有申诉仲裁机制，也有评分机制，卖假货骗人应该是比较难行得通的。至少好评多差评少的卖家应该是信用比较好的。如果写明是仿冒品，而又有人愿意买，那就没人管得着了。不受监管就是让买卖双方的意愿得到最大程度的满足，没有谁可以干涉。

最根本原因還是場內資金和信心不足。支付的話，不僅有商家的拋壓，也有買家獲得支付用比特幣的買壓，所以不一定會造成下跌。 买币去用的只有极少数人。一般人拿钱直接去买东西就行了，何必换成币再去买？所以大部份用币的要么是挖来的，要么是挖山寨币换来的，所以只会造成抛压。对比特币有价值的不是接收比特币的商家，而是接受比特币而又不急着换成法币的商家。 |

大部分交易应该还是买方找自己国家的卖方，少部分跨国交易。这已经不是比特币领域的问题了，各种电商平台都有物流的问题，只要做的好用的人就多。其实去年比特币领域就有一个bitmit.net平台，规模已经相当大了，不知道为什么后来自己关门了，可能是因为监管的问题，所以中心化还是个问题。 现在有一个平台cryptothrift.com但感觉使用的人不多，不知道是不是怕他像bitmit一样关门。

现在用比特币虽然也能买到很多东西，不过大部分都是通过bitpay, coinbase等支付商。这些支付商一拿到币就按市价卖掉换成美元。这一方面是因为比特币价格不稳定，换成法币比较稳妥，另一方面也是因为监管的关系，不允许商家留币。所以越多人使用比特币，越多商家号称支持比特币支付（实际上还是收的法币），其实却越打压比特币的价格。就好象一个国家的货币，使用的人都不想拿在手里，一拿到就想卖出去换其他货币，那样就只能不断贬值。openbazaar的重要性在于它是一个不需要把比特币换成法币的市场。卖家收了比特币之后除非自己选择去别处卖掉，否则就留币在手里。如果大部分的卖家都选择留币，或者至少留一段时间，而不像那些支付商一样立刻自动卖出，那么比特币的供给就会减少，价格就会上升。openbazaar应该会吸引不少卖家，因为它不受监管，而且又没有手续费。比如在淘宝上面不能卖的矿机之类，就可能很快有人放到openbazaar上面去卖。据说openbazaar使用多重签名以及第三方仲裁的方式来保证交易的公平进行。因为是p2p交易，一方愿意付币，一方愿意收币，这时比特币就是货币，不用理会官方规定比特币到底能不能作为货币来使用。从多方面来看这是解决目前比特币领域各种问题的最好的办法。

什么可能性都有。如果一个大户拿几千个币砸盘，瞬间砸到0也可能。可这又有什么意义呢？

去中心化市场，相当于把淘宝变成去中心化的，用比特币当支付宝，而且没有手续费。现在已经有beta 2.0版发布了，不过还只能在linux下面编译。会linux的可以尝试下。据说已经有人在上面买卖了。

希望能早点发布。比特币的下一次腾飞可能就靠他了。对大部分国人来说目前比特币还是只能做交易，无法实质性使用。等有了openbazaar也许就可以不受监管的使用比特币了。比特币的用途一旦被激活，肯定不是现在这个价钱。期待不受监管的全球性淘宝+支付宝的出现。也许年底就会正式发布。

最近比特币大跌，不知道是不是和比特币不能锚定法币有关。其实比特币还是很好用的。不需要整天炒币关心涨跌。也不用储备很多币。一般消费只要有两三个，有钱的存5个就够了。每次要花多少币就从交易所补进多少个，保持储备不变。这样就等于把法币变成了世界货币。自己做对冲，就不用关心锚定不锚定的问题。现在国内外交易所之间的差价都很小，兑换起来不会有什么汇率损失。

需要有比特币的C2C平台。以前有个bitmit，现在不知道还有哪些。最好是针对国内的。服务器可以设在国外。现在比特币对国人来说只是炒币，完全没有应用。这样对比特币是不利的。应用一定要跟上。不能指望大公司为比特币做应用。大公司是不会为比特币做事的。因为比特币不能增发，大公司拿不到好处。而且大公司受监管束缚，很多事没法做。比特币就是面向草根的。需要聚集草根的力量。C2C平台是一个很好的应用，让用户点对点交易，摆脱监管的束缚。

有一个安全隐患。生成私钥不应该使用SecureRandom，而应该使用/dev/random产生的随机数。旧版Android系统Java的随机数实现方式是有bug的。请参照 http://android-developers.blogspot.com/2013/08/some-securerandom-thoughts.html“Developers who use JCA for key generation, signing or random number generation should update their applications to explicitly initialize the PRNG with entropy from /dev/urandom or /dev/random. ” mycelium android 钱包就是直接使用随机数设备，而避免使用Java API. 您好，比太钱包未使用Java API生成随机数，请查阅我们之前的文章（比太钱包官方微博当前置顶的文章）  因为你们用了bitcoinj, bitcoinj用了SecureRandom. bitcoinj的作者认为SecureRandom的问题是google的问题，所以至今也没改。想依靠google来修复了这个错误，除非用户使用的是Android 4.3以上。大部分用户应该不会使用那么高的版本，而且如果冷钱包放在旧机器上，就更不可能更新到Android 4.3了。Android钱包像mycelium, bitcoin wallet都没有使用bitcoinj, 而是自己使用随机数设备产生随机种子。Android的问题会使产生的随机熵降低到64位，而不是应有的256位。这样产生地址碰撞就在计算上就不再是不可行的了。之前blockchain的android钱包就发生过被莫名其妙盗走的问题，就是因为这个问题。这个问题发现快一年了，还是很容易陷进去，因为大部分机器还是Android 4.2以下。 |

What if your father gave 10000 coins to you as gift two years ago as they were only worth $50. Since they were significantly less then $13000 (annual gift limit) you didn't have to report them. Do you need to report your gifts you have kept for 2 years as they have significantly appreciated? Do you need to report the gifts if you sell them?

Thank you URSAY, my order issue was solved. Up till now I have had 4 order issues with bitinstant, and now all solved. Two orders took 1-2 days to solve, and two took 1 week. Although it took longer for recent order issues, I have to say that bitinstant has a good support team. You guys must be overwhelmed these days for solving order issues. It was a upsetting experience to see my money hanging over there, especially during this crazy coin rally, but I'm still happy to see my money finally came back. I had exactly the same problem with order ID b4b9d586-63d6-42af-aee1-4cf342853041, and eventually Yankee helped me out after over a week. You gotta ask their support, go to their help desk and submit a ticket, waiting for their reply, hopefully Yankee himself will reply you. It takes time but they'll figure things out, at least for my case. I have another order 471aeba3-8b09-4437-8bf4-17558d836147, hanging there for almost a week, and no any reply yet. I'll wait and see how they gonna handle it and have you guys posted. Anyone wants to use this system gonna be really careful, and be prepared to have your money hanging for a long time, if not disappear at all. I had a failure with a MtGox Coupon -> VouchX order:

Yankee, You know the rules better than the customers. You should add sufficient checks on your page to avoid unintended offence of your rules. Also, please perform all the necessary checks BEFORE taking customer's money. You are doing the other way round. Take the money first, and check errors later. Any error occurs, no matter whose fault, you have customers money stuck in your system. We are offering you free loans if they don't turn out to be donations! I'm not sure when my two order issues are gonna be resolved. Order ids here, b4b9d586-63d6-42af-aee1-4cf342853041 471aeba3-8b09-4437-8bf4-17558d836147 Both have money stuck in your system and both stuck for unknown reasons. Before having these issues resolved, I won't use your system any more and I'll keep warning people about your system.

I guess bitinstant is gonna rob from us as much money as possible and escape from the business. I doubt they will ever solve our problems because doing so won't save their reputation as there are already so many negative comments here. I personally will NEVER do business with them even if they refund all the money they stole from me.
49080 btc-e reserve looks really attractive. People will jump into it once it becomes available, but I won't touch a bit of it. bitinstant is becoming a trap. Be really careful. Only exchange the amount you can afford to donate them.
