21  Economy / Economics / Re: Why don't we just create backing for Bitcoin? on: June 20, 2012, 08:07:42 PM
It is a nice idea, but bitcoin exchange rates fluctuate so much that you could lose out massively by backing up investments with gold. The way bitcoins are rising, i don't see the rates dropping at all in the future, i can only see them go up and up, so what would be the real plus point to doing this?

Do you like over-using the BTC button to point out what everyone already knows?
Does this ever get old?

25  Economy / Lending / Re: Looking for 100 BTC Loan Over 2 months to fund a development project on: June 20, 2012, 07:57:34 PM
if you have a business plan why aren't you giving the developer a cut of the profits after the site is built maybe like a 1%-3% of profits. Then you don't need the loan and can use the money for more tangible things like servers, ads, etc.
I don't know if this has ever worked for you, but this isn't exactly an option. Businesses, especially mine will take almost a year before any real money is being made. Website code monkeys have to pay the bills, and working for free in hope of a return a year later is not everyone's cup of Tea.
The repayment of my loan will be done from my own pocket from work outside of this project, however, i am quite willing to put the whole potential business on the line a collateral, that is why i would be showing my lender the business plan; if that makes sense?

Edit: what i was getting at, is yes, that is a good suggestion, but the person who i want working on my website isn't going to bite on that idea.

What the money is going on is quite simple. This is a solo project outside of the aforementioned company. I really want to start up a bitcoins website that allows users to sign up for free and to receive a free lump sum of bitcoins into their wallets at the end of each week. The way these coins will  be generated is what my company is about and if you are interested please PM me.

I have a web developer that i am interested in hiring to make this idea a reality. I am going to have my own small team help me write the small peice of software needed, thats going to need hours being paid.

I have worked out that i am going to be spending about £1200 on this. As we speak, i am pretty much £400 short which is why i would like a loan. If anyone is interested and they message me, i will show you my business plan and how i will pay back the loan.

I find it amazing you can judge tone through text, but that's just me.

I can verify my identity and i have a business plan for people who would be interested in offering me the loan. However i would rather discuss something as private as a business plan though PM, and only with someone genuinely serious about lending.

35  Economy / Lending / Looking for 100 BTC Loan Over 2 months to fund a development project on: June 20, 2012, 12:15:54 PM
I am looking for a 100 BTC Loan Over 2 Months at 20%/Month Interest.

I would Repay 60 Coins Month 1
I would then repay 66 coins in Month 2.

Total Repayable 126 Coins.
I am trying to fund the development of a website. If you are interested, mail me for full details of the development, repayment, interest, etc.

As far as reputation goes, I have already made 2 relatively large deals on the marketplace.

Please don't post in this thread unless you are genuinely interested in funding this, or helping out on the project.
