Lies and scams are downside of cryptocurrency market that's why some people are afraid to invest in this industry but it's not mean that the whole cryptocurrency industry is full of scams we should look positive side as well if you do some research and see the history of some cryptocurrencies then I believe you will find many positive reasons which may change your thinking about crypto industry.
You're right indeed. On top of that we should consider fact that fiat money are probably more involved in criminal and scamming activities than cryptocurrencies. However since it is a relatively fresh field of knowledge people sleep on securing their funds and trying to take as much profit as possible. |

This could be a great idea but, such ideas should be tested first to know its effectiveness for the voting system because, elections are a delicate system a society has, one error could cause negative impacts in it. One thing I think is the problem here is, about the people who have no internet connection or have no internet reception in their area. Online applications of votes could also be a subject to fraudulent acts that could hinder the true votes of the participants and might be manipulated in some ways.
I don't disregard this great idea but, I think not all society are capable or ready for this innovation.
Do you understand that people are just used to errors in current election system? Blockchain elections for sure won't have same problems as our elections now, but for sure will have own problems that people will have to solve. It's ok since blockchain ones are better and safer in the first place |

I'm surprised the bigger and better known cashback sites haven't looked into paying out into crypto yet. Since it's free money there might be some pretty good uptake.
I'm pretty sure they are afraid to put effort in the field which can possibly not grow further in long term. So I assume after big crypto companies collabs with big payment giants (Visa, skrill, maestro etc.) a lot of interesting things will happen. For instance some cashback sites will rush into crypto  |

No, cause gold is limited , anyway the dollar can't have so much value cause this will means that coin will denominate, and value way to much more than it should and again will need banks to issue new coins and denominate it.
First of all, Bitcoin is limited and it will be totally mined quite soon (in couple years I believe). Second of all, Bitcoin has real ways to use and spend it which can't be applied to gold. I think it is a matter of time when Bitcoin will overcome gold |

DASh is a good project and has been maintaining the top coins in the coinmarketcap. But it is overhyped when comparing it with Bitcoin, that it will take the place and replaced the leading digital assets. Hope it will do well this year as it struggles for the past one year.
It can replace bitcoin in terms of payment adoption ,because as far as I know dash is focusing on making it easily adoptable for both small businesses and users/payers, |

My opinion Ethereum is the hottest coin in this year. Beginning of the year Ethereum price was $128-$130. Now Ethereum price is $170-$175. There are many hottest altcoins in crypto market. They are : Bnb,Nrg, ltc etc.
Imo Ethereum is worth investing in for sure. But the other ones are IOTA and DASH for me. IOTA can possibly go to moon anytime soon AND we have an opportunity to gain a lof of profit. DASH is showing signs of growing even after >150% of growth recently |

I had a good start in 2018. The bitcoin price had remained constant for some time. I chose the right altcoin and made a good profit. It makes sense to make an investment as a bitcoin. However, for big gains, subcoin investment can also be made. I think 80 Bitcoin and 100 Ethereum are a good plan.
No sane normal person is able to get over 20 Bitcoin anymore. To reach 80 Bitcoin in a healthy wide-spreaded portfolio is impossible if you give crypto a maximum of 5%. However it is always a good idea to invest a small part of your wealth into a rising asset class like Bitcoin. But I'm probably not the best one to talk about such a topic when I'm already fully invested in crypto ^^ Hodl and life. The last part is probably true for most of this forum participants. Anyway I think you are right on the 5% crypto part of the portfolio since the market is extremely volatile and sensitive to all kind of events in news. So my guess would be 15 bitcoin is a maximum if we're talking about current btc's price (year ago it was only $3500 so it would be fair to buy more of it). |

Apple is a standard choice, but I'd suggest buying those that are continuously used. Like stocks in the Oil industry or something like that. Only invest in stocks of big companies like Apple/Tesla/Microsoft if you have the money, since they are attacking the world of technology and let's be honest, there's a lot of profit there if they actually manage to do it properly. There's also google, if they manage to perfect the idea and technology of quantum supremacy, hell I believe their stocks would go over the roof. Just recently it jumped to a record high of $1.4k, which kind of says a lot.
Yeah pretty much. Stocks of big companies are safe enough to put in big amount of money. Stocks of fresh companies and crypto currencies on the other hand both are too high risk to put in serious funds. But you should invest in both if you want decent income from your investments. |
