since 4th June,I haven't got any staking Neva.  Might it be that you dont have enough coins. Get more... Staking works for me fine, though i have enough coins. |

Hah, did do windows system backup and Nevacoin wallet did not like it and received runtime errors, etc, it crashed after backup.
After reboot and deleting whole nevacoin data dir (well, i did copy wallet.dat ofc) managed to get it run again.
Problem was that my wallet was somewhat damaged :-) heh.
so even after i got clean data but with my wallet.dat it crashed all the time.
Anyway, i did not panicked, and running wallet.exe with -salvagewallet option did manage to fix my wallet.dat.
All transactions and balance seems to be correct, no problems.
Anyway, i have my wallet.dat from from last week backed up, so what if my current wallet.dat was beyound repair, would my older wallet.dat still be enough?
So would all my new transactions since last week, etc. would they be added to wallet.dat automagicly if i were to use and copy my older wallet.dat to replace broken wallet.dat?

What are the parameters that makes transaction confirmations?
What i mean, that sometimes i get fast first confirmation, but there can be several minutes (like 15 minutes) to get first confirmation.
Just trying to figure out whats behind slow confirmations, and can they be someshow make quicker?
On average a block is found every minute and a half. But sometimes several blocks are found in a row and sometimes it takes more time, like 15 minutes. Its the same with bitcoin, on average it is 10 minutes. But sometimes the network is unlucky and it does not find a block for an hour... You can not control that in any way, it is normal behavior of all decentralized crypto currencyes. The parameters would be when does the next miner or staker solve a valid block and your transaction is included. The parameter is the block time target, which is set to 91 seconds, but in real life its around 100 seconds. Does that also include PoS mining? I am getting these times per first or more confirmation(s), seconds: 80, 110, 160, 240, 630, 20, 30 So it seems to be ~80 sec multiplier (or not). |

Just want to tell that nevabutton wallet is almost empty  Dont worry. "secret" is that every 1 hour it get 1.00000000 NEVA send from my wallet. That's the current rate. I'll let you get info what time it is added  Sometimes i send manually more coins to it. Any improvements you like to see, i am thinking to add small chat for it. |

Is this a mandotory update to 1.2?
It is mandatory yes. The crucial changes come live at block 100k, so there is no rush, but better sooner than later... If you dont upgrade before block 100k you will end up on a separate fork... I tried to test 2-of-2 transaction Managed to create multisig address (37PE87YVd3NKLHjMkuujeQF4HmVCEJAFPv) then i send some Nevacoins to it and received txid 27671122999b7646a1bc6968c1b6c870dfbdd8ba18372774c9d852d376a5062f then i created rawtransaction. this was my command: createrawtransaction '[{"txid":"27671122999b7646a1bc6968c1b6c870dfbdd8ba18372774c9d852d376a5062f","vout":0}]' '{"NWe91em7v3LZsfRhgmUD4wF5vvMAkYTfLf":50}' i did receive rawtransaction, then i tried to sign it and then sign with my other wallet where i did create my 2-of-2 multisig address. but it says complete: false after i try to sign it and try to send it, i'll get: error: {"code":-22,"message":"TX rejected"} Where i did do wrong? Is it broken because i did multisig on my Linux wallet but did pay to it with my Windows wallet, where i also did my rawtransaction? Is my transaction now completely lost? i cant free it? Ah, addmultisig was needed to do with both nodes, i managed to sign and it said complete true, but still i am getting TX rejected when i am trying to send it. Ah2, txfee, i tried to send all Nevacoins, you need to reduce txfee. now its thru. All ok |

I made a small mistake in the code, one line was missing in the staking code and the wallet was showing 0 in getstakinginfo, I blame my cat that is always walking on my keyboard Version 1.2.1 is now the latest one. Links in the OP are updated. Please update to the latest one. Nice. I noticed: Linux nevacoind is missing from binaries Also couple things: nevacoin_qt_linux_v1.2.1.zip.zip :-) double zipped?-) and Nevacoin-qt_windows_v1.2.1.zip inside there is "Nevacoin Core Wallet.exe", not Nevacoin-qt.exe as before. I fixed the doubble zip And the exe was renamed, I think most people dont know what qt stands for Its still missing nevacoind for Linux. *edit: ah, its included in new zip. thx. |

Nevacoin network shows new versions ( https://chainz.cryptoid.info/neva/#!network) and there's new commits in github repository. I assume that @dev is testing new (upcoming) versions. |
