21  Economy / Economics / Re: What plans do you have for your BTC stash? on: April 10, 2016, 09:22:24 AM
I was toying with emptying a crappy paying savings account and buying a handful coins a few months ago with the intention of offloading them after a short term rise without touching my original amount.

Now it's here, and this rise would've done me fine but of course I failed to get around to it, I'm wondering what everyone else's strategies are.

Do people have set price levels that they'll divest some or all either up or down from here, hold all of them until the concept of selling them becomes ludicrous or somewhere in the middle?

I see quite a few posts where people are waiting to offload the lot for what seem like very low amounts considering the future potential. Have your plans changed the more time you've spent learning about it? Have they become shorter or longer term?

As for myself, if it really does rise like a total bastard I'm not sure I'd be able to bring myself to sell at set limits. The initial outlay has already been written off in my mind but I know it's the sensible option just in case.

I'm interested to hear everyone's thoughts.

my plans with my bitcoins are pretty simple, i will keep them for some time and sell them when their price will be higher that 1000$

of course if i will need something really fast i will spend them but  i try to avoid that, and  of course i don't sell them if their price flals down
22  Economy / Marketplace / Re: How can we encourage local businesses to accept BTC? on: April 10, 2016, 07:54:25 AM
I am looking to help move BTC forward into our economy more and would like to get some suggestions on how we can get more retailers to accept BTC as a payment.  The best part about accepting BTC is that they do not have any threat of charge-back from the customer.  I am just looking for some more input before I start approaching some of these local retailers.

just tell them how good bitcoin is, share news about bitcoin in internet, tell about how bitcoin is safe with all that huge security so others won't use your money, tell them how it is easy to use, it may take some time but with time, more and more stores will accept bitcoins
23  Other / Off-topic / Re: When is it useful to borrow bitcoin? on: April 10, 2016, 07:52:51 AM
When is it useful to borrow bitcoin? Considering that it is really hard to get a loan here on this forum even with escrow, and the plentiful amount of scammers floating around here, is there really a great reason to even bother getting a loan here? I mean unless you're flat broke I could understand but even still it's an uphill battle. It's way easier to take out a cash advance in an emergency. I suppose if you're dealing with a trusted borrower and trustworthy escrow you may have a chance in obtaining your funds. Other than that, it can be difficult for a scam-less transaction to take place.

i don't think that you should borrow bitcoins, borrowing money is usually a bad thing because most of people are greedy, and i am sure that you won't want to give money back

also you will need to give back more money than you got so if it's possible better to wait more time and buy something yourself then to borrow
24  Other / Off-topic / Re: Getting My First Whole Bitcoin? on: April 10, 2016, 07:49:53 AM
I have been using Bitcoin since June 2015 and still don't have a whole Bitcoin.

What is the fastest way to get my first Bitcoin (without purchasing one myself)!

Please share any systems that you use, or PM me with the systme if you don't want it sharing with any other party.

remember that holding bitcoins is also a good way to earn money, it might look like slow and bad way but it is pretty good one

and of course gambling, just avoid games like dice ones because it is luck based, try sport bets or poker game, if you're good gambler then you can win lots of money
25  Economy / Marketplace / Re: I'm going to open a shop on Open Bazaar... what would you like to buy from me? on: April 10, 2016, 07:47:29 AM
I'm opening a shop and I'm willing to sell anything legal. I don't care what you want to buy, I care about being able to provide you with exemplary customer service and quality products.

With that being said, what do you want to buy??

collectors will really buy rare things, old lamps and so on as they always need something more so you will have buyers

then online gift cards, games on steam, wallet codes are really popular too and it is cheap and easy to ship so this might be good idea for you, and of course clothes, people will always buy them
26  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: In Gambling any one got cheated by house? on: April 08, 2016, 06:17:11 PM
In Gambling any one got cheated by gambling house?

Just share your bad experiences with any gambling houses so other people will be aware of it.

i didn't and i don't think that anyone did, it would be really dumb to cheat on gamblers because there are many of bitcoin casinos online now so gamblers will go to play to other sites, but when you try new site you should try to find reviews and find history of that site to avoid any possible scams
27  Economy / Gambling / Re: What is the best bitcoin casino? on: April 08, 2016, 06:09:00 PM
Please share which casino accepts Bitcoins?

i don't think that it counts as casino, but i almost always play at directbet, it have lots of different sport bets, i won lots of money there, and it also have poker games and simple dice game

but if i want to play only dice game, then i play at primedice.io, it have awesome autobet system too
28  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Making money playing poker with bitcoins on: April 08, 2016, 06:05:53 PM
Hi
I am making good money every week playing bitcoin poker freerolls
I joined btcjack , played there bitcoin poker freerolls , alot of money to be made
They started a free roll on a site where every 9 people starts a new freeroll 0.05btc every freeroll
very easy as a few players sit out.
Over the last few days I made over 0.15btc just by playing freerolls
The reason I am writing this is because I spoke to the site if they get more players into this they will make the prizes bigger.
If you want to also join this great freeroll go to www.btcjack.com

I hope you enjoy this as much as I do.

good to hear that you got lots of money from it, i play there too and it is pretty nice site

and this just proves that playing poker is best way to earn money with bitcoins because poker is skill based game, not luck based one like dice games, playing skill based game you can earn much more than playing other ones
29  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How long do you play per day gambling like Dice ? on: April 08, 2016, 05:59:18 PM
hi, everyone Smiley
I want to ask how long you spend time each day to play gambling dice?
and if you get bored with the game of dice is what you do so that you can produce BTC every day?
I sometimes have loss because I feel unfocused and getting bored  Cry

 Thank you

well i don't count how much i play, sometimes i play more than other days, sometimes less but i never counted how long i will play

and if you're bored with dice game, then you should try sport bets, poker game or any other bitcoin gambling game, there are many out there
30  Economy / Gambling / Re: I turned 1 BTC into 41.5 BTC! Now I want to withdraw... on: April 08, 2016, 05:56:39 PM
Woooooo, man how much BTC do you have to burn. Crazy luck and congratulations. Bet big and win big.

yeah i agree, he is very, very lucky, i think that is a dice game site so either he have a good strategy for that, or he is very lucky

just wait till they will have more bitcoins in hot wallet and take them all, don't be very greedy and don't try to gamble more, because chances that you will lose now are very high
31  Other / Archival / Re: should i save btc for future? on: April 07, 2016, 06:35:08 PM
i have a little doubt about btc price in future.should i save btc for increasing value of bitcoin?

or maybe price of btc will be down in 5-10 year
just imagine about future of btc and tell me should i save bitcoins for future or not...?

saving bitcoins for future is really decent idea because price rises for bitcoins, and if you will be brave and you will sell your bitcoins after 2-3 years only, trust me, you will be really rich because bitcoin really won't die in 3 years, and it is much better that to save money in bank
32  Economy / Speculation / Re: Everyone is hyping about bitcoin price in 2016 on: April 07, 2016, 06:30:04 PM
This concerns me about what will happen to bitcoin price after 2016 ? Will it crash after the block halving ? Is there any upcoming incident in 2017-18 that may push the price up again ?

yes price should go to 800$ atleast after halving, and halving is probably most important bitcoin event in 2016,  because  it will rise price of bitcoin for sure and by couple of hundreds atleast, also pretty important thing for bitcoin is lots of new bitcoin sites to buy and sell for bitcoin, this will rise price in 2016 too
33  Economy / Speculation / Re: Price Increase Incoming. on: April 07, 2016, 06:22:08 PM
Get ready to dump some coins because a mini spike is going to happen in the next 48 hrs.
How do I know? You ask...

Because I just sold some btc. If it works out the same as every other time I've needed to liquidate, the price will go up at least 15 dollars before tomorrow night.

Just a friendly heads up

48 hours?i think that price will rise for next 2 months or even more, and not 2 days only, you ask why? it's simple halving, people buys bitcoins for it, so do i, so price rises

but it rises by 5$ in week only, if your words are true, then would be nice to see such a huge price rise for small time
34  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin will be stable in 2020 on: April 07, 2016, 06:18:47 PM
Really Bitcoin market will stabilize in 2020 ?
Is it because the reward is only 6.25 BTC/block?

i am almost 100% sure that bitcoin won't be stable at 2020, and main reason is bitcoins traders, and another halving of course,  i don't think that traders will stop buying selling them so price will change anyway, and halving will change price too, but stable bitcoin would have nice things too, like attracting more users
35  Economy / Speculation / Re: With the halving coming... on: April 07, 2016, 06:16:47 PM
Let's assume that we reach a new ATH of $1,700, what do you do?

well to be honest i don't think that we will go to 1700$ atleast not in 2016, as highest we can go is 1000$ and not more

but if we will go to 1700$ someday, first thing i will do is sell them, because i don't think that huge price like this will stay for long, so will sell now to avoid profit loss
36  Economy / Speculation / Re: Oops Price is 425$ Now... on: April 07, 2016, 06:14:34 PM
Bitcoin price fall to 425$ Shocked Shocked Shocked for 1 BTC.. Please share your thoughts about this price fall to know all.

well price is 432$ to be correct at this moment, and best part, is that price will rise only now and i hope that it won't fall, probably because of halving and that everyone buys lots of bitcoins

and even if there was price fall when you created this thread,  it was a small one only, it didn't change price slightly
37  Economy / Speculation / Re: It is Buy time! on: April 07, 2016, 06:00:50 PM
These are cheap coins, it's been buy time for like 18 months. Like the guy above me said anything below 1000 USD will turn out to be a good investment in time. People just need to have patience & not many do.

yes it was awesome time to buy now, and price is rising now, so people that wants to get last cheap coins should buy them now as later they will be more and more expensive,

but below 1000$ to buy bitcoins is still large price, price now is 430$ and it is awesome time to buy, wouldn't buy them at 1000$, i would sell them only
38  Other / Off-topic / Re: Are you buying bitcoins? Why? on: April 06, 2016, 05:29:41 PM
Share with us what's your main reason for buying bitcoins?

usually  i buy them just to hold them for profit,  i mean  i can't find any better way to get profit, than to buy bitcoins and keep them for year or two, it is very easy and profitable!

and if i buy something for bitcoins, then at end of month i buy some of them just to refill my bitcoin supplies
39  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin mining cost? on: April 06, 2016, 05:20:46 PM
The cost of mining Bitcoins requires power to drive almost a whole country now. It's a crazy waste of energy.

In these times energy savings have more and more focus, but Bitcoin mining is going in the opposite direction by requiring more and more energy. It's bad for global warming and the Earth environment in general.

What can be done about that to keep Bitcoins going strong for the next decade?

As I see it one solution is using premined cryptocurrency like Rimbits. Any other alternatives?

well yes, if you want to start bitcoin mining now, then you are way too late to start it, because you will pay more for energy that you will get for bitcoins

and i am not sure but you could try to mine other new crypto, i think that it should give you profit
40  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are you holding your bitcoin for a price increase? on: April 06, 2016, 04:20:45 PM
So are you holding your bitcoins for future events such as halving or you more like to spend your bitcoins when you get it? I personally like to spend it for digital goods usually...

i am holding my bitcoin for halving, so i think it counts as waiting for price rise, and as far as  i know, lots of people does that, some holds them for year or two and not less, and some, like i, sell them when price looks pretty high for me,  for example i will sell now only when price will be 850$ and higher
