I got an information that instabuy will close on Monday, 3pm gmt. Can I know the reason for closing it down and is there a possibility it will be reopened?
Also, I have heard about a possible hardfork, why do you need a hardfork at the moment?

You need to give us more info about. If you are "close" to contract, you probably know what is the card-provider name and when is the expecting starting date. in the past you have given us a lot of "soon" ongoings, which in reality was quite different.

What is happening with the minexcoin, really the price is going down very low which almost many people loose their value in the market. Even though they issued card but it cannot manage to increase its value. Why suddenly the cards are not being issued by the company?

So, what's next? I pay for my cards in June 2018. Still not receive it, and it can not be seen that it will be sooner. The only answer I can get from you is to wait for info. It's not refusal, it's the due diligence procedure, and it's temporary. Have Upaycards been blocked? No, cards itself work, but convert is temporary unavailable. |

Со стороны Upay. Увы, даже примерные сроки назвать тяжело. Это касается только Майнекса или в целом у всех проверяют они? Чем они это мотивируют, это как то не совсем правильно Проверка проводится из-за большого количества жалоб и обращений (мол, с помощью наших карт напрямую можно платить криптой и тд). Поэтому UPay принял решение провести комплексную проверку карточной программы. С нашей стороны, мы предоставили все необходимые документы. Остается ждать. Тем не менее, мы находимся на разной стадии ведения переговоров с другими потенциальными партнерами. |

Save your wallet.dat to the safe place ( https://faq.minexcoin.com/article/12-how-do-i-backup-my-wallet ) and delete all wallet files in minexcoin follder. Then you can download a latest version of MinexWallet from our main site minexcoin.com and recover it with your backup file. |

Ну хорошо. А какие Вы себе представляете действия, которые способствовали-бы поддержке курса? Я думаю, что качественная работа сервиса, увеличение пользователей и рост рынка  , это то, что в совокупности, поддержало-бы курс. Или, может, у Вас имеются идеи/решения более привлекательные? Вы правы, только доведение продуктов до состояния стабильной и бесперебойной работы приведет к увеличению интереса пользователей к проекту и спроса на монету. Плюс необходимы благоприятные рыночные условия, так как "медвежий" рынок также играет немалую роль в формировании цены. |
