Minexsystems is fast taking money for cards, but when you ask for a refund then they will tell you that they are only able to refund after cards are shipped and only 80% what you paid for. I ordered mine at the end of july for 100$, that same card cost now 20$ and I get back (if those cards ever ship) 16$. Great fricking deal on the card and those refund terms are absurd.
