Again, graphic designer here, not quite as seasoned as @Gb (recent graduate), there is some great ideas here... a lot of crap too, but still... personally I rate PredragNovakovic's designs.

Yeh, nice. I like his/her CB padlock concept - could be a little cleaner and less busy though. Nice starting concept.
22  Economy / Speculation / Re: Buying now or waiting a bit(coin)? on: November 28, 2013, 04:00:52 PM
[...] I'm convinced it will either go to the sky or to 0.

Those are my thoughts exactly - it's just knowing when the sky is at its highest that is the key. Good luck!
23  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Would you buy this t-shirt? Help design it. on: November 27, 2013, 06:19:22 PM
I was planning on releasing a novelty t-shirt proudly stating that the wearer "Will Blow for Bitcoin" ... never got around to it, but with the price what it is now, it might be worth it. Blowing for Bitcoin I mean, the t-shirt idea is still shit.
24  Economy / Digital goods / Selling over 400 domains for BTC on: November 27, 2013, 04:55:30 PM
Lot's of UK domains, some good generic NZ domains and a few .coms in there too. Some of them go back 14 years.

http://bit.ly/domainlist

Will accept reasonable offers in BTC based on asking price in EUR.

All domains are listed on Sedo but happy to use a reputable escrow based on these forums to ensure you get your domain name and I get my coins.

Cheers
Gavin
25  Economy / Goods / Re: [WTS] 1oz Silver Coins Best Value For BTC/LTC UK ONLY on: November 27, 2013, 04:45:57 PM
Yep looks like Ill have to hold for a while.

Hold on to that silver mate - it will go up! All the precious metals are being articifically held down at the moment, and silver traditionally hasa pegging with gold and that is very much out of kilter at the moment. Hold on to it in my opinion. If you're after BTC or LTC then best to dump the worthless paper or the numbers on the screens that you have - they're worth nothing, I think most people on these forums would agree with that whether a metal bug or a crypto invester.

Here's a link explaining how much activity we have to have under our belts before we don't have to go through the 360 second thing ...

I've just deposited in your site, but I am quite new to BTC - is it normal to take around 15 minutes for it to appear in my account?

On my BTC client, the transaction appears to be pending - is that a Bitcoin thing or a BTCircle.com thing?

I have nothing to do with him/her but having been a graphic designer for almost 20 years, I can tell you now that I would choose sproggha's work - clearly the best on there.

If you need any impartial advice, get in touch.

Back in 2010 my friend and I were chatting about whether or not to start accepting this new Bitcoin thing on our website ... we ummed and arrred about it until we decided that as we couldn't spend the stuff in most places we shopped at, it wasn't a good idea to cannibalise our credit card and Paypal sales.

How foolish. We would have been raking the equivalent of about $4K /month in at the current rate.

No regrets though (at least not that I will admit anyway!) as I bought in at about $38 and they've gone crackers since then!! Wouldn't mind a few more though ; )
36  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: cant seem to get my 1st btc on: November 22, 2013, 06:07:15 PM
To all of those who said that I can't get a btc for free: I got a btc for free. I started at bit Vegas and made my way up to 0.02. From there, I have bet, sold my signature, did boring tasks for others, and other stuff. Now I have 1.5 btc.

Sorry if this is a silly question to most people, but what exactly do you mean when you say you sold your signature?
37  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: cant seem to get my 1st btc on: November 22, 2013, 05:55:18 PM
I have a roasted dandelion coffee company here in East Sussex (England) and at my last market I decided to make a large sign for the front of the stall proudly exclaiming that I accepted Bitcoin.

As a result of the large sign, and what with all the media attention that BTC has been getting lately, I had lots of people gathered around my stall asking me about Bitcoin; clearly I don't know as much as the people on this forum (which is why I'm here after all) but I did know more than many of the general public.

Well, this created quite a buzz around my stall, and people in markets are attracted by people in markets (they wonder what all the fuss is about) ... whereas I didn't sell one bag of coffee in BTC, I did sell more than I would normally because of the buzz that was created.

Thanks, indirectly, to Bitcoin : )

(I suppose what I was trying to say, in regards to your question, was that if you have anything to sell, why not try and sell it for Bitcoin)
