The Ethereum is quite useful. It has been used in smart contract. It is now used in the DAO. so the price could rise.

Does anyone here have an intelligent argument for why or why not Ether will succeed? Other then incoherent bias remarks i mean.

Lisk or Waves are too small. They will not affect the price of Ethereum. People are just taking profit.

Ethereum price mostly traded in a range of $-10-12 this past week, as there was no major news event. However, the best thing, which may favor the bulls is the fact that the price closed the week above the 100 simple moving average (4-hours). There will be more "future of crypto" coins/tokens in upcoming months.

I personally think its a shame that every single one of these threads end up like this. I found it very interesting to read that classic and core essentially have the same goals (2MB + SegWit) just prefer a different order.
