Lets see I ordered btc @ ~87 so 980/87 = 11.25, call it 11 btc ordered.
last night I got $980 @ $144.5/btc so 980/144.5 = 6.782 delivered (I actually bought that many btc at market price last night).
So I think I deserve 11-6.782=4.218 btc
(current price is 158$/btc) -> 4.218*158 = 666.444.


Id be happy with a compromise of another $500 delivered today even though btc is up to ~160. I think that is more than fair. Not sure what another ticket means. If that means another week then obv btc price could change significantly and then obv I wouldn't be happy with 500$.
The problem of running a company that promises (and charges for) relatively instant orders with "a dynamically updated model" is that you have to deliver instantly in a dynamically updated way. You cant deliver 66% of the ordered btc a week later....

Is that a yes?  If you don't think your order is incorrect then we want to try and make it right!  Smiley

i posted this in pots #3067

so I ordered 1000 at BTC/90$ and now a full seven days after I placed the original order when BTC is worth $140 I get $980. Thanks for not stealing my money I suppose but I still feel cheated.

So I got my bitcoin from bitinstant 60 hours after purchase, after PMing URSAY yesterday. It appears to be in the realm of the price of btc when I purchased it. URSAY appears to be doing his best.

That being said, shouldn't BitInstant stop accepting new orders until they resolve all complaints with previous transactions?

mine was nowhere near the realm of the price of when I purchased it. I got 50% less than what I purchased.

Since you provided your merchant ID instead of your account name/number, you should be receiving a coupon code in your bitinstant order update email shortly. To Redeem your MTGox Coupon, Log on to https://mtgox.com/. Under 'Funding Options' click 'Add Funds'. In the drop down menu, choose 'Redeem MtGox Code' and paste that code in the field.

It is now 4 hours and I have not received any followup email with any redeemable code.

So then I got this email (more talk):

Hello XXXX,

I apologize for the delay. I'm happy to look up your order in our system but I'll need some additional information. Could you please send me your Quote ID, Order ID or the 9-digit ZipZap account you used to deposit your cash? Once I have that information, I'll be able to find your transaction in our system and assist.

since then nothing. The standard endless conversation with no results. Such a joke, so disappointing.

I'm willing to bet that if, after all this effort, I ever get the BC, I will get charged for the service (in which they took my money and held on to it for a period of time that was at their discretion) and also freerolled on the change in BC price.

URSAY its been 4 days. I keep posting in this thread and I keep getting bs responses (its obvious there are numerous people who dont communicate to each other posting under the user name URSAY).

so, either look back in this thread and figure out how to get me my money (I have posted all information I have in this thread, its ludicrous I have to post my info in a public thread just to get my money.)

Or, send me back my money on dwolla NOW. Dont give me another bs response on how you need my order id or accound id or accound number or how I have some kind of nonexistent coupon that I need to cash in.

Let me be clear I consider you guys nothing short of scammers who freerolled me on 500 dollars (i bought 1000$ bc at 90 and they are now worth 135). Get me my money now. Dont make me post again.

URSAY Im going to get on with mtgox support. What am I supposed to get from them and what should I do following that in order to get my money. Can you outline what I should be doing in a series of steps? for example:
1. get six digit accound id
2. send it to URSAY by pm on public forum
3.etc
4. receive bc on mtgox at price they were purchased

URSAY I really need to get this resolved today, I mean this is just crazy its been days. I cant find this account ID that you mention just an account number that I have posted numerous times in this thread ( M4338454X).

On the mtgox bitinstant funding page it gives me these two names that I should send to:

I am getting ur pms URSAY but I cant pm you back. I dont know where I am supposed to be getting a six digit account id.
In the bitinstant funding page they give me 38454 but that is 5 digits.
