21  Local / Announcements (Deutsch) / Re: [ANN] Bitcore- BTX - SEGWIT - BLOOM - ONLINE - Virtueller Fork 1:0.5 vom BTC on: July 02, 2018, 09:04:41 AM

22  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][Main] Bitcore- BTX - Are you ready for the future? on: June 16, 2018, 05:53:01 PM
I'm just downloading the latest wallet from github and would like to verify the download before I install it.

Does anybody know where I can find the SHA256 hashes for wallet version 0.15.0.3?

24  Local / Anfänger und Hilfe / Bitcoin Core Fullnode: TX an mich selber bestätigen? on: June 02, 2018, 05:34:23 PM
Sorry, kurze Verständnis-frage:

By the end of this quarter we (hopefully) see some action. I hope they comply to the roadmap.  Huh
26  Bitcoin / Electrum / Re: Electrum timestamp of TX vs. Blockchain.info timestamp on: May 06, 2018, 08:14:25 PM
FYI timestamp in the block can be +/- 2 hours!

Are you sure tax regulations require such a high level of accuracy?
Thank you for your feedback. In Germany, if you sell a bitcoin you owned for > 1 year, there is no tax. So I have to prove to the internal revenue that I owned it for more than a year. My plan was to send them a link to a block explorer so they can find out for themselves, but if there are variations on the time stamp of the transaction I have to explain why. Just want to be prepared.
27  Bitcoin / Electrum / Re: Electrum timestamp of TX vs. Blockchain.info timestamp on: May 06, 2018, 08:03:27 PM
You should change to a better block explorer such as https://www.oxt.me/
Thank you for that link! The timestamp of Electrum and OXT.me is identical!   Smiley

btw, taxation is theft
I agree.  Undecided
28  Bitcoin / Electrum / Electrum timestamp of TX vs. Blockchain.info timestamp on: May 06, 2018, 04:15:37 PM
Sorry, already asked this question in the German section of this forum but didn't get any replies.

When I check a transaction in Electrum and i compare the data with blockchain.info I see that there is a different timestamp. The transaction in Electrum seems to have happened later in time and on blockchain.info it seemed to have happened earlier.

What is the reason for this?

Could it be that blockchain.info registers a transaction when it first appeared on the network (with 0 confirmations) and Electrum registers a transaction after 6 confirmations?

For me this is important due to tax regulations in my country  Roll Eyes
29  Local / Off-Topic (Deutsch) / Electrum timestasmp vs. blockckain.info timestamp on: May 01, 2018, 04:48:23 PM
Hallo zusammen,

Thank you BitCore for the final airdrop, it was a great time and a lot of fun!  I really like this coin and will HODL Smiley

Don't blame the BRhodium-Team for your faults, dude. Extended claiming only applies, if you already registered your addresses before January 10, 2018. If you missed that in the first place, you will not receive BTR.

How do you do it, big brother? Tell me how 4 will be 20?
Please, please, please tell me!
It's a change address for god sake. This address also belongs to you. Use coin control next time.

It sucks for me that these guys didn't use an explorer that supported bech32 addresses.

Bech32 is hardly supported anywhere right now. Even Core Wallet doesn't use it nor P2SH is fully supported.

i think i'm just gonna give up and wait until february since the wallet always says that my address doesn't match with my signature :|

Yes, just be patient. I have the same problem and will wait until Feb. to create a new signature.
35  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: BITCOIN RHODIUM [BTR] - Limited - Rare, only 2.1 Million on: January 22, 2018, 08:10:45 PM
Almost successfully claimed my BTR today, only one signature was not accepted.

I double checked the signature, it was correct but not accepted by the wallet.

I will try again in February when it will be possible to sign again with registered addresses.

So far: Good job guys  Smiley

I have the same question. Forgot to include the message and when I try to redo it I get the message that the adress is already registred. Thanks!

I'm not a developer, but I would just transfer my BTC to a new address and then repeat the registration.
39  Local / Trading und Spekulation / Re: Der Aktuelle Kursverlauf on: December 30, 2017, 03:59:29 PM

40  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 2018 is coming on: December 30, 2017, 09:50:28 AM
... but suddenly if you see all the country's are up against war with bitcoins, latest being South Korea which is a main hub. Plus most of the Asian countries hate it, especially India and China, USA is our last hope if they ban it's all gone. So for me a downfall of 5k and a high price of 40k is on the cards provided it survives each and every war
Don't forget that its their governments that try to restrict cryptos or even ban it. The people of these countries are really into crypro currencies and this is what counts in the long run.

My prediction for 2018: We will see a high volatility with a possible upswing to 50k, but also possible downtrend back to normal (which would be around 7k-8k).
