I think that is because of the influence of Bitcoin.
Every movement that Bitcoin has, it will surely affecting the altcoins, even if its good or any bad moves.

The truth is, it can't be that easily for some coins to recover. but it doesn't means that thing is impossible.
There is also time where a coin rising rapidly. So we need to wait patiently and do something we could to make that happen.

The more dip happen now, it could makes a bad effect that mostly will give a bad influence on the people who hold some coins to get worried about the condition.
I hope the condition could gradually recover even though it is in a slow pace.

As for me, panic is only resulting in more loss than stopping more loss.
Panicking could also trigger a regret in the future when ever the coins that we were loss during the panic selling, starting to rise and generating profit if we don't sell them in panic state.

Presently, the crypto currency market is a game of who buys or accumulates most tokens or bitcoins
The Government and The big men wants to buy several of it and companies want to be a part of it as well
If we see BTC at $3k, I won't be surprised but when the moon and bull runs start..

Indeed Bitcoin and the altcoins are facing their downfall, But it will surely back to climb up again when the time came. So there will be no need for us to be worried about the future of cryptocurrency. |

Do you know that most of the ICO's are scam . Well if you don't here are some reasons behind it :- 1.) Most of these ICO's have no business model  2.) Most of these ICO's would never be profitable  3.) High Market cap for a project / ICO with no development , code or any past experiences  4.) Answer :- People are dumb and greedy they want to invest in the next ETH , STRATIS , WINGS , EDG , IOTA , XEL but they do not understand that Stratis had less than 1000 contributors and most of these ICO's happened during bear season when most of the people were not active in the scene . Should I invest in ICO's ? Yes , some ICO's are legit and can be good investments such as MobileGo , Edgeless , Civic etc which can yield you good ROI in long term but then always due diligence is important . Should I invest in ICO's with high marketcap ?  No , High marketcap means a lot of people have invested in an ICO seeking for quick buck or the ICO team has been dependent on marketing to get more investors which makes a lot of weak hands so when the marketcap is not able to sustain the demand and supply the price will likely go down . When the price goes down is the time to invest but not during the ICO . I fomo like a noob during ICO as I don't want to miss it .  Well then you are a fuking sheep who want to buy in today and be a millionaire tomorrow well it does not work that way , you can always buy after it hits the exchange . It already been a while, we saw the battle to take the 2nd place between Ethereum and Ripple, It was ehtereum that has sit on 2nd place for a long time, but now ethereum already been dropping on its marketcap and being taken over by Ripple.
And what i can see the gap between those to is getting wider over the time.

Looking on today's market, there is no way Ethereum competing Bitcoin, right now Ethereum drop to the 3rd place in marketcap.
Right now the opponent of Ethereum is Ripple, starting from few moments ago, the 2nd place already being taken by Ripple.

There was a hardfork on bitcoin cash, and something a bit obvious happen, the coins is totally replaced with the new coins.
The old BCH is gone and being replaced with new coins, making them hard to predict what will happen next.

Up until today, i still prefer to exchange my coins into either Ethereum or Bitcoin.
I've never exchange them into Dollars. I believe it could generate more profit when we change it into Bitcoin or ethereum.

I was always wondering about it. I know that no one wants to lose their money in investing . Everyone is investing in ICO simply because they see the potential of the project.They expect the price of coin will increase after being listed on the floor. And so, they decide to invest with the expectation that the coin will bring them profits.
In addition, ICO is a form of investment that gives individuals great opportunities. If only Angel Investors or Venture Capital Funds had invested in startup projects at an early stage, So far, the ICO has allowed all individual investors, with a small cap of just $ 100, to be able to participate.Investments in this embryonic stage will of course be risky. However, if you are lucky to find the next Facebook, Amazon, Google … next, the money you earn will not less.
I believe that the investors has a big hope on the project they invest on, even though there are many scam project looking for their prey. And perhaps the investors already making sure that the project they invest on is the real legit project. |

I think there is no altcoin that will never have to be sell. I believe there will be time for any altcoin need to be sell. There will be no point to keep the altcoin forever. |

I've done that risk management by purchasing on coins that already well known and already has it's market.
Investing in a new ICO is risky right now, due to the chance of getting a scam project is higher with that number of scam project that keep on appearing.

To be honest, i'm also wish to have many coins as possible. as the condition of the market are dropping.
This can be be the perfect time to keep as many coins that i could afford to get.
So in the future i could get bigger chance of those coins to rise again.

Up until today the market volume of Ethereum is still high, that can be a proof that Ethereum is still strong and its a sign that Ethereum will not drop to $50 or bellow, just like what you saying on your first post.
