23  Economy / Exchanges / Re: A KYC question on: February 15, 2022, 03:06:18 AM
I have a question about coinsbit exchange, can I withdraw without passing it's KYC verification? Is there anyone using this exchange presently I just want to know before making deposit on the exchange

To some extent, I am sure you're a Bounty Hunter. Things like these are things hunters always experience in the system. Most projects will go on listing their coins in some centralized exchange which their reputation is unknown or low, and you imagine giving out your information to an unknown or low reputation company. Most times these happens because the price of this project made some profits and for you not to be left out, you get hooked in this situation, I've had similar experience on different occasions.
Well, coinsbit as a centralized exchange which you cannot do anything to be sure without passing the KYC process. If one can deposit, trade and do all process in an exchange and cannot withdraw funds, then no need of using the exchange without being ready of passing the KYC process.
24  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Coinbase Add Bank Account Verification? on: February 15, 2022, 02:44:20 AM
Opened an account at coinbase years ago. Submitted my verification years ago. I remembered linking my BoA checking account and sending in my US passport to get verified. I have never ever deposited any funds from my BoA to coinbase nor have I ever withdraw anything from coinbase. I never even done a trade on coinbase ever.

However, not long ago, I sent some btc from my wallet to coinbase to keep it there. Thus just have some btc there on coinbase.

When I check my coinbase account now, when I click on Buy/Sell, it says

You're almost ready to buy. Please complete your account. To make an investment, please add a payment method

So I click on Bank account right? I see other options are paypal, debit card and wire transfers. But when I click on bank account, it wants to use Plaid to connect to my bank account? When I click on BoA, I am suppose to enter my BoA online banking information? If so, is that safe? But after doing this, then my bank account is added? I'm confused here because many years ago when I got verified, I remember verifying the same bank of america account years ago. So is this new and everyone need to do it?  I do see the option of adding bank account manually where they make two deposits and you verify it but that takes up to 5 days.  Does that work?

If the question still remains if it's safe, it is if you're not so scared of giving out your information and passing your KYC verification. Other than that, the process to me is legit. Everyone needs an easy way of moving his/her money without stress, just that when it becomes very hug, the government starts tracing your personal information and also using the bank/exchange as a big source of information. This is one of a major reason why processing  KYC is not really the best.
That aside binance exchange was bringing forth such an idea which would have been accepted by it's users, but the government of my country placed a ban on it.
These are new features that are added to Coinbase. When I first started using Coinbase, it was just a wallet for receiving and storing of coins, and at then the coins where even limited as compared to now. So, lots of new things has been added to facilitate users experience.

I was just going through some threads, and I decided to see what you have here. This is very good man, a lot of hard work you've put here and they sure will pay as they already are. More clients will definitely come for you, cause your terms for participants is fair, am very well sure the same fair terms too to your clients.

1) If you were to recommend a platform which one and why.
2) If I was to stake my 1 bit coin what would I get in return as a passive income.
3) Can you recommend a good youtube to watch for advice on investing.

1. It is a necessity to know if your country is not affected or restricted in the use of crypto currencies. Also, it depends on the country you are from to recommend a good exchange for you, as it will save you some stress and other factors involved. Making personal choice, Coinbase, Binanceas two major exchange widely used worldwide. Gate, Kucoin etc. These platforms has a very good customer service ready to respond to your queries quickly.
2. Staking is good, but are you ready to risk such an amount? Once you stake your coin, you give full control to the exchange. As an investor, placing it on a long run, and creating a little room for diversification, by purchasing other coins or a little Bitcoin (not as high as 1BTC) for staking, if you must stake.
3. When it comes to investing, taking out your own time to make personal research is the best tool to use, cause everyone will give you reasons and different ideas on what to and what not to. If it is for education, there are tons of them. Try to learn how to compare notes and ideas too.

29  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin on its way to $100000?! on: February 13, 2022, 07:57:53 PM
The tendency of Bitcoin reaching such mark is possible and that will definitely happen sooner or later. Every crypto enthusiast know so well that the price of Bitcoin is always on a rollercoaster ride, and in every deep/price correction, there is always a new ATH ahead. The year 2022 is still very young and tender, and within a week period a new mark can be given when it comes to the speculative nature of Bitcoin.
That being said, the price of Bitcoin is currently on a range level, and the correction process is still going on, to find a good mark for support and the next bull run. I hear most people saying that this might be a long deep, looking at the lows of around $20k levels, if this be, then we might not be expecting the $100k mark this year. So, until the correction is over, we might no be seeing the $100k ATH, and the entire market will face it.
30  Economy / Services / Re: [HOLD] Rolletto.com | Signature Campaign | Sr. Members+ ~ Up to $70/Week on: February 13, 2022, 07:45:45 PM
Why don't you secure the funds before starting a week? looks like the same payment issue repeating in different campaigns over the years.

I did for the first week, as I normally do. But different scenarios and different people get different treatments, as a working relationship is built.

I also am not too worried about this particular campaign as if they aren't going to pay up I'll just pay it out of pocket, as I have done in the past.

Truly, that's what a trusted campaign manager will do to retain his name and reputation, but on the other hand, we need to put things in order, they should be aware and ready for the task which they are venturing into. Every workman works for a profit to tell of later, not work and end up paying from pockets. They ought to have known better when it comes to public services.

Hero - Legendary Member

OP @sujonali1819, I hope am not bordering you, but this is what I observed in your signature. The png image on your original post as a sample of your code in the campaign for Hero/Legendary Members and the ones that the members are putting on (including you) is not showing completely. This is an observation, if it's the way it is, no issues at all, but if maybe there is an error on the code, so it can be corrected. That's all, just an observation. Thanks, hope to be part of this campaign someday. Smiley
32  Economy / Speculation / Bitcoin tagged to be on same line with the Nasdaq 100 assets ??? on: February 12, 2022, 07:48:58 AM
We all take Bitcoin to be a digital asset that has gained the trust and support alongside every new price mark it attains, making many rich with the judicious use of this piece of technology. The price speculation found in Bitcoin so far makes it to have some features of the Nasdaq 100, and we know how the price fluctuate so sharply, where immediate gains/loss takes place in no time.
Are we going to really align them to be on same level, or the price of Bitcoin is more stable than the Nasdaq 100 stock. Both of them are being tagged to trade with caution, while one has more stability and price trend within a period.

Quote
“When we’re in an environment where all of those riskier assets are selling off, crypto is going to find itself doing the same,” Hogan said. “When the Nasdaq 100 or any of the other more-speculative, rapid-growth, momentum-type asset classes start to gain some traction, so will cryptocurrencies.”
Here is the source
Any thoughts on this?
33  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Who is really controlling the Bitcoin market. on: February 11, 2022, 09:58:48 AM
People always say that they are are waiting for the price of Bitcoin go down before they go into the market for trading and at the same time nobody can predict the market.

Every trader looks for a point to enter into the market so as to attain the optimum best lowest price which he/she has set as a target, and when this is meet for the person in question, the lowest price has been attained (though, the price might keep on going down) but his target has be achieved. No one can Predict the market, but you can set your limit.

Now is the market been manipulated? Or it all depends on the numbers of investors who invested.
There is something we need to understand about Bitcoin.
The more the demand of Bitcoin the more the increase take place. Can anyone predict the market?
Because people are waiting for the decrease in price and are they predicting the market or not?
I don't think have a better understandingn on how Bitcoins

To some extent, the market can be manipulated (this mainly happens when the whales had great effect on every action they take). Technical analysis of the market do give a heads up on what's coming next, and with the little knowledge I have on forex trading, no matter how sure the technical analysis is, the fundamental analysis always takes the head lead, and the technicality is kept aside for the moment.

Truly, the more the demand, the more the increase in it's price, but what about the rejection and close down of some exchanges? We know most things like the Lost of mnemonics, phrase and keys to some wallets are no more in control of it's owners, and things like this keeps those coins off the market, though they are increasing and decreasing alongside every action that happens in the market.

The way the market was being manipulated years back (as at 2017 and earlier) cannot be the same as now, cause the massive adoption of Bitcoin from most governmental bodies and big investors, every form of manipulation becomes more difficult than it was before.

Learning never ends when it comes to this big world of crypto and it's behavior, I stand to be corrected if I'm wrong.
34  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: People Overthink Potential of Bitcoin on: February 10, 2022, 11:05:31 PM
Truly, there is need for rule to maintain order, to some extent, these rules becomes over used against the oppressed party and it is no more conducive by whom the rule is made for. One thing about power is, no one goes against the law makers, and yet they fail the law which they have implemented. No one persecutes them, because they own the pesecutors. Financial freedom is a freedom that every human desire to have, to elevate him/herself from continuous round the clock work.

Bitcoin is not really against the government or corporation (the government against Bitcoin), but rather against the banking sector, and because of this, the government takes it illegal because they don't have access to control it, neither do they make gains from it. All they are concerned is to make gain from every individual, not giving to these individuals.

It is like saying, you have the greatest chance of having a diamond (as big as your fist) and the government found out, saying you don't have the right to own such a precious stone, because it is not theirs or in their own possession. The blockchain technology is an open source for everyone who can make judicious use of it, not that it is free, but you'll have to render some tasks before you earn it.

Bitcoin is an alternative to fiat or native currency and Bitcoin does not have the intention of replacing fiat, but rather to be an option of investment, a store of value that always appreciate over time, yet with risks attached to it.

CFNP stands for Close For New Participants, i.e, the campaign is not currently accepting new members.
When there is an open slot the manager would update the thread.

Congrats to all that are currently participating in this campaign. I know it takes time and dedication to meet up the quality posts needed for the task. Great campaign here.
36  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Expresscrypto Help!! on: February 10, 2022, 08:48:26 PM
It seems that OP, you left some of your funds on the site not taking it out before time. This is one thing that always have its effect when things start turning around with the site. They claim that their database cannot be retrieved for some reasons. What so ever reason that could be, there is always room for tracing out the error, if this is not some form of scam, the site would have been worked on and this errors corrected. Every business oriented person, and one willing to make profit by rendering useful service to the public will always work on his/her source of income, to be smooth and running.

As everyone knows, ExpressCrypto has been offline since 2021-12-24 09:41:17. Our database server currently cannot recognize the primary and backup disk.
As said by the site from Google search. There are lots of freelancers out there that will get it rectified, just a matter of the price, and the job will get done.
37  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: How is my new website? Coinmarketcap killer on: February 09, 2022, 11:43:51 AM
Nice design, simple and eye friendly. Amongst all that has been monitored and figured out, you need to look more on your own uniqueness, not being a killer. It's good to be curious passionate for big things, but it is very good to be passionate and realistic in the market. CMC and Coingeco has been used for a very long period and its price charts/information of coins are gotten from them by some other websites. So, if you concentrate on your work and give it all it requires, then the teaste for competition comes in. Also, the addition of a dark theme will add to the fun on using your website, cause I like dark theme a lot.
Nice work, keep on the improvements and see you at the top someday.
38  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The difficulty of explaining Bitcoin to people is massive on: February 08, 2022, 02:31:22 PM
But if someone close to you ask in a sincere way, why not?

If this person ask sincerely with interest to do something, it then means he or she is ready to read more and research on what to do, even though he or she is being guided with links and sites to get some useful information from the person who is showing him the way through that will be of help to him. Some will just behave as if they are interested and after talking much, they'll end up post postponing and it dies off with them doing nothing.
I came to see that anyone who is very interested will put in more effort and research, how to invest and where to invest, and will want to give it a try with some little start to know how it works.
I normally refer them here in this forum, where they can get first class information about Bitcoin and crypto currencies.
39  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: First contest of the year on: February 08, 2022, 08:13:29 AM
How will you pin point that everyone should participate, when everyone knows what they are capable of doing to it's users. You know too well the negative and bad trust the 1xbit platform has done to lots of it's users over the years and that is still a tag that they are fighting to revive from. Confirming things one's self is like seeing an endless pit, and was told to jump into it, that it not deep. There is a reason why it is said, it is better to learn from people's experience, to know how to escape from similar situations.

No not everyone because if we take a look at their ANN thread there are still people there that complains that they lost their money but they lost it because of their own fault, they didn't take the time to research if which casino is most trusted and which is not.

Not sure if the op is part of the 1xbit team or he is just promoting it because he is part of their signature campaign but either of the two, he will just deny the fact that 1xbit is involve with the scamming that happened because he continuous to get benefit with it. Good luck to this first contest but i doubt if they can get much participants with it but I don't think they will stop after this.

I am not saying they shouldn't continue striving to come out of the mess they are already into, it will take time for them to heal and their trust has been dented, which is a major point in the crypto and all online platforms, whereby when your trust is lost, there comes big issues having customers or users of the platform.

A fault from the subscribers who did not take time to process the 1xbit system before investing. Well, majority of them said it is when it comes to the withdrawal of the money from the platforms, that is where the issue lies. And no one will want to put in money into a platform and start having issues of taking out his money. They should work on correcting this issues, with matter of time.

1xbit is up with the next contest slated 6th of January everyone is expected to take part, just confirm things yourselves about 1xbit rather than relying on the accusations of other.
