4 and a half months and my 0.04 BTC deposit is at 2.4% :l

Be glad you've only invested 0.04... I'm stuck at 0.8 btc rewarded from a total of 37 deposited, in 3 months. Where 0.5 came within the first month. I'm not very optimistic about my decision right now. I also think that's why it has gotten so quiet lately, everyone has just given up..

I still think new deposits should get all the power from the new infrastructure with the exception of the 30% going upwards of course. This would call for a lower ROI for new investors (which we need to keep it going) and thus we'll get a lot more ASIC power. Of course this means that newer investors get more bitcoins than the old, but I thinks it's totally fair that way, as it'll benefit older investors in the long run as the newer ones finishes.

Another idea is that you can add the ability to make accounts where you can't have any referral accounts, but the benefit is that you get almost all of the ASIC mining power (like the above). This would mean that any investor right now who wouldn't have been able to benefit from the changes, now benefit in the way that new accounts have to use an older account as sponsor..

I'm just trying to get some ideas going...

A friend of mine started it, pretty good rates Smiley some of the offers are kind for sketchy though so be a bit careful. If you live in the states you can very well earn like 250-400 mBTC in a few hours Smiley Better than minimum wage! :b

And yes, it's my referral link :b

What if the Winklevii are buying Bitcoin for their ETF's because there happens to be quite a demand for it? just speculating here.

In that case they would take all the financial risk by buying coins already without having the clients their money.

(Since they cannot accept clients money before the ETF is approved and launched.)

So no, I don't think it's them.

What would it be, like 5-10% of their wealth?.....

Great that the total hash rate is high, but I was seriously convinced that I and my sponsors would get the ASIC power I bought.. So that I benefit from ASIC infrastructure first and at completion my hashrate would go to the rest of the investors.. Is it only me that thinks that sounds fair? I mean it could even benefit everyone, as more people would invest because of a lower ROI. Also as a early investor I wouldn't mind that later investors get more hashrate because the technology has improved, because I know as soon as they finish, I get their hashing power.

Pyramining, would you mind telling us how many deopits (in BTC) are >90% done? Or even better, give us that statistic in every tenth percentile. It would be nice to know when to expect a bit of hash rate increase, since the system is different from what I thought it was.

Hey I've been following this thread for the past 30 pages or so, since before I invested. But I'm still kind of confused as of late about what exactly my hashrate will be as soon as it becomes active.

Say I preordered around 35 BTC worth of ASIC's in April, where the price per GH was around 0.4 BTC. So at the time I was under the impression that I would be getting 87.5 GH/s worth of hashing power (before giving to sponsors)

Then later the price per GH/s was higher than expected and a lower hash rate would be assigned to me, that's understandable and all and the 50% referral as a bonus was a nice addition.

But here's my confusion, will I be getting the "New infrastructure" MH/s of those 1300 per bitcoin, or will it be distributed to everyone, meaning I'd get the "Current infrastructure" of a mere 90 MH/s per bitcoin??

It's because of some later posts that I've gotten confused, but in my opinion I should get every bitcents worth of ASIC infrastructure added to me and my sponsors.

Thank you for your time Pyramining, I'm in no doubt that you're doing the best you can Smiley

How many wars has the US lost?

Every one we have been in since WWII... Sad

Sorry to burst your patriotic bubble, but even though the US likes to claim victory in their wars, winning is very subjective..

Some questionable "victories" include the Korean War, Vietnam War and the most recent War in Iraq.

As for completely lost causes to anyone with a moderately open mind are the long War on Drugs and the more recent War on "Terror"

I am not scared of the US attacking the crypto currencies, being it on. As soon as they start fighting for real, they've already lost.

Ummm, I said we lost every war since WW2... but thanks? Huh

Lol, sorry misread it xD. Never mind then <3

You can buy cocaine for $2000 in Colombia and sell it for 20k in America. Guess why.

Cocaine is addictive; bitcoin is not.

Speak for your self. I personally would try my hardest getting some bitcoin if I suddenly found myself without any.. Wink

I call bulltrap, peak around 130 on bitstamp. Then a fall to the 70s. Based on nothing what so ever. But hey, it's speculation, right?

Fort Gox on the other hand could go 200+, simply because it is silly.
