Passphrase recovery isn't something we can do at the moment. This is also something we have clearly explained during the signup/activation process. If you lose your passphrase, you basically lose your wallet. Therefore, we stress the importance of saving your passphrase in a safe location during the signup/activation itself. If you have lost your passphrase, the only thing we can do is suspend/disable your account and allow you open a new account instead. We are working on finding a solution that would allow us to help those users who forgot their passphrase, however - it's not something we can guarantee or provide an ETA for at this moment. Please make sure you save your passphrase in a safe location and always guide your new members with the same instruction. Guy's, if you look at the sellers they're all selling in chunks of 1,999 UR. these are newbies who just got the first cryptocurrency ever in their lives. Additionally, these users are in Indonesia, the Philippines, India, Nigeria, etc. Understand our goals: we are trying to create new users of cryptocurrency. The global ownership of cryptocurrency is now far less than 1% of world population. Ask yourselves:What if everyone owned the same cryptocurrency? What is the economic footprint of each of those users (global GDP is about $14,000 USD per human on the planed)? What would the use value of a universal cryptocurrency be? This is not a pump and dump plan--it's much more ambitious. Don't invest in this coin if you don't believe in the fundamental value of an incredibly large network of new, regular people using one universal cryptocurrency. If, on the other hand, you understand the ramifications of what we're doing, buy all the UR you can while these shortsighted users are selling for nothing. UR Team |

We are aware of this situation and working with our engineers towards solving it ASAP. Please find below the earlier post by John: "There seems to be some kind of mismatch between the blockchain on our bootnodes and that of one of our peers. We are investigating now." We will announce as soon as its back up. Hopefully by tomorrow we will have it all in control! |

UR / BTC market is paused
UR forked without informing Cryptopia, all markets stopped while we decide on further action
This was the only exchange your coin was listed on and you want to get removed ? lol
1. Actually, we are not willing to get removed from Cryptopia, there was an issue on the network level week ago and Cryptopia running an audit to ensure everything is in good order with the orders before bringing back UR to it's exchange. We are working with them to ensure everything comes back as soon as possible. 2. We are also working on adding some of the major exchanges, and announcement about it will be coming when it's ready. |

Couple of general updates: 1. We are working towards approaching additional exchanges now to increase the number of options for trading. We have not pursued this very intensely until now because exchanges want to see a significant user base. So, your efforts have put us in a better position to get on additional exchanges. Also, we may ask you to vote for UR on certain exchanges or to request UR be traded on certain exchanges. Thanks in advance for your help in this matter everyone. Working together, we can make UR more valuable and useful for the entire community. 2. Cryptopia situation, we are well aware and working towards this with their team. Once they've done with the full audit we are expecting Cryptopia fully return to normal state with UR. We are doing our utmost to make ti happen soon as possible. 3. We have begun removing some of the biggest blocking sponsors, we anticipate remove majority of the blockers by end of this week.
