He has now taken to simply removing my scam alert replies.  User cannot be trusted and still owes me either an MSDN account or a refund.  Avoid this user like the plague.

I'm not confused. I was following the instructions to the letter and they couldn't be followed through.
For example, one of the key notes is to select a non credit course.  That's not available to select from the organisation a previous step instructs you to select.

Sadly the method doesn't work.  For example, one step instructs you to select non-credit courses.  However, the only value available is credit courses.
When following the instructions in the guide, they don't match up with the actual available options.  The links given also seem to contradict the instructions (i.e. you're told to select one institution and later you're told to go to a login URL for a different institution).

Funnily enough, I found the same method on another forum and it didn't work for me then, either.  Have a feeling that the colleges are on to the account creation.
