Does anyone know what the "monitor" worker on/off actually does in the worker configuration area?Huh  Will i get a email if a worker goes down or what? there's no info on that anywhere..

NO  SECRET there https://github.com/tpruvot/ccminer I probable know of miners you don't but who cares any way and you miss the whole the point ....

GL .....

Any other equi miners that compare to dstm?  other than ccminer, ewbf and bminer?
23  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Bminer: a fast Equihash miner for CUDA GPUs (5.2.0) on: January 24, 2018, 11:14:01 PM
Same machine, same cards, same pool, same running time from scratch, same ... everything is the same ... running for 48 hours now

bminer has somewhat lower pool reported average hashrate but higher cumulative actual payout by ca. 3% on the pool side.

Will keep it running until the weekend and then start switching if the status persists

i'm seeing the same thing with the hashrate on my machine but i find that really strange that the pool paid you out less on dstm even though the hashrate was higher.. i know the difficulty plays a part in it but thats just another mystery of mining... lol

Are here many windows users? Just curious?

I think most average people are windows users.  The 1-10 card miners.. I think if your running a farm then its more likely to be running on linux..

Hi everyone,
does anyone know, how long MPH will "work" such unpredictable?

So whats wrong with MPH currently? Or is it only me, who is loosing money there the last few days?

Is there a possibility we get an information, when MPH works again correctly? When we can trust it again, and do not have to verify its behaviour for each and every TX?

I've been mining zclassic and it's been all good for me.  I haven't used the auto exchange so i can't speak on that but if you do have a real concern of missing coins this forum won't help you... there must be some "contact us" link on the website you can use..

Is the MPH address (port) for Vert on the site somewhere?  The homepage for that pool seems to have everything except the address info.

i think this is what your looking for

Vertcoin    Lyra2RE2    20507

i tried it for 7hrs, with dev fee on. i'll give it another shot.. but i have to say after 7hrs this miner was close to 70mh/s off the reported average rate. i even swapped it to an identical card with the same settings to make sure it wasn't that card. i'll see tomorrow what it says..
28  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Bminer: a fast Equihash miner for CUDA GPUs (5.2.0) on: January 24, 2018, 01:05:19 AM
I would strongly advise people to look at their mining pool hashrate for this miner and not the miners reported hashrate... Do the test...    Shocked

Is there a parameter with this miner to mine with one card and not the others?

The equivalent of doing a "-di 0" in Claymore?

Thanks in advance.

--dev 0 or --dev 1 2 is what your looking for but my brother you need to read either the first page of this forum or the readme.txt in the dstm dir for little things like that...  Wink

It would be nice to have the choice of what percentage of your earnings you donated to the dev.  Guys with 2-3 cards won't really care about %2 but people with farms are shelling out major dough.. I think %1 is fair.. but i doubt that will ever be the case..

Greedy fart smellers!!     Huh

Can anyone suggest stable overclock settings for 1070 and 1070 TI's using DSTM in SMOS?

Every card manufacturer clocks there card differently so thats really something you'll have to play with but for my zotac 1070 mini a core of +100 and mem +550 and power limit of %80 is solid..

Bullshit.
Don't use it if it's 'soooo bad'.
You're just a greedy bastard.

I love reading your post Migere..... Everyone is a greedy SOB!!! hehee..   i love it.. Look this has played out before and it will again.  dstm will keep on supporting his miner until he gets enough cash that he doesn't want to deal with this bullshit and just wants to enjoy life with the money he earned.  Then someone else will take his spot and do the same. Guys trying to get around the fee isn't going to kill his profits. If people are knowledgeable enough to redirect the fee so be it that's ok. The majority of people will still support dstm and he will still earn a lot of money.  But please keep posting and don't stop ending your post with "greedy fuckers" and so on.....  Grin

So i put in the US server ip in my miner (45.79.223.173) with the same port and it connects to the US server and everything is running smooth. Hope this helps anyone who's still dealing with a high ping.   Grin

What is your miner? Claymore doesn’t want to accept this address for either solo-coin or autoswitch-algo

I'm using dstm and i haven't used claymore for a long time but it should work with the ip address subbed in.  I'm also just straight mining zclassic...

Name:    us-east.equihash-hub.miningpoolhub.com
Addresses:  172.104.106.153
          139.162.66.203
          172.104.180.119
          139.162.73.35
          139.162.138.168
          172.104.127.76
          45.79.223.173
          172.104.189.59

Can we use any one of them? Either way ive seen no difference in mining results having a 200+ ping versus a 45'ish one

when you look at it at the ipaddress site with " us-east.equihash-hub.miningpoolhub.com" entered it lists the countries with each ip address so for me the US one is the one i wanted and its working.

It seems like us-east.equihash-hub.miningpoolhub.com isn't directing my workers to the right server for the best ping. It's still trying to send me to Germany when the US server is way better for me.  Its strange...
37  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Pools (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][POOL] Mining Pool Hub - Multipool. Multialgo, Auto Exchange to any coin. on: January 18, 2018, 03:34:19 AM
does anyone else have a much higher ping to us-east.equihash-hub.miningpoolhub.com and the us-east.zclassic.miningpoolhub.com servers? I was pinging around 40ms and now for the last day or so it's up to around 200ms...  Is it the server intel patch? or just the servers being overloaded? or ME!!!!??
Nope, not only you.
I had steady 43ms for the past two weeks. Left for 4 days; now back and have acceptance times in 2-5-hundreds ms also.
That is on US-East @ BTG and Equihash servers. And I think, Intel patch announcement came later than this happened/changed

Ok thats good to know.. If its a server issue i'm sure it's being worked on and will be fixed sooner than later.

I'm getting disconnects on suprnova when using this miner, with ewbf everything is ok - r:0.
It was fine for last few hours, but now it keeps disconnecting....
the same error
Code:
connection closed by server r:0

Yup i'm getting the same error but ewbf is fine.... strange
