Hallo TeePee, genau so wie meine Vorredner es bereits erläutert haben, gilt die Spekulationsfrist von einem Jahr. Diese wird auch in Zukunft noch gelten soweit wir das wissen von den Finanzverwaltungen. Dies wird auch demnächst in Q4 2019 in einem Hinweisschreiben des BMF thematisiert. Jetzt habe ich ein Internetbuchmacher wo die Gebuhren fur Ewallet Auszahlungen (wie Neteller, Skrill etc.) sehr hoch sein. Aber fur Bitcoin Auszahlungen gibt es keine Gebuhren. Das Kontosaldo auf die Buchmacher ist immer in Euro und ich wette nur mit Euros. Wann ich auszahle in BTC, und dann so schnell wie moglich (sicher nicht mehr als 10 Minuten) nachdem die BTC auf meinem Electrum Wallet erhalten sind, diese wieder verkauf fur Euros auf Coinbase, muss ich dann hieruber das Finanzamt informieren? Und was denn genau?
Ich kann naturlich in die 10 Minuten dass ich die BTC besitze vielleich 10-20 Euro "gewinnen" im Wert, aber die chance ist auf 50/50 dass ich 10-20 Euro verliere. Mann kann davon ausgehen dass die Gewinne und Verluste sich ausgleichen, oder? Wann ich zum Beispiel 20 von solche Auszahlungen pro Jahr habe, wass muss ich dokumentieren und erklaren hieruber?
Theoretisch musst du halt die Kursgewinne in dieser kleinen Spanne dokumentieren und kannst auch eventuell entstehende Verluste gegenrechnen. your "coins" are not stored in your wallet. they are stored in the "database" which is known as the blockchain and when a coin copies that database it also copies the "coins" you own. claiming a coin means you spend those coins like you spend bitcoin, the coins that already exist in the copy or copy of copy.
i other words if you had bitcoin when bitcoin-cash forked, you still have BCH and will have any fork of BCH like the BSV fork.

All that counts is that I had a balance on the fork dates? yes, any fork that has rules similar to BCH fork and don't have anything strange* added will remain there and you can claim it anytime you want. * i think it was a fork called United Bitcoin by J. Garzik that had a rule that only coins with certain "age" were claimable. for example if you had coins (transaction output) that was created more than 2 years before the fork date, it didn't belong to you anymore! Okay thanks for the info, I will claim my coins for sure before the summer of 2019 so that should be fine in any case. |
