21  Other / Serious discussion / Re: What wallet do you prefer? on: September 28, 2019, 08:13:11 PM
paper wallet is the best wallet in terms of security. It is all so easy to set up so you don't have to worry about losing your Bitcoins as long as you remember where you keep it and you keep it safe from potential intruders.
22  Other / Serious discussion / Re: Should I spend my cash, or save it? on: September 28, 2019, 08:04:42 PM
You should either save your cash, or invested in Bitcoin and all coins. if you spend your cash it will be gone unless you need it for some extremely important thing.

Donald Trump should be ashamed of letting that guy into his administration who brags about drinking alcohol with his anus, when his own brother dies from alcoholism.

25  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will it be good for bitcoin if it will be regulated by the Goverment's on: September 28, 2019, 07:26:46 PM
Government regulation generally leads to improvements in technologies. Reason is that despite it might seem unfortunate in the beginning, with regulation we have safer playing field for everyone at the end of the day got. Which is what really matters.
26  Other / Off-topic / Re: [ARCHIVE] Bitcoin challenge discusion on: September 28, 2019, 07:25:37 PM
Well I have absolutely no idea of how to do this. I would just brute force but in my limited experience it would probably take until the end of the foreseeable universe and still wouldn't be cracked, so leave it to others.
27  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: South Korean Government Considers Relaxing Cryptocurrency Regulations on: April 21, 2019, 02:27:25 PM
Cryptocurrency regulations are necessary for the layman to be able to use Bitcoin, because let's face it, Bitcoin is a highly technicall thing which many old people will not be able to understand at all, so it has to be accepted by governments at the end of the day, and they will be respinsible to put fair regulations so the average person will be able to easily use Bitcoin in their daily lives.
28  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: A city in Canada is letting people pay taxes in Bitcoin on: April 21, 2019, 02:26:08 PM
Let me correct the author.  Innisfil, Ontario is not a city in Canada but a municipality. This is the first municipality which belongs Northern American Nation to accepts bitcoin in paying taxes. But this is not the first time I heard of it. There was an area in Switzerland which is the first in the world to accept bitcoin to pay taxes and it was followed I guess by Ohio (first US state to accept bitcoin to pay taxes).

But seeing 3 areas in 3 big countries that has government allowing bitcoin to be paid as a form of payment for taxes is a big news. It is another huge progress for the bitcoin and the whole cryptocurrency community.

To be fair, city and municipality are kind of interchangeable. Sure a city is technically a bigger place so a municiplatity would be considered a smaller place where there are less people, but it isn't necessary to go into that much detail for a simple online forum post about it, which can just say city or town and that's good enough to understand the point of it.
29  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Southeast Asia’s Cryptocurrency Sector could be targeted by North Korea on: April 21, 2019, 02:24:57 PM
Believe it or not, North Korea has one of the best haking groups in the entire world. They were respinsible for breaking the security of a major bank and stealing tens of millions of dollars without even getting caught. Well, people suspect it was them based on the digital trails. However, they are still not punished for that crime because so far, they got away with it. So I think they can also target Southeast Asia's cryptocurrency sector too.
30  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The biggest Crime in cryptocurrency on: April 21, 2019, 02:23:18 PM
The bigegst crim in cryptocurrency is probably the "collapse" rom the "hacking" of Cryptsy. Some will say Mt. Gox. Both are debatable, because both are big crimes. It's sad that people will stopp to such low levels just to get money. I wonder how they sleep at night! They should be ashamed of themselves, stealing the people's money and thinking that they have a right to it.
31  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The reason mining was banned in China on: April 21, 2019, 02:18:41 PM
The Chinese government has way too much power of the average chinese citizen. It's sad. Why shouldn't someone in China be allowed to buy a cryptocurrency mining GPU and make their own money using China's cheap electricity... G-D forbid someone should want to earn a good living doing something honorable by participating in the greatest technological revolution in the history of mankind.
32  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Never give up on: April 21, 2019, 01:29:07 PM
just thınk, whales lose much more money when btc goes down 100 dolar, you have for example 1 btc and you lose 100 dolar Cheesy but whales has 10k btc and they lose 100x10.000= 1 mıllıon dolar Cheesy

so be relax, let them play this fckıng whale games, dont be ant under elephants, eventually they have to fınd a way to rice prices

IT's easier to make money when we have money, though. Whales don't mind big losses because let's face it, they have enough money to live comfortable regardless if they would lose their money or not... they will always be able to live comfortable so Bitcoin investing is just a game in that respect, because poor people don't have the option of losing it's either win or keep being poor lol.
33  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Satoshi Nakamato to be revealed " claims on: April 21, 2019, 01:27:51 PM
Read a thread recently about Satoshi Nakomoto being a group of people, at least that's what John McAfee (founder of McAfee antivirus software) was saying on Twitter and someone posted that here. Well, he says that he knows who these individuals behind the creation of Bitcoin (calling themselves Satoshi NAkamoto) are... guess we'll have to just wait and see.
34  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Bitcoin Debit Card on: April 21, 2019, 01:21:55 PM
There are many Bitcoin debit cards available now. Too many to count. Even companies like Coinbase are coming out with their own versions of credit cards now. Just wait until everyone has a debit/credit card, but instead of spending fiat, we spend Bitcoin instead. That will be so amazing. I think it will happen faster than people think. Well, who knows. Only G-D.
35  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will we reach first 100M market capitalization or 18M BTC in circulation? on: April 21, 2019, 01:17:34 PM
Man, we reached $100,000,000 (one hundred million) market capitalization many, many years ago by now. Where have you been? Asleep at the wheel? Under a rock? lol now we're talking in the multi-billions... BTC market cap will always be above $100 million... but I think you were referring to 100 biillion ($100,000,000,000), in which case i think we will reach that market cap before reaching 18 million coins.
36  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is downloading money into your PC on: April 21, 2019, 01:11:48 PM
I do not understand the technical aspects So if I'm wrong, people will correct me. People download the wallets, they do not download bitcoin. People mining bitcoin, they do not download bitcoin.

https://www.bitcoinmining.com

I believe that there is a great difference between bitcoin and download music, video, photos from the internet

In support to your statement, there is really a big difference between bitcoin and music, video and other media. Also bitcoin cannot be downloaded but we can download wallet instead. Mining bitcoin and sending bitcoin works differently from sending videos and music. When you send music and video  you can send that media to almost everyone. This means that there is duplication, however if we talk about cryptocurrency, it is a different thing. There are certain protocols to follow and it works through a blockchain technology, wherein you cannot send twice what you already send.

The very technology of the Blockchain is such that there can be no duplication. In other words, once a transaction has been sent, it is final. There can be no double-spending or copy transaction since the Blockchain only allows for 1 transaction which all parties (nodes) must verify. If they detect something wrong, such as an attempted double-spend transaction, then it will simply be denied.
37  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Life Cycle of a Transaction - Andreas A. on: April 21, 2019, 01:04:49 PM
I got to understand how some basic things work on bitcoin and blockchain, I have come to understand that bitcoin will replace fiat in the future.

I haven't been following Andreas too closely lately, but from what I have seen so far, he seems rather realistic and self aware enough to understand that Bitcoin isn't something that will replace banks and fiat.

There is a difference between people wanting Bitcoin to replace banks and fiat, and the probability of it to actually happen. I prefer Bitcoin to function as digital Gold, because you simply aren't messing with government currencies. The very fact that we have had an easy ride throughout the first decade is because Bitcoin has never formed even a remote threat to fiat, and I prefer to keep it like that.

Why wont Bitcoin replace banks and fiat?

I thought that was the whole point...

2009 BTC invented>banks laugh>2030 BTC $1,000,000>banks lose
38  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: John "fucking" McAfee: I will reveal Satoshi on: April 19, 2019, 04:08:17 PM
John McAfee claims to know the identity of Satoshi and has made several twitter posts suggesting he will reveal the identity if the they do not reveal themselves.

Quote
I protected the identity of Satoshi. It's time, though, that this be put to bed. Imposters claim to be him, we are spending time and energy in search of him - It's a waste. Every day I will narrow down the identity of Satoshi until he reveals himself, or I reveal him.

How do I know about Satoshi?

Yes, I drink, use drugs, chase women, run from the law - which I have done since I was 19. But it does not obviate the fact that I created a great company whose focus was stopping hackers. I had to know hacking. I am still John Fucking McAfee,

The "Who is Satoshi?" Mystery must end! First: It is NOT the CIA nor any agency of any world government. It IS a collection of people, but the white paper was written by one man, who currentky resides in the US. If he does not come forward these narrowings will continue.[
https://twitter.com/officialmcafee/status/1118569049871482885?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw%7Ctwcamp%5Etweetembed%7Ctwterm%5E1118569049871482885&ref_url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.ccn.com%2Fjohn-mcafee-satoshi-nakmoto-identity-countdown-bitcoin

I don't know if he really knows who he is, but he is probably the most credible person to come forwards claiming to know or be him. That itself is not really difficult with the string of charlatans who have pretended in the past, but it is entirely possible given his past that he does know and again entirely possible this is just another John McAfee PR stunt.

Well, it is more than likely that his identity , or the group if it is so, will be revealed. Of course we do not know, as we are not psychics or fortune tellers, but realistically, it's better if it does so the Bitcoin community may be at peace knowing the full truth of who created it. BTC will live on regardless though, but hopefully Mr. John McAfee encourages this group of people to come forward. lol
39  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to protect yourself and others from scammers? on: November 03, 2018, 07:22:31 PM
The best way for us to do this is to make sure that we are always looking out for one another, whenever we come across a coin that is a scam or any kind of scam then we should be ready to report them and create awareness on them to make sure that people are being warned about the scams, that way less and less people will fall for the scams
40  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: which is the best investment way for altcoin ? on: November 03, 2018, 07:14:27 PM
The best investment way to use for altcoins is always to wait for when the price of bitcoin crashes, the altcoins follow the price of bitcoin so they are going to crash when bitcoin crashes. Once that happens and all of the coins are in the red, then you can buy the coins, they are basically on sale at that point and you can get a lot of coins for a small amount
