21  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: [DGB] Digibitye to 1$?!?! on: June 03, 2017, 08:31:34 AM
The price has moved more than 40%. Is there any real development going on, or just hype?

It's all hype! I predict digibyte will drop 75% it's over pumped and over hyped. They are just creating buzz to get newbies to hand over the BTC from their wallets once they realize they go hyped it will go down I guess 75%. Lets see!
Yeah, It seems like it was the alts trend last days.

23  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Did anyone even noticed this? on: June 03, 2017, 08:13:12 AM
It looks like does not have a blockchain. Does anyone have an understanding of how this works? And how is this different from PoW and PoS?
24  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you save bitcoin for fun or for future purpose? on: May 21, 2017, 10:47:15 AM
For future purposes, of course. I think there are less risky ways to have fun. Playing with Bitcoin is no different than playing with the most well-known forms of money.
25  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why should people use Bitcoin? on: May 02, 2017, 11:35:02 PM
Certainly not for buying coffee, at least not at this stage, but it works very well as a decentralized way of storing value. It's also possible to buy things online with this, if that is able to make your life easier.
26  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Do you see alts have chances against Bitcoins? on: April 18, 2017, 12:27:13 AM
Since they have a good tech, and solve real-world problems, any alt has a chance, but chances are very low.
Even the coins with something innovative will have a lot of work to achieve the network effect and quality of development that Bitcoin has.
27  Economy / Economics / Re: Tell me your predictions about Bitcoin on: April 03, 2017, 02:16:05 PM
Never be panic. Any panic in the market contributes to loss of your money. Speculators are investing huge money in such operations and if you have an exposure then you can earn not bad. You decide on the shield or on a horse.

That is correct and when there is a crisis there is an opportunity. For me still the same that bitcoin will continue to rise. As of now I am very optimistic about bitcoin and it already recover after the BTU hard fork drama.
I think the hard fork drama will extend for some time, but I think the community already has a better understanding of the situation, and certainly will not bring panic to the market like it has in recent weeks...
28  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If no one spends bitcoin what might happen? on: March 19, 2017, 09:09:08 PM
Well, according to the law of supply and demand, in such a scenario the price would rise. Bitcoin is already a scarce currency, and this would further limit supply in the market, causing a large price increase, if there were no drop in demand.
29  Economy / Speculation / Re: Learn from others mistakes. Hodl on: March 03, 2017, 10:42:52 PM
I think in the long run all fiat currencies will be worth less in the future, because they are centralized and highly inflationary currencies. Considering these aspects, I also feel more secure holding Bitcoin.
30  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: SURVEY on the popularity of these ways to gamble. on: February 15, 2017, 11:48:30 PM
For some reason there are a lot of people who gamble on dice games, probably many of them have fun with it. But I think there are better chances in games like sports betting and poker.
31  Economy / Economics / Re: why is it so hard to buy bitcoin on: February 01, 2017, 06:42:05 PM
I think that this will depend on the exchange, and the payment method that you use. Most users do not see problem in depositing money in an exchange to buy this, but if you prefer to use credit card, services like cex.io and coinbase make this available. The problem is that rates are too high for this form of payment.
32  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Preferring the technology not the coin on: January 16, 2017, 04:21:48 AM
This is an interesting article. In fact, there are different banks that are already working on proposals for adoption of Blockchain Technology, there are also some banks working with existing currencies, such as the Ripple cryptocurrency, but I think most banks will think first about the possibility of creating their own currency, before considering using an existing cryptocurrency.
33  Economy / Economics / Re: Can we Manipulate Bitcoin price? on: December 30, 2016, 12:02:25 AM
I think at the beginning it was easier, but as time went by this must have become more difficult, because the BTC distribution became better, and many whales probably started cashing out.
34  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is the best source of bitcoin nowadays? on: December 13, 2016, 09:08:07 AM
From my point of view, trading is a business with great potential for profit, but I'm not sure if this is the best time to risk trading in the market. I think by holding Bitcoin, there is also good chance of profit under current market conditions.

36  Economy / Economics / Re: Should I believe in Bitcoin ? on: November 17, 2016, 06:03:02 PM
In my opinion, trusting Bitcoin is a wise decision, and there are several reasons why I think so. The main one is the fact that it is a decentralized currency, allowing the user to gain greater control over his own money. Another reason is the fact that Bitcoin helps the user to protect himself against inflation, which is the main problem in storing value in fiat currency.
37  Economy / Economics / Re: If bitcoin price is $10.000, will fiat be worthless? on: November 17, 2016, 05:46:13 PM
If Bitcoin reaches this value, the currency will catch the attention of more people, institutions and investors, but I don't think that this will make fiat become worthless. The fact that one currency appreciates does not necessarily mean that another will lose value. There are many people in the world who are happy using fiat currency, many of these people may prefer not to migrate to a new payment system.
38  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin woke up the Giants on: November 17, 2016, 05:31:02 PM
[...]
We should support Bitcoin to keep these Giants on their toes. If Bitcoin fails, these Giants will go back to sleep and we will be stuck with high fees and poor service.
You got the point, we're at a stage where Bitcoin is expanding at a rate not seen before, but for Bitcoin to continue to make progress and attract more users, we must do our part, promoting it.
39  Economy / Marketplace / Re: How do you know when a site tries to scam you? on: November 17, 2016, 04:50:09 PM
If you see websites promising things like 100%, 150% per year, there are strong indications that it is scam. Even the most efficient companies in the world can not provide even half of that for investors, unless they are some kind of ponzi scheme.
40  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Do you think EOBOT will closing down? on: November 17, 2016, 04:22:49 PM
I don't know how this website, and other cloud mining websites, have managed to keep up for so long. It is a fact that there are rare occasions when users make a profit on it, and many people continue to invest. Either they don't listen or are very naive
