21  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] KICKICO - PLATFORM FOR FUNDRAISING ON CRYPTOCURRENCY on: April 28, 2021, 06:23:24 AM
Do you think there are people in the world who give money away?

Uniswap and 1inch for starters.

https://www.forbes.com/sites/youngjoseph/2020/09/17/uniswap-ethereum/?sh=3fe5027320ee
https://cryptobriefing.com/1inch-exchange-83-million-airdrop/

Not defending kickico though. Their shitcoin was just wallet spam. They require KYC and probably just want to steal your identity.

I am still waiting for the card I paid for years ago and never received. You made up some sort of scam story about how the card was discontinued but kept my funds anyway. When I tried to chat with support they just talked crap, laughed at me then banned me. SCAMMERS.
23  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: New exchange BTCNext is using KYC as an excuse to STEAL users funds on: April 28, 2021, 06:13:14 AM
Hello. Unfortunately, we have just seen your messages, do you have any problems using our exchange at the moment? We will send you a personal message, please specify your email address there, for the fastest possible solution of problems.
We are the BTCNEXT exchange, we have been working with users of Japan and Southeast Asia since 2018, and we value our reputation.
Please contact us.
Thanks

Yes you can help me by explaining why you think its ok to accept user funds without KYC but you refuse to let them withdraw without it. Holding users funds hostage so you can get their private information and steal their identity is very scammy. Why don't you try reading the thread before offering "help"? Why do you want to talk about this private? Afraid everyone will see what you say?

This is why centralized exchanges are going away. Defi will destroy you.
24  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bithumb does not list erc20 contract addresses and will keep your crypto on: February 09, 2021, 08:56:19 PM
Ok crypto newbie, perhaps you don't trade enough to know that many exchanges will label a token whatever they want. The point is all exchanges need to list contract addresses so there are no misunderstandings. Do you get it now or do I have to simplify even further?
Did you just say Crypto newbie? How ironic.  Grin
Someone who can't even differentiate between mere token ticker and a token name claiming he knows more. I doubt you have even been trading for more than 6 months.
If you don't want to learn anything then you are free to continue with your stupidity and guess who will suffer more losses? There is not vaccine for your level of stupidity here after all.

You are the newbie if you don't understand the problem here.

26  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / [ANN] FUSE - Quietly in development for the last 7 months on: July 23, 2020, 06:11:32 AM
This is a great project being quietly developed under the radar by Fuse CEO Mark Smargon (COLU, Bitgo, Creatix) and his team. It is very early and literally zero marketing has even been done yet (although it has been the victim of a couple of 4chan PnDs already), but it is already a working product. It has had no ICO and according to Fuse there will be no ICO.

Fuse is a bridged DPOS sidechain of ethereum Mainnet with an easy to use web implementation that allows anybody to create their own Mainnet/Fusenet bridged token which also includes a custom wallet phone app for your new token and token plugins such as fiat purchasing, etc. It is also great for use in more advanced projects because Fusenet is super fast and cheap (about 10,000 transactions per Fuse token on Fusenet).

5% new tokens generated per year paid out among validators every block (block time is every 5 seconds).

Validator node stake: 100k FUSE

Total Tokens: ~300mil
Tokens in circulation: ~20 mil (~7 mil of those are staked)

From their site:
"Turning communities into economies
Lowering friction, cost and barriers for companies delivering
mobile payments powered by open source cash

Build your own wallet
Fuse lets you mint your own branded token for your company or community. We handle all the heavy lifting to allow you to reward and grow your user base and integrate payments into your business."

29  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: burnFrom function in erc20 token contract unsafe? on: December 29, 2019, 02:20:33 AM
We have been issuing a token using the standard erc20 token contract from https://ethereum.org/token
An exchange that we wanted to list our token, asked for a collateral as they see the burnFrom function could harm token owners.
Why would this function be harmful? You can only use this function when you got allowance from the wallet owner.
Plus, why is this code in the 'standard' erc20 contract if it is potentially harmful?

Does anyone has an answer to this question?

I would think the answer to this is quite obvious.... Nobody wants their tokens burned without their permission and this function allows whoever is in control of the token to do just that. It is anti-trustless and therefore anti-crypto. Why would you ever need a burnFrom function if it is not for nefarious purposes?

The only way this should ever be implemented is if ONLY the wallet hodler themselves were able to burn their own tokens.
30  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] KICKICO - PLATFORM FOR FUNDRAISING ON CRYPTOCURRENCY on: December 04, 2019, 08:32:04 PM
Anybody who doesn't dump this shitcoin now is out of their mind. The price is going to crash as people start doing their filthy KYC to dump these "frozen" assets.
31  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] KICKICO - PLATFORM FOR FUNDRAISING ON CRYPTOCURRENCY on: December 01, 2019, 11:29:55 PM
the info for the frozen period I've found it here https://medium.com/@kickecosystem/888-888-kicktokens-frozen-drop-to-170-000-crypto-users-is-coming-2937a1abf641
but those tokens can be used only on the platform? there will be not possible to trade them outside or am I wrong?

You have to do their filthy KYC on their non-existant exchange.

Here is their complete roadmap:
1) Have ICO for shitcoin

2) Make a lot of false promises and manipulate the value of shitcoin on scam exchanges they made deals with

3) Force a token swap to new scam contract

4) spam a bunch of frozen shitcoin into active erc20 wallets

5) force them all to sign up for crappy scam "exchange" that doesn't exist yet and do a filthy "KYC" while destroying the value of all current shitcoin holders who invested in shitcoin in good faith

6) sell their identities on the dark web

7) profit
32  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bithumb does not list erc20 contract addresses and will keep your crypto on: November 30, 2019, 09:23:02 PM
They were all labeled the same, that's my point stupid.
There is clearly a very big difference between "SXP" and "SWIPE" symbols, anybody could differentiate that unless if of course, your brain is too thick to even tell the difference.
Stop blaming people for your carelessness and stupidity.

Ok crypto newbie, perhaps you don't trade enough to know that many exchanges will label a token whatever they want. The point is all exchanges need to list contract addresses so there are no misunderstandings. Do you get it now or do I have to simplify even further? Go get your third grader son/daughter/nephew/niece to read this, maybe they can explain it to you.

34  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO]🇨 Crypterium - Digital Cryptobank with Credit Token & Open Platform🇨 on: October 25, 2019, 01:51:08 PM
Why paying with crypto? 🤔

Some of you think of digital currencies as investments. Some of you use them to pay coffee (like our CMO (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3x89X6rOEFk)). The truth is that crypto can play both roles.

https://news.crypterium.com/pros-and-cons-of-paying-with-cryptocurrency/

I can't believe people are still using fake monopoly money instead of 100% crypto.
35  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bithumb does not list erc20 contract addresses and will keep your crypto on: October 25, 2019, 01:46:01 PM

Says the "expert" who can't even differentiate between mere coin/token tickers.

They were all labeled the same, that's my point stupid.
36  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] Global marketplace Storiqa on: October 23, 2019, 12:42:17 AM
but why the price of STQ growing hard today ?
anyone can explain me ?

The price and trade volume is so low it wouldn't take much to manipulate the price. That's probably what is going on.

EDIT: Looks like storiqa.com is back up though.....
37  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bithumb does not list erc20 contract addresses and will keep your crypto on: October 18, 2019, 08:01:02 PM
Nah, both of you newbie shills are wrong. They need to clearly describe their coins like almost every other exchange does (including listing the contract ID).

Things like this are what is keeping crypto from being mainstream.
38  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Bithumb does not list erc20 contract addresses and will keep your crypto on: October 18, 2019, 10:42:48 AM
Bithumb does not list erc20 contract addresses and will keep your crypto if you deposit another coin with the same name.

Some tokens have the same name. Without knowing the actual contract address there is no way to know which token is the proper token.

I deposited a token called SWIPE. Apparently there are two tokens named SWIPE, there is SWIPE and SXP (SWIPE). Both are legit tokens. I contacted customer support and they refuse to return my SWIPE because they say it was my error and not theirs even though there is no way to know which token they are trading.

This is the fault of the exchange, not the user.

Here is my chat log with customer service:
**I deposited swipe into my acocunt yesterday and still hasnt shown up... there have been almost 4000 confirmations. txid is     0x50eef993c0934c13599d8ee74dbef2b6bbb3614f5bc7e8a539390b040fcf7b55**

sorry, there are two kinds of coins
Sorry, you have misplaced the currency, the name is different, you should be able to see

    **I did not.**
**This is your error, not mine.**
    **The name is not different**
**even says the same name in the screenshots you showed me**
**You mean the trade symbols are different?**

    Support Bella
Sorry, you should check the currency name yourself when you recharge.

**Trade symbols are generally different for different exchanges. I am not a newb.**
**No, you can't pin this on me. Your site does not display the information of the coin including the contract address. this is your responsibility not mine. Are you new to crypto?**

    Support Bella
If you recharge the right assets, there will be no problems, but you recharge the wrong assets.

**Well I had no way of knowing they were the wrong assets.**
**So you need to return my cryptos.**
**You are giving me a circular argument.... I have already demonstrated how your company is wrong and telling the same thing over and over is not going to change that  it is your error not mine.**

    Support Bella
sorry, you have recharged the wrong asset, I have already sent a picture to prove it to you, I am sorry I can't help you.

**Your picture does not prove anything. They look like the same asset**
**show me where the contract address is posted on your site**
**you can't because it's not. This means you are at fault. Not me because there is no way to know it is a different coin.**

    Support Bella
Your recharge is "swipe token", referred to as "swipe", and the currency of our exchange is "swipe", referred to as "sxp", which is two different coins.

**the pic you showed me says swipe**
    **looks the same to me**
    **they both say swipe**

    Support Bella
    <sends the same screenshot again>
    https://pasteboard.co/ICwHPMR.png

**your argument is the trade symbols are different but it is standard practice for exchanges to change their own trade symbols**
**I have seen coins that had 5 different symbols depending on which exchange they are listed on**
    **Yes that is not proof**
**you can send me the same screenshot all day  it doesnt make you right**
**you cannot just keep my cryptos **

    Support Bella
For example, you should know eon, there are two kinds of coins called eon, one is demension token, and the other is eos network. Can you say that this is the same kind of coin?

**yes but most exchanges make this difference clear and they clearly have different wallet addresses since they are totally different blockchains**
39  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Beware when trading @ Kryptono - Stealing your identity? on: September 30, 2019, 07:19:21 AM
All you people who say you are all for KYC are just asking for trouble. Who cares about money laundering, that is not your problem. Why should you care? This is CRYPTO. It transcends borders. It is the world economy. No country can control crypto, and it will eventually topple governments. Exchanges should only perform KYC for fiat trading (and why would anybody want to sell their valuable crypto for some country's fake play-money shitcoin?). KYC is just another way you volunteer your servitude to whatever country you just happened to be born in (but 99% of the time it is some foreign exchange asking for your private information which is none of their business and you couldn't do anything about it if they SOLD YOUR IDENTITY anyway). It's also the best way to go to prison for a crime you didn't commit because some asshat used your documents to commit a crime. Stop using KYC shitexchanges who bow down to their lord and savior government and get on-board with decentralized trading. At MOST you should only have one trusted exchange to swap your fiat shit-money for crypto (if you must), and from there ONLY DEAL IN CRYPTO. You know you can get credit/debit cards for crypto now? They work all over the world to buy anything any other credit/debit card can buy.

If you absolutely MUST do KYC, then USE FAKE DOCUMENTS. Who cares? If you are in a country where using fake documents for an exchange is a crime (which afaik does not happen ANYWHERE) then use them on an exchange in another country. The russian police can't kick in your door at home (unless you happen to live in russia).

STOP BUYING INTO THIS FAKE TERRORISM / DRUG MONEY EXCUSE. IT'S A LIE. WAKE UP. YOU ARE HELPING NOBODY BY DOING KYC AND YOUR VIRTUE SIGNALLING AND SHILLING JUST MAKES YOU LOOK LIKE A FOOL.

The truth is they couldn't stop drug money or terrorist money in crypto even if they wanted to. It is also the truth that most use the USD, gold jewelry or art to move money anyway. Don't be stupid! It is their war, not yours.

Here is an email they sent me:

Code:
Dear Valued Trader,

We have reviewed documents submitted by you in our KYC form and in order to pass the verification process we require additional information regarding the source of funds for your latest transaction on the exchange:

The source of funds report has to describe all actions you have performed with these funds before sending them to BTCNEXT, e.g. purchasing, exchanging, transferring from one address to another.

Kindly present the chain of events in chronological order. Please attach full-display screenshots, which will confirm each step.

Note that screenshots of public blockchain explorers data are not accepted. Please provide the screenshots of your actions on the crypto services that you have used.

For example, in case you have obtained these funds on another crypto trading platform, please provide us with the full-display screenshots of your deposit, trading and withdrawal history on that platform, so that the transaction history of the funds would be clearly displayed.

Please note that we need to see detailed information (hash, address) for each of the mentioned transactions.

Kindest regards,

your BTCNEXT team.

Code:
None of your business.

I mean really, if they want to know so badly, it's not like they can't figure this out on their own. It's a public blockchain.
