed. The new Bitcoin Core has a much higher recommended fee. I think this is the cause of the delays: if you don't join the higher fee, you lose priority. I just saw this block being mined: 25 BTC block-reward, and 4.67004169 BTC fees. That is 2000 dollar or almost 20% of the block reward! Are miners using the limited block size to force users to pay much more, so the halving will hurt them less?I know this block had much more fees than average, which is why I picked this one to demonstrate. I could be wrong, but I don't think miners are deliberately doing anything about the halving in your example - they have always been free to include 0, or hundreds of TX's in a block. It's just another mined block, except this one has more TX's than most - This is of course, a good thing - it means more tx's got confirmed faster, and the miners made more $/bitcoin. The more tx's in a block the better, IMO, both for the users, the miners, and the network, regardless of any mandatory fee size changes. Disclaimer: I'm not a miner.  |

You can gamble with the bitcoins you already have, its risky but you will sure get the most profit out of it.
The downside is that its risky, so be sure to do it with very low bets, you also could do some click method but it will take ages.
No, that is just dumb - Invest in a dice site's bankroll, or lend it for margin trading on Bitfinex, etc etc... You may not get huge returns fast, but you won't lose as much either. |
