21  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Making money through DEX fee's. The next big thing? on: November 09, 2019, 08:18:56 PM
Dex is not inconvenient to use. Why do you say this?
A node won't gather anywhere near 1% there are thousands of them so you need to look at it realistically.
You can make a living doing anything. I would not count on just this for a living. A nice extra boost on the side for retirement might be good.
22  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The Harsh Reality About The Current ICO Project on: November 03, 2019, 07:14:30 PM
When a project tells you it's token will rise in value you should immediately leave. Unless they speculating about what could happen.

It's normal that they promise that the token value will increase in the long run because that's the result of good development.

However, this market has been bearish for 2 years I guess, and even those coins that are very popular and stable during the popularity of ICO are now struggling as well, so you can't just expect the ICO project you are investing will increase its value when majority struggles, that's not possible, unless it's an exceptional coin.
I think there is no such project that would not promise you that they will be the best among its competitor in terms of their field, every ICO will tell you that when the project became successful they will bonus or what, they will also be listed in famous exchanges but the sad truth is they just only doing this because they want to gain attention and attraction some of them doesnt follow their roadmap, and few of them became scam ICO.

There are a few projects that do not lie about things but just speculation which is totally ok. Some projects do not even promise a return and have a disclaimer about it.

On thing that just keeps baffling me is that despite the fact that there has never since 2017 a token sold at 50% of its ICO price, people still invest in new projects in which their funds are tied down for eternity. Investing in ICO/IEO is like throwing the good morning after the bad one.

I think these people are crazy or enjoy working for nothing only to throw their money at ICO. Maybe is like gambling to them?
23  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: be careful with projects that offer you great prizes, that is not a guarantee of on: November 03, 2019, 07:05:04 PM
You need to ask yourselves why they need to offer such prizes to get people to invest. The classic thing to do will launch an ICO and sell the tokens in stages each time costing a little more. This creates urgency to act quickly. A project's success has nothing to do with its promises.
24  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 32 ETH for staking?! on: October 31, 2019, 01:29:43 PM
There will surely people doing stake pools for eth if this is the case. That does mean that you will need to give your eth to someone else. Maybe the high entry-level price will encourage growth in the price?
Let us first see how the staking works and what it has to offer before we jump to any conclusions. $5k might be worth it.
25  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: TAKE A BREAK! on: October 31, 2019, 01:27:12 PM
If you constantly following projects that fail or turn into scams then you must be stupid and need to take a look at yourself and find out why. People like that are wasting their time and supporting scams.
Scams stay alive because people insist on blindly following any project. I don't think it is so much about taking a break as it is so much to slow down and think for a bit.
26  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What can make more profit ? on: October 27, 2019, 10:45:26 PM
Buying the tokens from exchnages works the best for me. I find it cheaper usually and I cannot understand why people will buy at ICO when it is so much cheaper on the exchange. I am too afraid to invest directly into an ICO and if I use an exchange I do not need KYC. It just seems much safer with less to lose. I can also take part in their bounty campaign to earn those tokens instead of buying them. That is also a safe way for me.
27  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 8 reasons to start playing blockchain games on: October 27, 2019, 10:35:29 PM
I like the fact that your items will have worth and you can take your assets from one game to another. When you finished with one game you will get some of the money back and probably a profit from all those hours of playing. It means they do not go to waste since in your new game you will be able to benefit from the exchanges you made form the old game to the new game. I am not sure what will happen if a game stops development or goes offline?
28  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Statement against people who say Bitcoin is a Scam on: October 26, 2019, 11:29:35 PM
Have any of you guys noticed that those who know least make up the biggest stories? People who talk all these tall tales about how bad bitcoin is and all this silly nonsense like it is for criminals etc always comes from people who don't actually know very much about anything never mind bitcoin. Unless they have an altered motive and are trying to convince or confuse the weak.

differences of opinion are natural especially since they don't know the truth, I don't really care about people like that, maybe they think because bitcoin is often made for money laundering, and anonymous bitcoin transactions.
Ignore, maybe thats the right step so as not to cause chaos. But should we try to explain what really happened until the person understood ?
I think if I meet people like that in the real world then I will try to explain the problem and if they dont believe its their business. The point is dont justify the wrong and dont blame the right.
I think all types of activities will have their own risks, and we can only be aware and minimize the risks that may be caused, so not having to be afraid because fear will only make us fail.

They mean nothing to us anyway. Let's have them think what they want to think and we will enjoy the benefits of bitcoin while they stay poor forever.  Smiley
29  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Stable Coins are a Threat for Bitcoin? on: October 26, 2019, 11:20:04 PM
A stable coin reminds me of a fiat coin and it really misses the point of crypto since you still tyinf down its value to fiat. A stable coin is just a digital version of say a dollar. Bitcoin is a whole new story and has its own economy. We only compare bitcoin to USD because it is all we know so far. It is all we have to compare it and the closest measure of value we can find. Stable coin is as much a threat to bitcoin as fiat is.

31  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Banking system and BTC on: October 13, 2019, 10:08:54 AM
Hello traders. What's your opinion could BTC kill banking system? Bitcoin has an advantage over fiatbecause its amount is limited and it can't fall under inflation.Inflation usually is caused by monetary policies of our central banks. Bitcoin is free from inflation, governement control and  high transaction fees.Banks can’t control BTC because it has no representative and is fully decentralized. That's why banks are afraid of BTC.
Bitcoin wouldnt and couldnt kill banking system. Yes in some aspects bitcoin has really an advantage but that wouldnt make it kill banks per se. Many people still trust banks and it is almost close to impossible for bitcoin to kill banks for that. I just hope someday they can coexist, like?

I think you are right and that they will coexist. Some will not go off the old ways and stay with fiat. The people who like technology will stay go with crypto.

Bitcoin and  Banking system,  in my view  bitcoin has  a strong  power to defeat banking system.  But this war  is war  of patient.  gradually  bitcoin will take over  when depositor  finally  come to realize how banking system  is stealing and cheating them.  bitcoin has a solution to our  challenges in banking sector but this battle  has  to fighting with patient  strategy.
Nope banking don’t cheat nor steal to their costumer ,what they do is giving unfair interest while in crypto it can be x100 if lucky

But banks are sure interest and you have no chance of losing while in crypto investments is like gambling when you can earn bigger but the chance of losing is also higher

So either of the two it is our comfortably is what important, think of what you’re intention to keep safe or to earn more

Your money shouldn't be sitting in the bank it should be out there working for you. I see your point though.
32  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will China Accept Bitcoin As A Currency? on: October 12, 2019, 05:42:44 PM
China is more concerned about having their own cryptocurrency that they can control and tax. They want to control the people there that is how the government works. With all the bans and censorship it should come as no surprise. They don't dislike bitcoin, they dislike not having total control or at least and close to it as possible.
33  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Earning Interest with Bitcoin? on: October 11, 2019, 11:03:59 PM
I gave up trying to find a place to earn interest. There many to choose from but I do not trust a single one of them. What legal protection do we have if they run off with your funds? Even a very good return will take years to break even and before then if they run you lose. So even 33% which is a ton might not be worth it if you only get paid for 2 years and they steal the rest. So it is hard to know. Maybe if you lend your crypto out but take collateral? That is the only way I can think of doing this the most safely.
34  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: South Korea precedent ruling allows cryptoexchanges to be sued due to lost funds on: October 06, 2019, 11:01:46 PM
This is good though. I am glad to read that he was compensated above what he had lost and not just what he had lost. Most likely a lot of money for that user. I am glad to see things are being put into place to curb scam exchanges and that they are actually seeing results. It is a small win of hopefully many more to come. Thank you for the article. I enjoyed reading it.
35  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Don't become Bounty Hunter! on: October 06, 2019, 10:49:02 PM
People like to moan too much. Obviously, if you support shit you get shittokens or nothing at all. If someone wants to support a project that is exactly as every other then good luck to them on that.
Most ICO are the same. They have some background fluff the reason to exist. Social media presence and a one-page website that works exactly the same way as every other ICO website with that silly little bar that fills up as tokens are sold and people are actually fooled by this. If you want to support a project support something that is actually there. Something more then what I just described even a little more is better than most ICO projects.
Looking fancy has nothing to do with how good a project is. Simple is usually better in fact.
36  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 8 Ways to Make Money with Bitcoin in 2020 on: October 06, 2019, 07:05:06 PM
Gambling has not got to do with making money why is it on the list? Only if you get referrals you can make a profit. It is a good idea if you get a small amount on each bet it can be passive income for as long as the website lasts. The other methods you added were pretty good but some of those things are misleading since they require surveys sometimes and they are not readily available in many countries and when they are you do not often get to fill them since they are screened for certain types of interests people have.
37  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin isn't just an investment, it is the future on: October 06, 2019, 07:00:46 PM
But buying bitcoin is an investment in the future. Just by using it and enjoying it you contributing to what the future will be like. I still think there will be a split of users between fiat and crypto though. You know how some people are, they will hear nothing of new things and do not like change and think that things are ok the way they are.
38  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will Bitcoin mixers be considered illegal by worldwide governments? on: September 21, 2019, 07:08:21 PM
I am sure the governments of the world have better things to do? What exactly will they get out of this?

We all know out of all the countries to bitch about something USA will be first. They have the most deaths by gunshot then any other country in the world and you can legally carry an automatic rifle in some states. Now money laundery is the problem.  Roll Eyes   Grin     It actually amuses me.

I think people should be free and I am pretty damn liberal. Places like Chipmixer I support because they are still around even after other places were shut down and all these exchanges and other legal stuff. They don't even care they just do what they please and "antigoverment" they are a tool of decentralization in a world where the god damn governments and "legal authorities" are constantly trying to constrain us with their endless bs and greed. For me it's like a tool that supports ultimate liberation.

39  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][IEO] Easy Feedback Token. To reward people who communicate useful feedback on: September 21, 2019, 06:49:10 PM
Susana user sent a complaint to Mercadona regarding the quality of their products, using the EasyFeedback tool to describe their claim, the letter was posted on the website https://www.easyfeedbacktoken.io/susana-satisfied-with-mercadonas-response/

We all get upset when the stomach is empty especially when the food is burnt away. The easyfeedback complaint tool is a very powerful one. Susana is not the only one take the tool advantage. I believe this tool will rule the feedback market.

Who is Susana? How did she use the system? I don't see any form to fill to give your experience about a place. How does this work? When is this going to live and in use?
I love the whole idea if incentivising reviewing consumers thoughts on different places. I think most of the time people do not do it for the exact reasons explained on the easy feedback tokens website.
The main reasons I think are that is takes time and you mostly feel you don't gain so much so people feel it is going out of their way.
40  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will crypto really go to zero? on: September 20, 2019, 08:28:12 PM
With the number of people in the world there will always be someone interested in something or another. Another mans trash is another man's treasure. There will always be at least one person who wants something and therefore a value of 0 is impossible. Every single thing has value even sand in your hands has a value. If it exists then it has a value basically and by exist I don't mean just physically.
