21  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The future of Bitcoin on: August 29, 2016, 11:10:30 AM
I would like to start a discussion about the future of Bitcoin.
The following is my prognosis
The future of Bitcoin
After vears of trying to break the blockchain technology that runs Bitcoin, the bankers and governements finally realized that because blockchiain was a public ledger that kept all transaction and that this ledger could not be hacked or falsified; Bitcoin could not be stopped or blocked. Like email, and i-porn, it used the internet highway and without destroying the internet and its highways of communication, the blockchain technology could not be blocked.

The banks and governments decided on another plan called “f you can`t beat them, join them”. They decided that their only chance was to buy up all the Bitcoins. They started small and encouraged Bitcoin`s price to drop by demanding regulation, not realizing that the blockchain is just a public ledger that can not be regulated. The threat of regulation caused the price of Bitcoin to drop, and when the banks and government thought that the price of Bitcoin would not go any lower, they started to buy up Bitcoins. When people realized that the banks and governments were buying up the Bitcoins, the price of Bitcoins soared in an avalanche. This made banks and governments very rich.

Bitcoin became to be used as electronic money that could not be falsified or tampered with and that could be used as electronic cash replacing coins and notes. The banks and governments started to encourage the use of Bitcoin and replaced their coins and notes with Bitcoins. Then they replaced their plastic credit cards with chips that were implanted and that allowed money transactions to be made much faster and conveniently than with Bitcoin. They made their own centralized and regulated version of Bitcoin and called it i-coin.

After i-coin became convincingly more appealing than Bitcoin, i-coin became widely accepted. Bitcoin became outdated and old fashioned and the price of Bitcoin started to drop. Then there came a time where the only ones that were using Bitcoins were the ones that were afraid of the chip implants, and those that were afraid of the corrupt banks.
Then the corrupt criminals got on the Bitcoin bandwagon, and Bitcoins started to be outlawed in many countries. The decentralized Bitcoin miners - the keepers of the public ledger - became scarcer and scarcer and were overtaken by centralized criminal miners.

Bitcoin became what it started out as-. electronic cash for buying illegal goods. Eventually, the criminals took it over to use as their own black cash for trading one illegal good for another. This caused a boom in illegal goods, and made the criminals very wealthy.

22  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If you had suddenly 500 BTC on: July 21, 2016, 10:01:30 AM
Then I would spend them all right away because with 500 Bitcoin I can make enough even if the price is not that high.
I do not have the patient to be waiting any longer with that many Bitcoin.
23  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is your reason to gamble? Fun or profit? on: July 06, 2016, 12:57:24 PM
I like to gamble just for fun once in a while when I would like to get some entertainment by betting on my favorite team to win. I am a fan of soccer and I mostly do sportsbetting wagers here and there predominantly over the weekend when I am off work and have time to actually watch the games. Now that the Euro 2016 has commenced I am very active betting small amounts every day. I am not seeking to make a profit all the time but any money for free beer or a trip to the cinema every weekend is appreciated  Cheesy
Do you all really thinks that when you are rich you wont gamble anymore off course that is not true because when you have that lot of money
you will only gamble with more money and that is not what we want only the casino owner does not matter.
24  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Skills vs Luck *poll* on: July 06, 2016, 12:06:48 PM
When trading What Matters More Skills or Luck?
You can argue about this all day long. But I think you need both skills and luck. The question should be - are you better with raw luck or with extreme understanding of the trading strategies?
And how high your luck factor should be? Do you need 50-50 skill and luck or that ratio should be different?

Skills vs luck i dont think both have something to do with each other because the only moment you have luck is when you try something for the first time and it works but you did not expect that
That is luck skills are more things where you learn about when you do something where you trained for and it works it is a skill.
25  Other / Off-topic / Re: Do you still believe in bitcoin on: June 29, 2016, 11:19:43 AM
I joined up over here in 2012-13. At the time it seemed like a way to make a quick buck. Overtime as i read about it more and more, i became interested in the freedom it provides. As time has went on however, my interest and belief in bitcoin have waned. I won't get into the details of why, but i'm wondering what your honest opinion of bitcoin is, with a simple vote, and possibly an explanation.
TL;DR seems bad right now, maybe take a break. You'll likely get re-interested.

I also joined up around 2013, and I fell off from the forum twice during that time and now. I entirely understand where you're coming from.

Back when Bitcoin popped to $1k/piece, I was immensely interested in it. I came on this forum soon after I started learning about Bitcoin, and then worked for ~$230 in Bitcoin back when it was $700-$900 each. Then the crash to $200 came around, I bailed and bought PMs at $550.

I stopped here for about a year and a half, no signature campaign, nothing. Interest in Bitcoin was destroyed.

Come back summer last year, try getting back into the signature campaigns, but this forum was dead, so I gave up. No new threads or new content to discuss. There was no way to be interested in the forum and actually want to do anything, since a new reply would happen once in a dozen minutes.

Leave, come back a month and a half ago, find forums alive, having a good time.

In short, it'll seem lame right now, but you'll probably be re-interested in some period of time. Just find a new aspect to learn about.
I dont believe into the bitcoin anymore and that is because there are to many people who are saying that the halving will cause the die of the bitcoin so i think it is not worth to invest
into the bitcoin again. If the price keeps dropping i think everybody is going to sell their coins when the price is in the 600 dollar.
26  Economy / Economics / Re: Why have Bitcoin instead of cash? on: June 20, 2016, 09:17:12 AM
Bitcoin will be the future payment method and that is because the world is also getting more digital so that is really nice for the world itself and also for the currency.
But of course it is hard to know what will happen later in the future with the value of Bitcoin and that is also impossible to predict.
27  Economy / Speculation / Re: BIG PUMP STARTED .. $400 SOON on: June 06, 2016, 10:50:11 AM
You see now indeed that the value of the Bitcoin is rising slowly and that is really nice of the Bitcoin because many people are now also waiting until they can sell it so that would be nice.
But you need to wait for a higher value so you can earn some more money with Bitcoin.
28  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is bitcoin better or paypal? on: May 23, 2016, 12:31:51 PM
I have been told that don't accept payments via paypal, is that right?
Because when buyer will have his bitcoins then he can claim back money from paypal by saying that i haven't received desired product.
paypal will always bee better then the bitcoin paying method there are allot of people who dont use the bitcoin and there are millions of people who are using the paypal method. So this question was quiet easy.
29  Economy / Economics / Re: Do You Think Bitcoin Will Replace Dollar Soon? on: May 09, 2016, 12:56:06 PM
bitcoin can't replace the dollar until people stop exchanging their bitcoin into dollars

Even if people will stop exchanging, some compare system will be needed for bitcoin anyway. Bitcoin can't really replace dollar anyway and it's true.
It is true that bitcoin cannot replace dollar but it is not correct that for bitcoin as a standard to be compared with dollar is compulsory, when bitcoin become a most stable currency then people will make bitcoin as a standard and then bitcoin will itself a standard for other currencies.
There is a possibility because bitcoin is not controlled by the government, its decentralization features likely to attract more people plus they can easily track their disbursements and receipts looking at the public ledger. It US will go cashless this will gives us good option.
It will not replace soon and that is because they can see that there are a lot of people that is getting to love Bitcoin because they want to make some profit of course and that is perfect.
But you never know what will happen with Bitcoin but it will replace maybe in the future.
30  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin vs Dollar on: April 13, 2016, 12:17:33 PM
Dollar will disappear in the future I think and that is because you cant pay online with Dollar in the future and that is the bad thing of Dollar because everything is now getting more online and you can buy more online.
So that is bad for Dollar itself and more people are now going to use some Bitcoins.
31  Economy / Speculation / Re: Finally bitcoin above 400 again on: April 11, 2016, 11:36:45 AM
The price is now a bit stable so that is not that bad for Bitcoin it is only bad for the people who already have some Bitcoins and that is logic because they want to make some fast profit in the future also and that is good.
But the most people are also thinking that the value will rise in the future and that can be nice for the most people who already have Bitcoins.
32  Economy / Economics / Re: Sell Everything? on: March 23, 2016, 11:26:18 AM
Why should you know sell everything ? There is no reason to do that, or you must be in emergency. But that will not happen.
Most people also think that it will be more worth and that we can sell it later with some profit. But that is hard to know that.
33  Economy / Economics / Re: When do you buy Bitcoin ? on: February 17, 2016, 12:08:58 PM
Like everyone I buy my bitcoins low and sell them high for a good price to make a lot profit.
34  Economy / Economics / Re: When do you buy Bitcoin ? on: February 10, 2016, 12:18:55 PM
I use to buy a little every month when the price was low, right now it looks as if it might go down a bit further so currently I am not buying but if and when the price goes down I have the funds ready to get in.

I think the price will go up, it will only take some time.
We just have to be patient, just buy your bitcoins.
35  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BTC in your country on: January 21, 2016, 12:36:12 PM
In my country they know about bitcoin not all people, but they know I have seen that much people in real world with bitcoin also there is not that much stores that accept bitcoin.
36  Economy / Speculation / Re: Five digits on: January 08, 2016, 01:31:16 PM
I think we won't see ever a 5 digits to bitcoin. I think in my opinion is just to high to reach at 5 digits.
We need to see the reality that it can maybe go to 5000 dollars. But not stable.
37  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Why do Atheists hate Religion ? on: December 23, 2015, 03:25:06 PM
Because people love to hate when is not the same.
Those atheists are just idiot for hating I don't know why people will just make the time to hate.

39  Other / Off-topic / Re: Complete the sentence... "I would sell all my Bitcoins if..." on: November 30, 2015, 01:39:39 PM
I would sell all my bitcoins if I could at least make 1 million profit on each and every coin that I own.
