A lot of people are hosting their casinos in offshore locations, but they are still citizens in their own country, so their local laws are still applicable to them. Also, customers to their casino have their own laws and you will have to block countries based on their location, to protect yourself. Will you relocate to Malta with duel citizenship? I understand, same with my anonymity. Yes. Its possible to have double citizenship, its possible if you have ex. Company in different country. Another option is bahamas. The only reason why I know a bit about this, is because I had some legal issues with something similar and I dealt with some lawyers about this.
