I held off the temptation of looking at the results online and I just saw the replay a couple of hours ago. WOW! I have never thought I would feel sorry for Man United as they are one of the clubs I really love to hate. The same goes for Mourinho. The Ferguson era is gone, their greatness and invincibility seems to be gone as well and won't be coming back anytime soon. Not even with an elite manager around and not with all the superstar players who were brought in. It's time for them to suck it in and they might even go through what Liverpool and Arsenal went through. A drought.
It's a welcome time, Man Utd have dominated English football for far too long. Their fans can't complain, they had it good for over 20 years. It's time for somebody else to have a go now, football works in cycles.
