21  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin money? on: February 14, 2017, 09:07:23 PM
I think people who think that money is something that needs to have a physical form, certainly have not yet understood that the internet, and data transfer through it, have a real impact on people's lives. Bitcoin is money, and for the first time there is a payment system that, in addition to eliminating a series of logistical problems, allows the currency to be issued in a decentralized way.
22  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][Qtum]UTXO based POS Smart Contract Platform | Crowdsale March 2017 on: February 13, 2017, 02:22:46 PM
I see that qtum will probably compete with other projects in this field, but giving the first move in relation to pos implementation can make the currency have a competitive advantage in the market. What really matters is the work of the team, and I do not have much to complain about. I hope the best.
23  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is Holding Bitcoin a long time good way to make money? on: February 13, 2017, 02:12:21 PM
i have been researching for that answer for a while now .. and i believe its all about the bitcoin price in the market .. sometimes it goes up and sometimes down .. u just have to be in the right moment to make that profit
yes i also agree with you that long term investment is a good idea. the price of bitcoin is now trading above 1000 USD and we can see that there is a lot of fluctuation in the price of bitcoin any time the price of bitcoin can increase and any time can drop therefore i think the best idea is to hold bitcoin for long term and secure a good profit after some time.
I see, Holding bitcoin for long term is really a good way to make bitcoin,  because the price of the bitcoin tend to rise each year. But it should have enough capital so that its advantages felt. If only got 0.5 BTC and we hold for a year that's just a waste of time.  Grin
I think the most important thing is not to lose the initial investment, and make profit from it. Even with this amount of Bitcoin, you can have a good gain. But if it were me, I would try to accumulate a little more, because I see that in that year there may be advances that will be rare to see again, such as the development of applications to make the use of Bitcoin even better, and there is even the possibility of scaling issue is resolved.
24  Economy / Speculation / Re: New down trend. $1000 definitively broken. on: February 13, 2017, 02:06:31 PM
It seems the price is holding strong in this range. There is considerable support in the market, and I think few people would be willing to sell at a value below that. In addition, the growing difficulty in mining creates an incentive for miners not to dump at any price. I do not see why the ecosystem could not grow further this year, there are great possibilities ahead.
25  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Altcoins that might survive in the future? on: February 13, 2017, 02:01:38 PM
For my mind there few alt which can survive in near future. I think it's monero, ethereum, dash, byteball.
Others crypto or dying (like Doge and Lite) or didn't born (like LISK or Wawes). Maybe there more good coins (NXT, NEM i don't know for sure) but i dint know nothing about them and can't say anything about it.
I see potential in Litecoin, and I think that if the proposed improvements to the currency are implemented, the cryptocurrency will have a good future, but most of the coins on the market are pumps and dumps. I'm not sure about coins using pos, there are some people who comment that there are points of centralization in this, but maybe there are some cryptos that are actually worth investing in.
26  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How did you first hear about bitcoin? on: February 13, 2017, 01:57:31 PM
Google is your best friend when you are searching for something new and innovative, I was looking for earning some money online in my part time and there I came across through bitcoins and then started to learn more things about it by reading articles and watching videos on youtube and finally I am here  Cheesy
Yeah, we should be grateful because it exists, because it was through google that I and many other people had the opportunity to meet Bitcoin before it was too late. I wish I had known the currency before, but I think this is not the biggest problem as there is still a lot of potential to be explored in this field.
27  Other / Off-topic / Re: How are you earning BTC? on: February 13, 2017, 01:54:09 PM
I am earning from signature campaign, trading and gambling and I think this  are the most popular ways of earning bitcoins, no doubt gambling and trading involves certain level of risk and you may even loose your bitcoins into it but if you want to earn more then you have to take that risk.
These are the methods that most people are using nowadays, because there are few people who have the money to open a Bitcoin business, something that I would do myself if I had the capital. In my case, I do not have much experience with gambling, but trading is something I've done for some time.
28  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is your gambling strategy on: February 13, 2017, 01:51:17 PM
My gambling strategy is to play the skill-based game poker, so I can win longtherm and have not to worry about money.

The only problem is if the operator run away with your account balance or defraud you, but for this we have Game Protect consumer protection service. Wink

I admire you to play poker on long term basis because I did tried it before and I'm confident to say that I'm a good poker player. But my greediness and thinking of being always lucky is pulling me down and unfortunately I can't make myself go further in poker. And I found out that I'm good at sports betting, analysis is my strategy always.

When it comes to earning profits from poker one would actually have to develop skills in order to be successful. I don't think everyone playing poker is esrning a consistent amount. If you're just so so in playing poker, might as well try your chance in betting in sports that you like for example nba bettings.
I did not know this aspect of poker, it is possible that I'll give it a try someday. As long as the skills make a difference in that, like in sports betting and blackjack, I think it might be a good idea to play at least a few times.
29  Economy / Marketplace / Re: What kind of service/business would you create if you had funding and.... on: February 13, 2017, 01:48:47 PM
I think creating an exchange could be a good idea because it is something that actually generates demand, and it is possible to take profits on a daily basis due to transaction fees. As long as care is taken to create a secure and user-friendly website, there are good chances of having good results.
30  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: do you use analysis when play gambling? on: February 12, 2017, 02:16:25 PM
Just want know how much the gamblers who use analysis when play gambling and what kinds of gambling game? And do you think it is needed or not making analysis on gambling game or it is depend on lucky. Thanks for share your opinions and experience.

Analysis is being apply only if the gambler is doing gamble seriously not just for fun and entertainment, but taking as his own personal profit once He/she win the games, so he/she analyze everything in gambling.
Yeah, I think there are people who have it as a profession, though they are rare cases. Anyway, there are certain games that I don't know how an analysis could be efficient, like dice games. But there are others, such as sports betting, in which it is possible to do a better study of situations and improve your chances.
31  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Exchangers to avoid? on: February 12, 2017, 01:59:03 PM
What do you think of cryptox? It seems to be the only exchange trading Byteball. I believe it was the first also to add Komodo. Some users say they had no problems with this exchange. Have you had any experience with this?
32  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Litecoin segwit activation. What happened? on: February 12, 2017, 01:47:52 PM
I hoped things would be more advanced in that direction. I see some comments on reddit pointing out as possible cause of this delay the interference of Bitcoin miners with political interests. I have not seen many arguments to support this thesis, but it seems to be a possibility to consider.
33  Economy / Speculation / Re: $500,000 per Bitcoin, baby. The math behind it. on: February 12, 2017, 01:43:08 PM
I saw another analysis that presents the possibility of Bitcoin reaching the $ 25,000 range, and I think that's a possible value, even though the odds are low. But a price in the $ 500,000 range, even if achieved, would take more than a decade to happen, and for that it would be necessary for Bitcoin to be recognized as a currency by a very large number of people around the world.
34  Economy / Services / Re: Trading BTC, LTC on: February 12, 2017, 01:40:00 PM
Anyone else, besides the OP, tested this tool? I'm trying to get into trading, and to improve my chances I'm looking for useful information from, of course, reliable sources. If anyone has already tested this, I would like to hear a feedback.
35  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin will surge to $25,000+ on: February 12, 2017, 01:34:22 PM
I do not agree with all the points, but the article has some interesting arguments. I think Bitcoin is in fact a fairly scarce currency, and the trend is that demand will increase as more people realize its functionalities. Such conditions are favorable enough that Bitcoin reaches very high values compared to the current values, but if the price reaches this range, it may be that part of this is also a consequence of FOMO.
36  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why centralization is way that Bitcoin will go in future in current state. on: February 11, 2017, 03:20:12 PM
I think there are indeed factors that can make Bitcoin more centralized in the future, and this is mainly due to the fact that it is difficult for small users to enter the mining sector, causing the big investors to have bigger participation in this. But I think there are ways to facilitate decentralization. Companies that are willing to provide equipment for small miners, at affordable costs, need to enter the market. I also think that if solar mining becomes popular, things will become better for small miners as well.
37  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: New casino vs old and trusted one on: February 11, 2017, 03:12:54 PM
If you are a casual gambler and decide to play small amounts, I would not see much of a problem investing in new casinos. But if you look to bankroll investment, I think you need to be more careful. It will be easier to find information on the older casinos, but for new casinos this may be more difficult, and the risk study will probably be more difficult too.
38  Economy / Economics / Re: Where can i invest my money? on: February 11, 2017, 03:07:38 PM
I suggest to you if you want a better investment ber find out about the site / company that you will want to invest because now a lot of deceptive. or you can invest in the real world easier you watch
Perhaps it is not enough to look at the project website, I think that what can significantly increase the chances of making better choices is a good analysis of the project fundamentals, and for this it is important to understand how this works, and also what market it looks for catch up. Such aspects are capable of allowing you to better study the investment potential.
39  Economy / Economics / Re: Prediction for 2017 - share your views on: February 11, 2017, 02:59:43 PM
I hope the bitcoin will be more popular in  2017 in compare to previous  year .it will  become more powerful due to its aplication by almost people because now a days everyone  want to earn money on the basic of their knowledge.

It will be more popular, since more and more people learn about it, and I think not many give up so soon, since its really a great inovation. Media is also more open to it, even bad news attract people to learn more about it. And when you scratch the surface, you that those terrible news from China isnt bad as it seems.
This was not the first time this year that bad news came from China, and it will probably not be the last. The important thing is that such a FUD had a temporary effect on price, and Bitcoin has recovered very well, demonstrating that this is not a bubble as some people think, but it is a digital asset capable of solving people's problems, and thus generating demand and organic growth.
40  Economy / Economics / Re: Why Should I Choose Bitcoin ?? on: February 11, 2017, 02:56:28 PM
You should bitcoin because wherever you are, you can do it and you will earn in it. It can be your sideline while you're away at work. Bitcoin helps me a little with my expenses so I'm glad I'm aware in this business. And we don't know this Bitcoin will lead us in our future success.
If you're buying bitcoin or choosing bitcoin basically on purpose to invest, then fulfill your expense doesn't make sense at all unless you're working to earn it. for investing you need to wait pretty much time until the price rising and you will take some profit out of it, and in other side your expense already there, the most logical answer is working for bitcoin .
I think a lot of users are using Bitcoin for the purpose of investing, and this can be a good thing, since there are few investments with the same risk-reward ratio. But I also think there are a lot of people using Bitcoin because of its features, that is, such people have discovered that Bitcoin can somehow help them solve their problems.
