i just tried to claim the faucet but ive got this message "only one second keep this faucet alive"

Tried it, claimed it, and received it. I like this faucet because it is simple and anti-bot links are not all that hard to find nor trick you into clicking ads like others do. Not bad.

can you see the balance in your faucetbox.com admin panel https://faucetbox.com/en/dashboard/balance?
if yes check the ACL security settings https://faucetbox.com/en/dashboard/security/acl if it is enabled, disable it temporarily and check if it's working
if not, regenerate API key and update it in faucet admin

Was this faucet made recently, as in the last few hours? Is the deposit fully confirmed and listed in the account?

As you can see in your at line 123, the script makes the database entry for the balance 'NA' if nothing else is found (I believe). If your FaucetBOX account is not fully funded this may be the reason.
