300 including ship and escrow

PM sent last night. Money talks and I have another offer. Are we going to do this?
I want to ship these to their new owner ASAP
26  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: [WTS] 2 - Avalons on: July 11, 2013, 10:02:37 PM

The previous offer I received was almost what I am looking for, but not quite there.

These are still available.
27  Economy / Computer hardware / --SOLD-- MY AVALONS ! ! ! ! on: July 11, 2013, 07:18:44 PM
EDIT 2:
These have both been spoken for and 1 has been paid for.
The other should be paid for shortly.

EDIT:
These 2 Avalons are the only thing stopping me from moving out of my current office/colo space.
I shut down all the GPUs and these gotta go so I can stop paying rent on the space.
I have substantially reduced my price to get these moving.

Hello all,
These Avalons have been mining all day every day since early April.
They both run at about 82 G/h. These units are incredibly reliable, their uptime can be counted in months.
Each unit has stalled only one time that needed a manual reboot.
Any other times (about every 18-48 hrs) they auto restart CGMiner and keep on mining.
The most recent manual reboot one was after overclocking to 350.
Also since the overclocking, they are about 3° warmer than they used to be.
They now run between 47° and 51° - Totally within the acceptable range.
But I have to tell you that I have 2 tons of AC pumping onto them and a few GPU rigs in a 120 square foot room.

The price is 95 BTC each + Shipping from Florida to your location.

7 x 5970's @ 2.5 BTC (OBO) each - Hashing on both cores - Fans spinning

Any chance you'd be willing to part with one of these for 2 BTC or 5 NastyFans seats?

2 BTC Offer accepted. Sending you a PM with transaction details.

32  Bitcoin / Armory / Re: Armory - Discussion Thread on: June 27, 2013, 01:07:03 PM
I applaud your decision!
Thank you for doing the right thing, sacrifying short-term development for long-term goals.

In fact you are the dev here I trust the most, be it technically, vision, endurance or incorruptable.
Not implying I see issues with other devs, but you I trust the most.

It will be a big day once Armory is self-contained, without any external component (like bitcoind). It's in the far future still, but it will be a milestone for the Bitcoin ecosystem as a whole.

Oh, are you a paid full-time Armory dev yet? If not, we have to change this! :-)

Ente
AFAIK, Alan *IS* Armory.  Cheesy

Only client I can bear to use, even if the RAM requirements (- and it seems almost guaranteed to crash if certain parts wind up on virtual RAM) and need of maintaining the blockchain make it nearly unusable in my situation. I go to great lengths to be able to use Armory, because even while it currently has critical flaws, it's the most flexible and powerful client I've ever used. Alan's a freakin' rockstar in handling support issues, too. It's actually unnerving how interested he is in ensuring users have good experiences.

I really can't imagine a better way to donate money for the fundamental growth of Bitcoin and the ventures it spawns than to send it to Alan.
+1,000

Armory is the ONLY way to keep MY Bitcoin (and yours for that matter) safe . . . PERIOD
Thanks Alan, take your time

This auction is now ended, paid and closed.
Thank you Arcas.

I'll ship this out right away.

BTC 1
Congrats and thanks.

PM Sent with payment instructions.

In light of the price drop, I'll offer 0.6BTC USPS Priority.

Same hash and price of a 5830, without all the resale value or other usefulness.
I'll offer 0.7.

In light of the recent price drop?
You're going to wait how long?
Difficulty will be how high when you get yours?
Mine ships same day via FedEx.
Still more profitable here than to wait the the "newly priced" ones?

Don't be irritable, I paid 1.99 for some of these too.

You hadn't received any new offers for 2 days, I was simply breaking the ice considering the new price levels.

Good Luck with the sale and you're welcome for the bump.

LOL thanks, I did have a few offers recently via PM, but it all fell apart in the last 24 hrs.

I'm drying my tears now and starting to consider some of the new offers.

Thanks for the bump.
I got out of it just in time.  I suggest selling them on eBay, rather than here: They're still going for $200 or more, last time I checked.
Thanks for the heads up, but I don't have the patience for eBay.
I will turn this into an auction tho.
I'm going to take the highest offer that I have at 2pm Eastern time today and sell it to that guy.
Then I will ship it out TODAY by the end of the day.

Everyone, please remember that I'm INCLUDING SHIPPING (to the contiguous 48) in the price.

Hey Charlie! I'd love to get my hands on one of those units!

Unfortunately I've only got a balance of .0734521 BTC now total in my wallet.
I'm new to the Bitcoin network and do not possess proper hardware yet. :/

Any way we could work out a loan or something? The USB miner will take about 10 months at current difficulty to pay off.
But I would plan to pay you off much sooner. As quickly as 3 months provided I can find the funding!
I'd also be willing to pay extra ontop of what you'd send it to me for!
(Say we agreed on 2.5BTC payment, I'd send you 3BTC back as a token of appreciation)

I'm currently mining at around 50MH/s with my Asus K55n laptop. One of these devices would boost my mining x6 or so.

Either way, I appreciate you taking the time to read this post. Hopefully hear from you shortly. Cheesy

Thank you for your interest. I would love to help an aspiring miner, but this is not a way that I would be able to help.
