21  Economy / Gambling / Re: LOOKING FOR INVESTORS IN TRIPLESKINS.COM - SUCCESSFUL CSGO GAMBLING SITE on: February 28, 2017, 07:21:03 AM
How much are you looking for? Where are you located?

I have a lot of money but I'm very hesitant to buy equity in something through a bitcoin forum...too many scams.

Understandable, the payment would most likely be done through paypal or skins, just for reference, unless you wish to proceed via btc...

Located in the USA, looking for any amount of investment, although the less you invest, the less your return will be, the more you invest, the higher your return and equity amount will be.

Let us know if you have anymore questions or concerns.

Online and available to answer any questions or concerns.
I have got one good idea to get a good amount collected, however you need to do it right. So the idea is to divide your company in a number of shares, 51 % of the shares u keep and 49% % you sell at a fixed price. The price of those shares increase as your company grows and makes profit.

That is essentially how our system already works, but thank you for the suggestion.
I am ready to invest into your website if you can show me and proof that your website is going to be a succes like you claim it will be. I also need transparancy in order to trust you.
Would you be able to message me exactly what you are looking for? As well as any questions you have? I think that will make it easiest, also if you have a number in your head of what you are interested in investing, please leave that in the message as well, thank you for your interest, looking forward.

how are you planning to circumvent the Steam ban on gambling CSGO sites?
if there is a midleman involved, then you, technically, have to run two or more sites-
one for the gambling frontend and another one (or more) to store the skins and accept money and provide withdrawals
if there are any legal problems how would you be able to return the invested money?

it's possible to play the match for the gambling out of the gambling site in a private way and do everything for the betting and the edge still out of steam jurisdiction, in the game you just organize a normal tournement that is related to this gambling event, how is steam going to know that there is a service that bet on their game? they cannot

Exactly, please find my new thread though.

I am very interesting but you need to be more specific about it. Who will guarantee that you won't steal our money and run away? There are many investments which are built in order to take away investors' money. You should have an escrow or something like that in order that we can believe in your system and willing to give you the money

We recognize and acknowledge your concern, we could look into an escrow, but in the large scale of things, you have to realize that TripleSkins has been around before and once it gets advertised again, it will make so much more then if I were just to scam a few investors...

We already have 4-5 content creators with large amounts of followers to make videos for us upon launch, you can talk to them as well if you'd like proof, I just wouldn't do all this just to scam...

Thanks, let me know if you have any questions or concerns.

In the last year, Steam clamped down on these sort of gambling websites because they were receiving pressure from the US government law enforcement. How do you expect to get around this problem and make sure you are not the subject of any legal action, like other sites have been?

There are a couple ways around this, one being putting disclaimers in the TOS of TripleSkins TOS, and another is using a third party site to transfer skins, but it'd be easier to leave it as it is for now, as steam will not care unless it becomes a problem and a hazard to them.
29  Economy / Gambling / Re: LOOKING FOR INVESTORS IN TRIPLESKINS.COM - SUCCESSFUL CSGO GAMBLING SITE on: February 25, 2017, 08:04:08 PM
It's not easy looking for investors since steam will take down every website/account that related with gambling activity, furthermore without escrow, i doubt investors can trust you since it's illegal.
Also, i think it's not proper place to look for investors since looks like you don't accept bitcoin when i login to your website.

It is a csgo gambling website, so why would we accept bitcoin? Also, Steam only requested for 10 website to close down priorly. There are plenty of big gambling websites up right now, because technically they are abiding my their TOS, Steam hasn't technically banned gambling websites, I'd rather you read their terms before I go into detail as it would make things easier in the long run. As far as a scam to get investors, TripleSkins and I would make so much more money by running legibly, aiming for AT LEAST $1000 a day...

Thanks, let me know if you have any questions or concerns.

I might be wrong but if people aren't really messaging you now, why not to change the strategy? Post the site in your first mesage, tell us about the possibilities this site provides for users, the bankroll and potential changes you want or could make to improve it. And why not to let people invest the sum they want? Starting from a standard 0.01btc. I guess thus you'll be able to get the money you need faster. And maybe you should agree with the investors that in the sum gathered wouldn't be enough to run this site, you'll return the investments.

Made a new thread and did just what you said, thanks for the suggestion.
31  Economy / Gambling / LOOKING FOR INVESTORS IN TRIPLESKINS.COM - SUCCESSFUL CSGO GAMBLING SITE on: February 25, 2017, 09:22:37 AM
Hello,

I am the new owner of:

TripleSkins.com

The twitter is @TripleSkins

I am currently looking for investors in order to stock up the shop for withdrawal, I really didn't want to have to give away equity because the site is practically guaranteed to profit upon a reasonable launch. I don't want to get a loan because it makes things fairly difficult for me, but I do want to go in with someone else determined and interested, much like I am, it will make the site much more profitable in the end.

The site was previously making $1000+ a week when it was up, which I expect for much more with the advertising I have planned, the reason for the previous closing was the old owner had some IRL issues and needed to step out of the scene instantly, it was nothing gambling related...

I have several youtubers lined up for launch, most of which have 30k+ subs each.

I can of course provide any proof needed, via twitter, or the site, or anything else you'd like.

We are accepting all offers of investments, but equity will depend on how much you offer prior.

You can go on the site @ TripleSkins.com

Deposits and the Shop are disabled right now and all users logging in will be given 100k coins to test the site out.

I look forward to speaking/conversing with anyone interested, please let me know if you have any questions or concerns.

Thanks,

Valve and/or Steam put a "ban" on gambling, or intended to. What their rules state is there should be no trading into third party skin value markets for csgo, but how betting websites get around that is by making a middle site for deposits and withdrawals, that way you are not breaking their TOS in any way. There is actually nothing in their TOS that specifically states there are no gambling websites allowed... And you don't necessarily have to have a third site, you just need to set the bot up in a way that the user sends the trades and confirms them. Although I do have a middle site already set up IF it is needed.

If there are legal problems, the profit that the site had made will be distributed among the investors based on their prior investment, but there will doubtfully be any legal problems as nothing wrong has been done.

Let me know if you have anymore questions or conerns.

Any investment is fine of course, mostly interested in just keep improving and then launching very soon.

If any investment is fine so why you do need to open this thread to ask for many investors? If they think your site is worth to be invested, I think many investors will put their money on your site. And you said about $750-$1000 per week? And if you can maintain a good income why you do need some investor again?

I am running low on funds in order to support the withdrawal system...

Are you aware that Steam has been suing CSGO Gambling sites?

Steam has never pressed charges against a gambling site using their api, but if you find some occasions where they did, please post the links.

Maybe it would be better if you would create an ann or some coin or some kind of investor shares to your website. It would be hard to find a single person to invest a huge chunk of money to your website. Then, another thing is that there is a problem with trust here. People would be skeptical to blindly invest in your venture.

Well, yes, I will of course take in more than one investor dependent on how much equity they wish to have for what $ amount. There is in fact a huge trust issue here, Trying to find a way around that, but it is quite difficult. The least I could do is show them all the proof, demo site, twitter, old website, and any progress I already have. But I insinuate if they are willing to invest, then they are committing to a possible win or loss, although this site will 100% pay off. I have been a part of several other sites online and business's with much success and I will gladly share what those were and what profit was made from it if anyone is curious.

Thank you for your comment.

So, your Gambling website will 100% pay off and you haven't sold your house or car yet? If you are posting from your phone because you did sell your house or your vehicle then I am sorry about this post. I am sure that you could make enough money if you sold all your belongings for the site to run properly and since you will make the money back then you shouldn't have any problems right? Once you purchase the Skins with your money then you should be pretty good right?

Have you tried to ask your Bank for loans?

There is a "Lending" section for this type of stuff too:

Code:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=65.0

Since it will 100% pay off then I don't see why you wouldn't just code with your smartphone and a small stash of cup noodles.

I'd like to go in with a partner anyways, there is work to be done, but things are made easier when someone else in the project with you. Not saying that the site is 100% pay off, but given that the house edge is fairly large, if the site gets enough players, it is near impossible not to profit in the long run. I'd go to loans, but I wouldn't be taken seriously or have anyone's trust. The bank would look at a gambling site and laugh.

Highly appreciate the recommendation and comment though.

Ah, alright that makes more sense then. I was a little skeptical when I saw the term the site will 100% pay off. I understand that feeling of having a business partner with a project, fun stuff.

I won't be investing in the project though, I hope that you find what you are looking for within this forum. If there isn't anyone in the loans board then you could try other loan websites that feature Bitcoin such as:

BTCJam:
Code:
https://btcjam.com
Bitbond:
Code:
https://www.bitbond.com

You might be allowed to do a small loans and work your limits higher when you have enough reputation.

Other than that, I hope that you have fun with your project.
Thank you, I appreciate it.

I just got in contact with a fairly big youtuber who is interested, so hopefully it works out.
