Yup seems so, locking this thread until I find any similar spammer. BTW mods/admin a post if an account is banned, would be helpful, just sayin.

Time is over.. but i pmd u  Roll Eyes
Well the actual deadline is over but I might be able to provide this job to someone if they can finish it in the next 2-3 hours.
26  Economy / Services / Make me a visually good program in java. on: November 24, 2015, 06:42:44 AM
I want an experienced Java coder to make me an application for me. Basically a score-time based maths game for kids. A arithmetic math game to be specific,And as it is for children I want it to be visually made for such, background image, sound at the end of every correct answer etc.
What the program should have: http://pastebin.com/AiRDJu3N
What the program should do:
1) Start and display the start option consisting of : "Start" "Choose difficulty" "High score" "Exit" , I believe the functions are self explanatory
2) When user clicks Start, start the game, it should consider the level of difficulty chosen, ranging from high, medium and easy. The difference between these difficulties are:
At the lowest level, a simple equation will appear with mostly addition and subtraction . At the next level,it will be equations with division , multiplication. At higher levels, the equations will consist all , division, multiplication, subtraction and addition.
3) Then display an arithmetic equation for example: 2+x+2=4 , so the user should drag a number from the left, which in this case is "0". The first difficulty should have only first 10 numerals as possible answers , at difficulty medium it should have the first 20 numbers as answer(1,2,3...20) and so on.
4) A time stop feature should be available as a button , which will pause the timer for 5 seconds until which the user can try any guesses without failing the question.
5) The program should have 5 questions in easy, 10 in medium and 15 in high. Timer will be 2 mins, 4 mins and 8 mins for easy, medium and hard.

Lemme know your budget and how long you can do this in, I need this under 5 Hrs.

He must be banned.
It is not so simple, he is not spamming with totally useless posts. And  as far as I can tell translated news can be helpful for Chinese community.
It is up to someone who is fluent in Chinese and English to decide if these posts are good and not spamming fest.
Another chinese article scraper: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=164832
His posts seem to come from: http://www.expreview.com/
Is this the start of the invasion of the Chinese trolls another thread was talking about?  Shocked
Trolls, probably not, signature spammers? For sure. About the point that John was talking about, that its in native chinese, some googling and it turns out that many sites are translating these stuff and posting in their website, thats probably where the spammer is scraping the posts from. For ex: http://www.bitecoin.com/online/2015/11/16182.html is a copy of what the spammer has been posting some other results are: Results
One post every minute made from scraping news site, that too on off-topic news is something I would hardly classify as "helpful"

As the OP seems to be lost somewhere, bump!
Thanks for the bump, and yes I was somewhat busy currently.
And after coming back, wonder what I see, another scraper: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1260100.0;topicseen

Forget what I said about the second guy, he's defo a botted account, just scrapes off the words from : http://forex.cngold.org/ which is a chinese news site. Hope he's banned soon for botting and sig spamming.
32  Other / Meta / Re: Chinese spammer on: November 22, 2015, 08:43:21 AM

Hmm.. I read a few of his posts and they seem coherent Chinese to me as a native-level speaker, not something translated via a bot. That account is actually reposting news from external sites (http://www.bitecoin.com/online/2015/11/16131.html as an example of the newest post). Not sure if that's a bannable offense with the newest policies though.
Thanks for your opinion but I find it hard to believe that he can post two threads in under two minutes without using a bot, but I could be wrong ofc. Wouldn't this still be a case of sig spamming?Lastly, is it the same with :
Another chinese spammer, same guy it seems: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=345754
this guy?

The global and other moderators can't really do anything about this unless they know Chinese. Posting properly translated content in local sections is allowed as far as I know. You could contact one of the local moderators there and check with them. They should know if the account is using a bot to translate and post. In that case it would be disallowed due to being badly translated (and/or being spam).

~Lauda
That is true , but considering he has a signature and the fact that he is essentially spamming in the same section, i.e by creating a new thread everytime there is a new news on coindesk, I feel the guy should be banned. Thanks for your advice, contacting the(only) Chinese board moderator.

Could you contact him yourself, my newbie limits ... well that should explain it.
35  Other / Meta / Chinese spammer on: November 18, 2015, 03:39:00 PM
This guy seems to be scraping and translating news from coindesk, either that or he has botted the process: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=156259;sa=showPosts .
Seems to be posting only in press section of the board. Has had over 13 posts.
Just wanted to bring this to mods' attention(well local mods and Global mods anyway)

Regards,
Legendary

40  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Have 40$ PP need Skrill/BTC or Neteller on: November 11, 2015, 08:25:21 AM
You have no reputation, and you require a huge trust rating to be even considered for a PP trade.
