26  Bitcoin / Wallet software / Re: How about adding 2FA for next wallet update? on: June 05, 2020, 10:57:40 AM
Depends on what you mean by "2FA". If you're talking about SMS then those are handled by telecoms with questionable reputation and so they wouldn't be able to provide the necessary security to make wallets any more secure than they are today. If you mean One Time Passwords then you have the question of who's going to create and distribute the secret keys that will make them, which makes wallet creation a little more centralized.

Or maybe you mean using a hardware token to make OTPs that you can just plug in your computer and can authenticate wallets instead of with a password, that doesn't sound like a bad idea. I am referring to devices like YubiKeys.

I am talking about google authentication

Now every exchange and other wallets having and suggesting to add 2FA
Some making it mandatory..

You should be your own bank and be independent from any third party.
27  Bitcoin / Wallet software / Re: How about adding 2FA for next wallet update? on: June 05, 2020, 10:42:12 AM
In Electrum, I think we have this option but with a third party server or something. It costs a little fees too. I have never used that so I do not have much idea.

Honestly speaking, without making it too complicated I think we are good.

2FA can be added feature as optional imo...

you have to open a feature request with the wallet that you want to see this feature in.

but i don't think it goes that far, i personally don't like the feature in a bitcoin wallet because it adds a "third party" to something that is supposed to not need any third parties ever. not to mention that they are sometimes designed terribly like the blockstream wallet that is a 2of2 multisig that user can't do anything if someday the company decides they don't want to let the user spend their money. but even in better deisgns like Electrum (2of3 where user has 2) it still is not to my liking.

Hey folks..

As the topic says, how about adding 2FA to the wallets even to the core wallets....?

30  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What type of coin specifications do you have in mind that is unique or wanted? on: May 04, 2020, 06:32:20 PM
Unique coin means which coin have real value not just use for trading exchange also people can use that for their daily need like buying goods, tickets for travel, use for rent and real states, paying bills etc. Security and legalize are also important thing for a unique coin. Cause if the coin have not these things people won't use it and if people don't use it then that coin will have no value at all.

sounds like you are talking about BTC .. Grin
31  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What type of coin specifications do you have in mind that is unique or wanted? on: May 01, 2020, 12:28:47 PM
There are few use cases in crypto space that still fails no matter how many of them are popping up

1. A real Real Estate coin that can actually be used to invest in real estate properties, most I've come across are scam projects

2. It's same thing for 99% of all Artificial Intelligence projects in crypto space today, I guess some things aren't entirely needed on the blockchain technology after all

My thoughts

-How about a coin whether centralized or decentralized that can be used as means of payment on par with big companies like

i) Wepay
ii) Alipay
iii) PayPal

The fact is no single coin is capable like this today in crypto space, if Bitcoin can be used as like how alipay and Wepay are are been used in asian part of the world today BTC will have been the marginally accepted throughout the world today

lets hope, soon it will be .......

Completely decentralized and anonymous could be the feature everyone wanted from crypto currencies but what's unique we can have its already reached it satisfaction point so we can never get any new idea related to cryptos, all we can see is copy of existing projects with different names and slight changes.

i guess your are talking about BTC  Wink

you started mining already mined about  3000 blocks with about 30,000 per block
Thats about 90,000,000 ( 90 million premine )
what are you gonna do with that ?

firstly not 90,000000 but 15,000000 secondly if you want I’ll give it all to you mining was only for tests
a big Lie from your original post and yes you do have 90 million coins , why your explorer disappeared ?...

Specification
A few small details about our project.

HRLT Algorithm: Cryptonight

1 block every: 30 seconds

Number of nodes: 4

40  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Litecoin - a lite version of Bitcoin. Launched! on: January 09, 2020, 05:19:36 AM
I think that this coin is really asic resistent. The hashrate is tragically dumped and the same for the difficulty. Somebody talk of the end, same they talk about the end of btc but, in the crypto time, three coins have signed the story: Bitcoin, Ethereum and Litecoin.

ASIC resistance Huh Joke of the day...
