Das interessante ist das es anscheinend nur in der Kombi DHL und Zoll passiert.

Sogar bei Bitmain wird man bei der Bestellung schon auf diesen Verhalt hingewiesen wenn man DHL auswählt.

Ich drück dir mal die Daumen das die Sache noch halbwegs die Kurve kriegt.

dachte ich bis jetzt auch aber sogar korrekte Warengruppen bei der Verzollung sind ein Glücksspiel mittlerweile.

War für mich definitiv das letze mal mit DHL.

unfortunatly one of my Antminers L3+ from March Batch has a defective Hashboard.

I opened a Ticket and they told me i should send in the defective Hashboard within a Week to the Repaircentre in Hongkong.
As soon as i send them the receipt and the serialnumber they will offer my a "special" Coupon for DOA-Replacement.
Whatever that means...

I shipped the board, uploaded the receipt, the DHL waybill and a Picture of the Serialnumber.
And now i am waiting patiently for 2 Days what will happen.

Anyone here with Expierence regarding Bitmain DOA Cases ?

Der offizelle Ersatzteilshop bei Bitmain schaut ziemlich mau aus...

Ich würde mal ein Ticket bei Bitmain eröffnen.

Ich scanne dir mal die letzten Unterlagen ein.
Waren auf Antminer L3+

Ich schwärze lediglich die Adresse aus.

So DHL ist nun bei mir auch so gut wie raus.
Die letzten 3 Lieferungen bin ich ja wundersam auf privat umgestellt worden ohne jegliche Vorwarnung.

Wollte heute die 3 Rechnungen überweisen und mir kamen die Beträge schon so komisch vor.
Und siehe da überall extra Zoll in Rechnung gestellt worden.

Hab nun eine ellenlange Email geschrieben mal sehen was da nun wieder rauskommt 

Ist das jemanden von euch auch schon passiert ?

Kenn zwar den D3 nur vom Namen aber Firmware neu installieren kann auch helfen.
Ansonsten ist hier von Bitmain eine relativ gute Beschreibung zur Fehlersuche :

In DE ist mir niemand bekannt der Boards verlässlich repariert, wenn du das Board nach Hongkong zur Reparatur schickst kann es ziemlich lange dauern.
Und man muss peinlich genau die Beschriftung und Anleitung von Bitmain beim Versand beachten.

Mir ist schon ein Board abhanden gekommen und dann wird es richtig "lustig" bei der Kommunikation mit Bitmain.

Im Gegensatz zu vielen anderen hatte ich mit DHL kaum Probleme.
Ausser bei der letzten Lieferung da wurde ich aus versehen auf Privat-Kunde umgestellt.
Um welche Miner handelt es sich genau ?
Kann dir gerne anbieten meine Import-Papiere von DHL zur Verfügung zu stellen wenn es dir hilft.

Mit welchem Lieferdienst hast du importieren lassen ?

Falls es noch aktuell ist einfach die Auflösung des Bildes scans reduzieren z. B. Mit IrfanView.
Hatte genau dasselbe Problem mit der proof of residence
