21  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: YoBit.Net - CRYPTOCURRENCY EXCHANGE & MultiCoin DICE - Free Coins every 1-24 hrs on: June 08, 2016, 06:39:03 PM
There are still transactions occurring using my YoBit DASH wallet even though my account and ALL activity is supposedly frozen. And it is frozen when I log in. This shady shit is happening behind the YoBit curtain, not random hackers.

What do you say about Yobit Chat moderator's reply to his respected member:

Well.. i mean that's just true professionalism. You just don't know what professionalism looks like is all.

The admin guy sure is a cocky fuck. When the YoBit universe implodes it's gonna suck for the admin. Historically speaking that's how it rolls. You screw the world, eventually the world will screw you. Tick tock...

Yobit must fix their support and they must respond accordingly to users requests, DRZ coin for example cannot be sent -windrow from exchange now for weeks. One serious exchange must resolve those "small problems" on fly.. This is in interest of both sides.

People quit being foolish and STOP trading there. You see all the issues are a clear sign to avoid this place. Find another exchange and make it a better place to trade. Yobit doesn't care about you or your complaints. This place is as crooked as it comes...

Seconded. An ocean of red flags there, wish I didn't have to find that out by trading there.

FRN market have been "in maintenance" since 50 days.

All of our users funds are stucked without possibility to withdraw.

Let us withdraw. This is theft.

Indeed it is theft. When I ask repeatedly for MY money and YoBit ignores me it is theft. Outright.

A pity the site admin response speed hasn't improved.. I'm still waiting to either get my coin out myself (need account unlocked) or for them to cash me out. So far no word whatsoever. :-(

Problem solved here! Site admin took care of me 100%.

I had previously stated that my problem was solved..  (account had been "hacked" and frozen by admin). I was wrong.

After the first supposed "hack" I changed ALL of my passwords and coincidentally returned on a fresh computer (was already in the process of building one) with clean Windows install. Only to be "hacked" again within days. This time I froze my account, since I had been robbed of ALL of my etherium and BTC that I had stored there.

This site obviously either lacks security measures or is run by corrupt admin, neither of which are acceptable.

Let this be a warning to anyone considering using YOBIT: DO NOT TRUST YOBIT.COM TO KEEP YOUR MONEY SAFE. IT WILL FAIL EVENTUALLY AND IT WILL COST YOU!!!

Since this is the 2nd "hack" in as many weeks and I have a rule "screw me once shame on you, screw me twice shame on me", I will be leaving YOBIT permanently as soon as they cash me out. Which will be VERY soon right YOBIT???

Same here, only I had multiple currencies. My account was blocked because it was hacked, but I was not warned that it had occurred at all, no email nothing. And now I've sent several messages via email, started a thread here but still not a word to me about my coins that are locked away in their custody. I've been watching the payout addresses of my wallets and the account balances in their respective coins have changed slightly even though I ensured that my password was reset (that was the only thing I was able to do on the site). My account remains blocked from the rest. We're not talking about a sizable amount of value, I never keep that much out of my own direct control, but if you think about how many times this very thing may have happened before there could be a very large number of other peoples coin that they now control. I want mine back please. ASAP would be great since we're days into this now. :-)
28  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [LEMON] LemonCoin - Argon2 coin done right on: May 20, 2016, 12:46:52 AM
Not the first time I've wondered what exactly it's crunching. It's supposedly allegedly mining lemoncoin according to the settings and the console but there's been no record of any successful shares on the lemon side while my miner says there are hundreds accepted. That's happened before though, not just with Lemon. It's those times that I wonder what it's actually doing, where are the shares being accepted and by what software or website? No clue yet.. my GPU is running hard I do know that :-)

Regarding GPU mining, I seem to be able to do so in GUIminer Scrypt fork:

I'm a noob at this though.. so this could be nothing also lol :-)

You need write to support on email.

Already been done a few times.. could be I'm just used to faster response times but I'm wary with crypto.. lots of scamming round these parts sadly, and often with oceans between the people involved so not much to be done when you do lose. That's why I never keep any major amount in any wallet I don't fully control.

I'm having the same troubles right now :-( https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1476816.0

I was very impressed with YoBIT up until this point.. hopefully they get my account closed and my money back to me soon but reading this it sounds like it could be any time between now and 2116AD give or take a century lol.

Has anyone here not had their funds returned to them? If so please post and let us know. Also if anyone has any thoughts on how I can speed things up a bit I'd love to hear them and I'm sure others would as well.

Thanks in advance! :-)

OP: Were you able to recover your assets from YoBIT?
33  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / YoBIT.net account blocked after it was hacked, now I'm blocked from my coins on: May 18, 2016, 02:36:15 PM
I hope this is the right spot for this thread, but I'm just looking for community input on a situation I'm facing with YoBIT.net. My account was blocked yesterday without warning to me of any sort (warning would have allowed me to change my password and withdraw my funds, which would be standard procedure at all financial institutions typically) which has resulted in my inability to access my funds. I've asked twice that my account be closed and given a bitcoin address to return my account balance to, but so far there has been no transfer.

While I agree that blocking my account was proper action on the part of YoBIT, I'm having a little trouble answering why I was not informed and why there has been no effort to return the account balance to it's rightful owner. This is NOT an accusation that anyone is trying to keep my money from me, however I would think that returning it would be a top priority for YoBIT lest people start to feel that there is more to the story than a spammer hack. Fortunately I keep the bulk of my crypto in my own wallets, but these unanswered questions bother me somewhat..

Has anyone here had a similar experience? If so please share how it was resolved and/or any ideas you may have to help.
