It's easy what happened.

Somebody bought a huge amount of USD-N, as the amount increased to 9578781.64 USD-N (statistics from dev.pywaves.org).

USD-N have to be backed by waves to make an annual percentage of 6% possible. Therefore WAVES had to be purchased from the market which leads to an increase in price.

If you take a look at https://www.dappocean.io/ you will also see the high volume from neutrino protocol (3.9 million).
