Could try https://localbitcoins.com/ if you don't mind meeting someone in person near you to buy bitcoins.
It sends you a SMS notification when you receive the bitcoins in your wallet, so you know the seller has actually sent them.

Don't know why you'd find this annoying, OP is summing up all the free coin sites in exchange for us earning him some revenue through ad-links.

If you'd rather not deal with the ads, make a text file with all the links yourself.

1oz of gold worth arround 1600$, if btc goes up to 1600$ per bitcoin, everyone will go crazy (me included)

For sure - but also understand that there are over 5 billion ounces of gold in existence and currently only around 10 million bitcoins (with the maximum amount ever to exist less than 21 million).

If bitcoins were to really be valued as being worth the same as gold then that would make 1 btc closer to 1 million USD.  Grin

Hehe, that'll be the day.  Makes mining at 14 Mh/s seem a lot more worth it right now Tongue

I know its early in google's image search rankings, but its also a rather funny rhyme.

Been lurking for a few days and decided to setup an account early on.  Been doing what mining I can (maxed out at 14.0 Mh/s, booya!) on a laptop and just sort of edging my way into the community.
