Agent Not Needed is a peer to peer property platform that allows buyers and sellers to transact property directly without the need for estate agents.
Our grand vision is to build a peer to peer property platform built on blockchain where you can buy, sell and rent property directly without the need for estate agents, solicitors or conveyors and utilize AI and machine learning to improve the efficiency of sales on our platform and further improve our product and concept. We will work towards achieving this vision in phases across the next 5 years. RoadmapWe believe our property platform will revolutionise the entire property industry and it will provide choice to individuals with how they wish to transact property. It will make the property transactions faster, cheaper and more efficient, whilst the use of blockchain technology will reduce the risk of fraud and smart contracts will reduce human error and used with escrow to decrease the failure rate of property transactions and failure rate in the chain. We will also provide real time tracking of the property transaction process. The UK HM Land Registry have released a business strategy document to have their own blockchain built for land registry by 2022 with the mission “To become the world’s leading land registry for speed, simplicity and an open approach to data”. Once completed, we will look to implement our blockchain platform with the government blockchain to complete the land registry.
Agent Not Needed will first be available to the UK allowing individuals to buy and sell property with the plan to later expand into other English speaking countries such as the US, Canada and Australia, adding our property rental solution to the platform and then to expand to other global non English speaking countries around the world. Version One of our property platform (released): www.agentnotneeded.com More details to follow including Bounty Program and Bonus Structure Official Forum Usernames- KINGOFCOMMERCE

Ive currently been using Trading View and I noticed several trading indicators you can download and use for free. I guess my question is has anyone had any good results using the indicators and or strategies that may have been created by BTC users. Please only post results for Free indicators.
Don't use to much indicators and start with the basics.
EMA SMA Bollinger Bands
thanks for sharing the information friend. I've always wanted to learn more about the basics, but never knew where to begin hopefully now I have someplace I ca start from. For Forex there's a site called BabyPips ( www.babypips.com) which covers the basics of trading and indicators etc, it might be a good place to start and then apply the knowledge to Crypto markets. Hope this helps

Hi My personal opinion is that it's too soon. I personally feel the crypto market is un-settled so developing an EA for crypto markets could 1. Be too soon and 2. Could end up failing once the market settles more which would have wasted your time and money. Another reason why it's not possibly the right time is something you already mentioned, the spreads. They're just way too big for EA's unless your strategies are so good that your entries are perfect.... So in summary If it was me, I would wait. Stick to manual trading crypto, especially if you're making good profit in futures etc so rush. Hope this helps

Many crypto traders were/are also forex traders so they are already experienced and knowledgeable when it comes to trading. It may be a good idea to research forex strategies and techniques to learn how to trade and then apply that to crypto trading. As a quickie, there are three types of analysis; Technical (Charts/Data), Fundamental (News), Sentimental (Your Feelings/Others Feelings). Applying all three to a trade reduces risk and increases potential of opening a good trade. To learn about forex trading i would recommend this site which covers everything; www.babypips.com

Longer time frames are usually better as they give a better indication on price though usually you need a larger trading account (money).
If you can trade 1H and 4H charts they are good, though more trade opportunities can be found trading 15min charts. It all depends really on the type of trader you are and what you personally prefer.
I trade 15min charts but also 1H charts.

Trading as you can leverage your money to make more money - though you need to actually be good at trading Mining difficulty is too high so you wont get much return from it, plus considering the initial investment needed for hardware and the potential at any moment for that hardware to break etc in my opinion isn't worth it. I would recommend trading but don't risk more than you can afford to lose and don't risk more than 1%-2% per trade. Best of luck

My advice would be to buy and sell based on support and resistance. I'd recommend trading longer timeframes such as 1H and 4H charts but honestly I think your account size is too small for that. So you will need to trade shorter timeframes though I wouldn't recommend less than 15min charts. I'm not sure on your knowledge and experience level when it comes to trading, but to find support levels look for previous lows and draw a line thru the lows to create a support line. The line can be inclined or horrizontal and you should see price bouncing off this line or bouncing back within that zone. Do the same but for highs to form a resistance line. These two lines should be somewhat parallel and should form a channel. Buy when price bounces off a support line, and sell when price bounces off a resistance line. Make sure to set a stop loss level so you don't blow your account and try to keep risk per trade to 1%-2% max. Set a take profit level too so you don't have to sit staring at your computer and charts all day. With a small account it will take a very long time to make decent money but if you realise your trading is profitable then you can find the money to add to your account knowing that your trade strategy is working. Best of luck! I hope to hear you're swimming in money soon!

I'd recommend worldcoinindex.com , That's the site I use to monitor price fluxuations. I havent checked out many others, not even sure how I came accross this site. Personally I like it cuz it shows crypto prices based on 'top growers' and also has all info about each coin when you click on it and shows the price graph etc. I'm sure many others have these features but for me I found this site somehow and stuck with it. https://www.worldcoinindex.com/

I have a friend who trades crypto on etoro. They only have the following available; - Bitcoin - Ethereum - Ethereum Classic - Ripple - Litecoin - Dash - Bitcoin Cash So not the most extensive for trading but their spreads seem ok. No overnight fees on buy orders but there are for sell orders, except on Ripple which is what my friend was trading there. I personally tried trading on IQOption purely cuz they added OmiseGO which is a personal favourite of mine - But to be honest I got a bit confused when it came to setting stop loss and take profit. I know what they are, but the confusing part was that, according to their support team when I asked why trades weren't closing at TP levels, price needs to reach a certain % more than the Take Profit for example to close the trade.... something like that which didnt make sense. It wasn't logical so I left it. So yeh lol, i'd recommend looking into eToro. You don't get the actual coins though but i'm sure you know that if you were trading before
