23  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: ✅ [ANN] [ICO] ✅ ACORN COLLECTIVE! ✅ MAIN SALE 28th APRIL. on: April 01, 2018, 12:17:30 PM

Hey there!

As an ICO that is building a crowdfunding platform, Kenya is a great place to talk about Blockchain and crowdfunding. It was really great to meet lots of professionals in the Blockchain industry. Alongside that, we were building contacts to support part of the Acorn platform.

Acorn is changing crowdfunding for good, we will be global, accessible and transparent. In order to support local growing businesses, we need professionals on the ground in the country. That's why we're visiting as many countries as possible, not only building our Blockchain partnerships but building professional contacts that can help Acorn be the most successful crowdfunding platform yet. We'll be in Moscow and Dubai soon.

We've got some exciting announcements coming up next week concerning the platform's structure so have a look at our Telegram page for the latest. https://t.me/joinchat/HI_eCBG0fCRCl1ja-d5JDg
What about new partnerships after Nairobi summit? Should we wait any hot  Announcements about it? Also what do you think about all these ICO bans on FB, twitter, linkedin ... How do you plan resist it? maybe projects like Qchain will help you?

24  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] IPBC | NOW LIVE | NO PREMINE | NO ICO | FIRST MEDIA MINING PLAYER on: March 26, 2018, 01:38:34 AM
My displayed hashrate on https://support.ipbc.io/ varies a lot. I have 450 h/s according to mining software. The display on https://support.ipbc.io/ shows me values from 70 h/s up to 1400 H/s. What's the problem?

website goes by shares submitted miner goes by well miner
25  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] IPBC | NOW LIVE | NO PREMINE | NO ICO | FIRST MEDIA MINING PLAYER on: March 26, 2018, 01:37:23 AM
Quick question since I can't seem to find the info on my own.

Is IPBC trading possible on other platforms than just livecoin? Like forkdelta or etherdelta?

It is being traded on another exchange: https://crex24.com/exchange/IPBC-BTC

But never ever traded there.

It's one of the new exchanges that are popping up like shrooms.

So proceed with caution.

Thx,

Just to be sure, I registered at Livecoin...

Livecoin is not much better to be honest.

Their shenanigans with the IPBC wallet is quite frankly apalling.

It's sad that a coin of such calibre has to rely on shitty exchanges with low listing exchange fees.

Mainstream exchanges are too greedy for their own good now and are charging ridiculous listing fees.

It would have been great if Cryptopia was supporting IPBC but last I heard, they were charging like 5 Million DOTS or over 10 BTC at current prices to list something.

Such a shame.

Maybe the devs could approach CryptoBridge perhaps?

https://www.crypto-bridge.org/

crypto bridge has not released erc token support or cryptonite.. lets hope cthey will soon

Some problem here to mine WAVI, not with the CPUMiner, but with pools :

SuprNova is out of order
BluePool seems to work (i see my share in the miner window), but no information in the worker screen of the pool about my share, my balance and immature (just some info in the general worker listing screen).

What pool are you using ?
i have been using blue for last 4 days no problem getting payouts every .1

Why my mined coins are cancelled?Huh
What happened?Huh
In january was all ok  Huh Sad

That looks like - but not the same as - what happened to me after my computer with the intensecoin wallet open crashed. I ended up having to delete the entire intensecoin folder located at c:\users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\intensecoin

Close the wallet before doing this! Once done, reopen the wallet and it will download the blockchain from the beginning.

EDIT - note that you have to change <username> with the login name you use for your computer.

don't delete wallet file

The idea sounds great but this website is rushed. you have a half ass working product so far you can only accept ETH and that seams like a very basic set up

34  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: CRYPLY is a true cryptocurrency and payment system for free people with PoW on: March 01, 2018, 11:06:32 AM
One thing bothers me, coin originated from Russia or Ukraine, and how they plan to make it global.
Although never heard of some successful major cryptocurrency projects from this countries.
It doesn't matter where the decentralized system (cryptocoin) originates from.
I hope it does not surprise you that the most popular and expensive coin has originated from Japan and that the second on the list (Ethereum) was started by Russian from Canada?

Thanks you said it before I could answer

paper wallet? Really?
How I can restore wallet from keys?
I don't see any options to do that.
You can't restore your paper wallet in GUI wallet.
You can't restore your paper wallet in CLI wallet.

So your wallet maybe create valid public address, but people can't get money.
GOOOOD JOB, amateurs!  Grin Grin

You can't change Prefix in code and say "hey, we have paper wallet", it's SCAM to users!

zero feel pool with block-explorer, paperwallet generator and webminer

you can load the key in to the gui wallet by going to file them import key i think
You can import/export Binary keys from/to GUI wallet.
Keys from "generator" are useless.
Do not use that piece of shit.

Pool owner simply don't care, it is not trustworthy pool.

yes i never tried to import jsut saw you could i would never generate a wallet from and exchange
