I had a chance to test out the Texas Hold em Poker game mode on the Utopia platform and here is my review. The crypto-based poker platform was easy to download and get started into, redeeming the CRP voucher was a breeze as well. After I was ready to get started, there was a bit of a wait to find players to play with. However after a while, I was able to join 2 players and play a few hands of poker. The Highlights of Utopia Poker:Thoughtful Timer System: One of Utopia's standout features is the default 60-second timer per player's turn. This is a generous amount that allows you enough time to carefully think out your moves. I did not feel rushed at all to make decisions against a ticking clock. Visual Clarity: To me, Utopia does a great job in giving players a clear view of their hand's potential. As the flop, turn, and river cards are shown, the system shows you the best hand that your two cards make with the common cards. I often don't catch my hand strength with straights, flushes, full houses and it's good that the client shows you what you have. I actually ended up betting big (in my eyes) with a straight that I wouldn't have realized that I had in the first place. 0 Rake: Utopia does not take commissions for bets made in the made, which is very enticing for poker players. Some Dislikes:Lack of "Sit Out" Option: The biggest con I noticed about the platform was the absence of a "sit out" feature. This can be inconvenient for players who need a short break or wish to observe the game without actively participating. Sometimes when I lose a big bet or win a big bet, i want to sit out the next few hands while watching to re-think strategy. But in this case, my only option was to leave the table. The option to temporarily leave the table while staying in the poker room would be a welcome addition. It seemed like that as long as I am in the room, the dealer will continue dealing me cards, this is a problem if I am afk. So maybe some type of afk time out would be good to implement. Play History: Once you leave a room, there is no way to revisit and review your past plays. I know that most other poker clients don't have this aswell, but since this one is built on crypto, I figured there must be some time of repository that can be accessed to have this info. Premove Functionality: For players who like to plan their moves ahead of time, adding a premove function would be attractive, many other clients use something like this. and I guess here is some proof of my games: Dealer: Hand: #14851256987232512: taz wins pot (2.7734) with cards Jack, Ten, Nine, Eight, Seven Dealer: Hand: #15149078770609258: taz wins pot (0.05) Dealer: Hand: #15199070409180768: malcovi2 wins pot (0.05) Dealer: Hand: #16232226200805789: malcovi2 wins pot (0.196) Dealer: Hand: #16393894091869646: Zenp wins pot (0.196) with cards Six, Six, Ace, King, Ten Dealer: Hand: #16693800498057489: Zenp wins pot (5.08816) with cards Queen, Jack, Ten, Nine, Eight and some screenshots:

Saw this in the news yesterday, and like it was stated there, the pool that took the fees have already set it aside giving the owner of the transaction 3 days to come forward and claim back the fees. looks like the sender still hasn't reached out to f2pool yet, and its been almost 2 days. In another 27 hours, it will be 3 days and the fee will be distributed to the miners. My opinion is that if the sender made a mistake, they would have surfaced by now to claim the money back, if they haven't done this is 45hrs (as of now), its unlikely they will before the end of the 3 days.

I've been in situations where I often forget my Wi-Fi password as it consists of complex characters and symbols i don't typically use.
I recently learned of a way to figure out the wifi password if you happen to have a device connected already and just don't remember it.
If you type "netsh wlan show profile WIFISSID key=clear" in your command prompt <- replace the WIFISSID with your Wifi name. It should spit out the wifi password key that is being used.
Note: This does not require admin rights!
Great tip! I tend to use unique passwords for all my services and often forget my wifi password. Just wanted to add to your cmd promt that if you use the following code, you can get the same details for all your saved connections. Meaning you don't have to enter SSID name. This is helpful especially if your SSID name is long/complicated. for /f "skip=9 tokens=1,2 delims=:" %i in ('netsh wlan show profiles') do @echo %j | findstr -i -v echo | netsh wlan show profiles %j key=clear instead of: netsh wlan show profile WIFISSID key=clear

I am surprised that you publicly give every bit of information about that bitcoin address you owned a long time ago.
He mentioned that he has changed all the characters, so the only information he is giving here is the format and notation of the HEX keys. ...but I changed all the characters...
The private key in HEX is only 64characters long. The private key in HEX with the network bytes and checksum included is only 74characters long. (uncompressed WIF) The private key in HEX with the network bytes, compressed flag (0x01) and checksum included is only 76characters long. (compressed WIF) Any other length will produce an invalid WIF private key.
Ah, my apologies I believed that the HEX key with with checksum and the compressed flag prefix was 80 characters, thanks for the clarification.

I was reminded of a phishing attempt warning email I received on June 2, 2016 as my email was registered with bitcointalk in 2015. This attempt might've been from the email db leak from 2011 or 2013 that others have mentioned. I can say this because I didn't actually receive the phishing attempt email, but only a warning of it from Kraken: Here is the link to the reddit post: https://www.reddit.com/r/Bitcoin/comments/4m3op0/psa_phishing_attempts_reported_today_kraken_re/Some users on the reddit post also mentioned that they did not receive the phishing attempt email. My guess is because they registered between 2013 and 2016, and their data was not leaked, and as such did not receive the phishing attempt.

Great theories. Here is the exact format I wrote it in, but I changed all the characters. I do remember maybe converting it to hex or binary, or at least considering it.
0486 | 4AE5 | 41BC A58F | 3FBA | 1AD7
34F6 | 2AEB 37A4 | 4AAF
7?A4 | ?42? | 6F?? | ??D8 71?D | 6?A? | ?FCA | 86B?
32?F 7F?B
It is very likely that the ? characters are actual Hex characters that you need to fill in. Filling these in would be up to you. Try looking for patterns you can see in the key that could explain the “?”s. Once you have a 80 character HEX string, you can try encoding it to base 58 to obtain potentially a WIF compressed key for your wallet. https://appdevtools.com/base58-encoder-decoderThis is also a great source that has a lot of information about bitcoin key formats: https://www.oreilly.com/library/view/mastering-bitcoin/9781491902639/ch04.html

Thank you for the btcrecover source. I initially didn't have my public address and tried to figure out how to use the public address database to decode but was unsuccessful. Then I was able to trace back some of my old transactions to public address and was able to use it to crack the order of the wallet. It only took 115 minutes using my hardware, which is pretty solid. Successfully recovered 0.0309 btc. Thank you everyone for your help, Much Appreciated!

Hi Everyone, A few years ago, I bought some bitcoin (very small amount, don't worry) and wrote down the 12 mnemonic words on small flashcards. I recently found these cards but seem to have forgotten what the order of the words were. Is there a method using python or any other tools to figure out the order of the words? The number of bitcoins in this was less than 0.04, and as such expensive computational resources would be out of the scope. My rough thoughts lead me to believe that there are 12! possible wallets which is 479,001,600 possible combinations. I read this post online where it claimed that BIP39 uses a checksum word. Does anyone know how / if this checksum can be used for valid mnemonic determination? https://bitcoin.stackexchange.com/questions/79249/i-have-my-12-word-bip39-phrase-but-not-in-the-right-orderAny help would be appreciated.
