I thought that this would be made from fees that users get when they use their money on your platform.. Or how else? I've already shared my affiliate link to my friends  Been using you guys since trading competition scheme That's correct. Thanks for using Whaleclub! |

Hello, just read the faq so the commision is only generate if user make a lost?
Lets say they forecast 0.1 btc on short btc/usd and the pair went down. So in this case whaleclub dont earn so do affiliate?
Or is there any calculation method

Commissions don't depend on loss or win: they come mostly from spreads so most trades will result in a commission. There are rare market situations that don't result in a commission for a given trade, but we expect to cover those starting this month. In case the internal matching works in our favor, 50% of the associated exposure of the trade is also paid to the referrer. More about our model here. |

Can you please explain how this is not a bucket shop.
I think I will stick with BitMEX which is an actual futures exchange instead of a bucket shop.
Hi twats, Our business model is explained in our About page. Trades are matched internally and Whaleclub operates as a hybrid market maker. This model has existed for a long time in the Forex world (see IG.com for an example, one of the largest and longest running brokers) known as CFD. We simply bring it to bitcoin. It's a much more efficient and cost-efficient model than traditional exchanges because the cost of trading on Whaleclub is only the spread: there are no execution fees and your order is executed in full at the quoted price. On an orderbook exchange, the cost of one trade is the spread + slippage (due to lack of liquidity) + execution fee (average 0.25%). This is why if you look at the Forex world you won't see any retail traders using an exchange. Traders use brokers and CFD providers for efficiency. If you want to make a market you may still be better off on an exchange. For any other kind of trading, the CFD model is superior. -Jeffrey Sacks Whaleclub Customer Support |

Just wondering your OP title says Bitcoin for 1:100, but from your dashboard Bitcoin's margin is only 10:1, while the Forex currencies are 100:1?

I think for TURBO would be more promising if the price was taken directly from bitfinex bitcoin prices or other trading sites, I saw the prices at TURBO feature does not follow current market price of the trading site as seen just a game

We're working with them to integrate BTC as base currency and hope to have something by mid year. Our web trader however replicates most MT4 features and more, and our newly released API allows programmatic trading. |
