As announced, we are opening a new server for the ETHPow coin. Thus, we currently offer two servers: Ethereum Classic (PPLNS) and Ethereum Pow (PPS).

- ZET Payer - our new intelligent payout module, which selects the lowest level of fees during the day and then performs collective payouts for miners, the cost of payouts is effectively even 20-30% lower than in other mining pools using traditional solutions;
- very wide ranges for the payout limit. Anyone can define limit by themselves in the miner's settings - you don't have to wait indefinitely for the default payout limit to be reached.

[First impressions after The Merge]

Dear Miners,

we share with you our first impressions after The Merge.
Today we know more, the trends and outline of a new order in digital mining after the end of Ethereum mining are already clearly visible.

- The greatest successorof computing power after Ethereum is Ethereum Classic, it is a haven for most Asic miners (A10, A11, E9 and Jasminer) and GPU miners (graphics cards);

- Other significant beneficiaries were Ergo, Raven and ETHpow;

- The enormity of the computing power concentrated in Ethereum overwhelmed the remaining coins, which in practice means that The Merge did not live up to the hopes and the profitability of mining plunged;

- An optimistic trend for miners is the dynamic global decline in computing power, hashrate has already dropped by nearly 70% since The Merge was activated - in practice, this means a decrease in mining difficulty, which should improve miners' earnings in the future;

- Polish accent - Polish mining pool (ZETpool) according to the most opinion-forming ranking (MiningPoolProfits.com) went down in history as the fastest pool for Ethereum and Ethereum Classic at the time of The Merge.

- The ZETpool  continues mining on Ethereum Classic, and from October opens its servers for the ETHpow and Ergo coins. The first two coins will be dedicated to owners of AMD graphics cards, and the last one to owners of NVIDIA cards.

[ETHEREUM - FINAL COUNTDOWN]

Dear Miners,
- on Thursday, September 15, 2022, around 7:00 am according to the latest estimates, The Merge will take place, therefore mining of Ethereum will be suspended;
- Ethereum Classic is our safe haven for time of The Merge. We recommend that you move your machines until the situation is clarified - the new balance of power will certainly be visible by the end of September

[ETHEREUM 2.0 - practical tips]

The Merge, which is invariably planned for the area in mid-September, is approaching fast. Below is a list of practical tips on how to proceed before the merge.

- Hodl $ ETH #ETH.
- It is not required to sell Ethereum 1.0 and purchase of new Ethereum 2.0 coins - migration from ETH 1.0 to ETH 2.0 will be automatic.
- Order ETH withdrawal from cryptocurrency exchanges - to be 100% sure that the migration process will be successful, it will be safest to store ETH in your wallet. Each exchange can adopt its policy of behavior in time of the merge and it depends on it how it approaches the topic.
- We recommend storing ETH in native MEW (My Ether Wallet) or MetaMask wallets.
- Swap your tokens and go back to ETH.
- Withdraw ETH from DeFi platforms, lending platforms and other ETH bridget related sites.


Practical mining tips after activating The Merge:
- When mining on the Zetpool, the rigs will automatically be redirected to mining Ethereum Classic. All you need to check is your wallet; on MEW or MetaMask native wallets, the addresses are shared for ETH and ETC. In other words, if you store your coins on MEW or MetaMask, The Merge will de facto be fully automatic for you.
- Ethereum Classic will be our safe haven, it is the largest, most recognizable currency with a wide portfolio of cryptocurrency exchanges. At the same time, the ETC algorithm is very similar to ETH, therefore the extraction itself will look almost identical.
- We are opening a new mining pool for the ERGO currency, more details in the next entries.
- We are closely monitoring the trends, and if another currency appears that will ensure better profitability of mining, we will move the machines there.

[Zetpool – summary of the six months]

Dear Miners!
we present a summary of the last six months at the Zetpool.

Below is a breakdown of the most important achievements:
 
--> WE GROW  for the first time in history we have exceeded the barrier of 0.5 Th/s (500 Gh/s of computing power);
--> Zetpool creates a machine park of about 10,000 graphics cards (assuming that one card has 50 Mh/s);
--> New opening  we managed to build two fully operational Zetpool Ethereum servers: PPS and PPLNS, which attract more and more new miners;
--> Ethereum PPLNS server (approx. 300 Gh / s) with work characteristics similar to solo mining;
--> Ethereum PPS server (about 200 Gh / s) – with completely different characteristics – the pool pays immediately for each share sent;
--> High rankings for the first time, we managed to introduce both servers to the top five in the world, where Ethereum PPLNS took first place and PPS took fifth place;
--> High salaries – thanks to proprietary solutions and optimization possibilities, our miners earn more than on most other mining pools;
--> Foreign expansion – we have implemented a support channel for our miners in English;
--> Privileges – we reward with additional benefits of our loyal miners: preferential exchange conditions in the exchange office, the possibility of receiving improved settings for mining rigs, the possibility of optimizing the connection between specific machines and our servers (improved, reduced number of rejects);
--> WE THINK PERSPECTIVELY – our server for Ethereum Classic came second in the world in the ranking, it is the most likely successor of Ethereum;
--> We would like to thank our partners and our miners, together we are building a strong community away from   servers.

[ETHEREUM - Difficulty Bomb]

The discussion of the future of Ethereum mining has consistently electrified the mining community for quite some time.
As an operator mining pool (zetpool), we present the latest findings that we have received first-hand from the developers:

• Ethereum developers decided to implement HardFork called Gray Glacier;
• Gray Glacier activation will take place at block 15,050,000 around this Wednesday, June 29;
• Gray Glacier's only target is to defuse the Difficulty Bomb;
• Reactivation of the Difficulty Bomb will take place in about 700,000 blocks, which in practice translates into about 100 additional days of full value production (October 2022);
• as a reminder, Difficulty Bomb is a mechanism that extends the time needed to find blocks, so miners mine less effectively;
• it should be expected that from the nearest Wednesday, the average time of finding blocks will drop from about 15 seconds to 13.5 seconds, which will translate into an increase in wages by 10-15%;
• the second practical meaning is DELAY to migration to Ethereum 2.0, Proof Of Stake theoretically may come the fastest in October 2022, most likely it will happen several months later (2023);
  
• developers claim that this is the last defusing of the Difficulty Bomb in history, but remember that the previous declaration from the beginning of 2022 said that the Difficulty Bomb will never be defused again, so it is worth taking the amendment and remembering that Ethereum migration is a complex process and delays are the natural course of things;
• THEREFORE WE GAIN AN ADDITIONAL HALF YEAR OF MINING 💪💪💪

[ZETOS APP - cryptocurrency mining system]

It's scary to think about the beginnings of ZetOs.
It all started in 2016 with a very simple application that had three tiles, up to three cryptocurrencies: ETH, ETC, ZEC.
What the user interface allowed was to select one of these three tiles. Then the preconfigured miner was loaded in a fixed way. This was the first version we have equipped our machines with in the past 

Over time, the application has developed, new tiles and new functionalities have been added

We invite you to read the newest version of the ŻET (zetpool) mine guide.

A lot of news in recent months, including the opening of the new Ethereum Zetpool PPS server.
At the same time, we summarize the results obtained for the last year. It was a very good time for us. The mine's total power has increased by more than 300%, new partners have joined the project, and communities have been built in various regions of the world. We also managed to win several prestigious rankings.
We can safely say that we have a mining pool that can compete with the largest and fastest servers. 
The goal remains unchanged - to build a leading mining community in Europe.
