Months past and clealry this is still seen as an issue. And correct me if I were wrong but I don’t think Ordinals is doing that much of an impact to network congestion at this point, cause surprise surprise, NFTs are effectively dead. Now this either means that there’s something else afoot causing all this unnecessary traffic and high transaction fees over long wait times, or scalability is already becoming a more prevlanet problem in the bitcoin network than what we have expected. Perhaps this is the blocksize war biting our asses back with twice the PSI
Now what do we do in this situation? Do we just wait? Do we ban Ordinals so they can’t contribute to the traffic any longer? What’s in place to make sure that even temporarily we have this be taken care of?

Losing binance shouldn't effect King Daddy at all and might help by curtailing the shitcoin Eth tard manipulators but Kraken is a good onboarding platform that would suck to lose. Many got panic on thay news and they think it will be huge disaster for crypto to lose cz or even binance. But if they just widen up their minds they can see a lot of reputable exchange still running if binance will get affected on the issue. Kraken is one best alternative with that and it seems many people doesn't get a damn on the news that's why a slight downfall only happen since many are not totally affected with current news about CZ plead guilty news. Still best to hodl no issue could stop this upcoming bullrun  . CZ stepping down is because he knows he did the exact same thing with Binance that SBF did with FTX. The only difference was that Binance had enough customer funds on deposit that they were able to hold the price of BNB up to avoid liquidations. As soon as they started offering wild rates again for stablecoins it was obvious they’re sitting on a house of cards. Hopefully everything unwinds without crashing the market too badly. He face a lot of legal troubles recently and he maybe think that this is best decision he could do to save up the company. Hopefully this news will gone immediately and it will not affect the market badly since for sure many doubt about current condition since some think that binance or bnb will crash due to this news. the very evidence that the SEC gave rejection response SOLO to grayscale alone and not a multi ETF rejection on same day as grayscale is proof they look at each applicant differently and respond on different dates/deadlines
My rationale are: - SEC has got a beating in court against Grayscale, that was rejected for “inconsistent and capricious reasons”. The SEC was respectful of this sentence, as they didn’t appeal (and didn’t use the “fake news” pump to their advantage). This made the SEC realise they had to move on with their “passive aggressive” strategy.
- SEC is actively working with major issuers to fine tune their filing. We saw many filing update from many issuers over the past weeks. This make me think all the filings are approaching their final state
- SEC realise that there is a huge “first movers advantage” in the ETF industry. Authorising only a few ETF, means picking a winner. After months of filing negotiations this could lead to so many causes for so much amount of money the SEC could be destroyed in court.
For all these reasons I guess all the ETF will be approved in the immediate vicinity of the final deadline in January. SEC has never responded to all applicants with progress at the same time SEC has never responded to all applicants with adjustment requirements at the same time SEC has always let the time run out before responding to applicants individually to that applicants own deadline even the decision not to appeal was not a mid week announcement. the SEC let the timer run out the SEC has never shown any reason to respond early before deadlines nor shown multi response to all applications at the same time the ETF applicants that did not file first know they wont get responses first/equally... their only HOPE to skip the queue is by having a better application that ticks all the SEC requirement boxes avoiding any back and forth communication/adjustments. to fast track one before the other by just being the best candidate.. but thats a hope.. SEC still shows they wait til deadline day even if they know they will reject one can you precise if SEC is "useful" in any sense for its people ? |

C'est intéressant, mais il y a déjà des sujets ouverts sur le débat XAU vs BTC pour ce genre de post comme OR (métaux précieux) vs BITCOIN par exemple. Cet argument est peut-être fondé en théorie mais dans la pratique l'or reste l'un des actifs les plus stables qui existe alors que Bitcoin est l'un des plus volatiles. En toute honnêteté je ne suis pas sûr que la majorité des BTCs soit détenue par des degens, ni même que la majorité des possesseurs de BTC en soit à vrai dire. La plupart en a acheté juste pour essayer de se faire du fric je pense, parce que c'est plus simple à acheter qu'un actif financier traditionnel et parce que son historique sur 14 ans fait tourner la tête. merci à toi. |

I just know that if this project was still alive and TIME already made the new ATH since the IEO on the gateio. How in the hell that i didn't even know about this?  The price of time now worth more than 100 bucks and that's quite alot for any tokens of time. I just wanna see how far this labour x platform can compete with another site that was based on the freelancer platform like braintrust.
